随着“双碳”目标要求完成时间越来越近,作为耗能大户,家用空调器的节能要求也是不断提高,高能效的家用空调器已越来越来被要求广泛应用。目前国内市场上主要的高能效空调器,都是变频产品,高能效目标相对容易实现,但海外市场对定频空调... 随着“双碳”目标要求完成时间越来越近,作为耗能大户,家用空调器的节能要求也是不断提高,高能效的家用空调器已越来越来被要求广泛应用。目前国内市场上主要的高能效空调器,都是变频产品,高能效目标相对容易实现,但海外市场对定频空调器产品短期内仍有较大需求,特别是中东、泰国和以色列地区。着重分析了此类高能效空调器系统中,制冷剂充注量、两器流程设计、风扇电机转速、压缩机排量等空调器关键指标,对空调制冷系统的影响;详细分析了制冷剂充注量偏多或偏少对压缩机及制冷系统的影响并提出制冷剂充注量是否合适的判定方法;分析了室内外机换热器流路设计与空调器制冷或制热效果的对应关系;分析了压缩机排量大小及室内外机风扇电机转速对制冷系统能力能效的影响;最后汇总了高能效空调器系统匹配的注意事项。 展开更多

A CMOS charge-pump circuit with adjustable current is presented.A bandgap voltage reference,a low drop-out regulator,and a capacitive DC-DC voltage-booster are used to generate supply voltage for the current reference.This generated voltage is insensitive to the changes of external power supply voltage and temperature,while the current reference itself is insensitive to temperature.The circuit is designed in 0.18μm 1.8V standard digital CMOS process.The simulated results show that the performance of the circuit is satisfied. 展开更多

A data acquisition system based on LabVIEW is designed and implemented, and electro-discharge(ED) fine truing of metal-bonded fine-grain diamond wheel based on real-time monitoring is researched. Real-time monitoring not only makes efficient impulse specification of ED truing easily obtained, but also is good for timely identifying no-load, avoiding short circuit and arc discharge phenomena and then for obtaining normal machining state. ED fine truing of the fine-grain wheel includes two steps: rough truing for high efficiency and fine truing for high precision. Final ED truing precision and efficiency not only depend on electric process specification, but also is concerned with electrode shape, insulated performance of operating fluid and vertical feed quantity value and frequency. Experiments indicate that ED fine truing based on real-time monitoring can improve the truing precision and efficiency. Average machining efficiency of W10 wheel is about 0.95 μm/min; the final run-out by ED truing is less than 2 μm. 展开更多

This paper proposes a control method for avalanche photodiode(APD) reverse bias with temperature compensation and load resistance compensation. The influence of background light and load resistance on APD detection circuit is analyzed in detail. A theoretical model of temperature compensation and load resistance compensation is established,which is used for APD biasing circuit designing. It is predicted that this control method is especially suitable for LD laser range finder used on vehicles. Experimental results confirm that the design proposed in this paper can considerablely improve the performance of range finder. 展开更多

The theory of magnetic circuit design, the constitutive equations of a magneto-theological fluid, and the load properties of belt conveyors were used to design a magneto-rheological soft starter test-bed. The magnetic field distribution in the working gap was analyzed and the current-speed relationship was investigated. A mathematical model for the time response was deduced. The results show that a linear relationship between current and magnetic field is seen when the magnetic materials are not saturated and the magnetic field is uniform in the working section. The rotation speed of the driven shaft changes linearly with increasing time. The response is rapid and can be as short as milliseconds. This meets the starting requirements of belt conveyors. 展开更多

The use of design method considering a coil temperature to maximize the thrust density of a double side coreless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) was presented.The optimal current density where the coil temperature reaches an allowable temperature with heat analysis was applied to a magnetic circuit design.Changing optimal current density is verified whenever the design parameters of the motor are altered.The design parameters of the motor were applied to thrust calculation.In this way,the optimal model,which is a reversal of the existing design method,is deduced.The results were compared with the experimental data to verify their validity.When the convection heat transfer coefficient is applied to other models,the results of the analysis and test values show good concordance.The method proposed has some limitations. 展开更多

However, the efficiency will be decreased at light load. So, a novel topology with critical controlling mode combined with resonant ones is proposed in this paper. The new topology can correspond to a 90 plus percent of power converting. So,a novel topology of an state of art integrated circuit, which can be used as power management circuit, has been designed based on the above new topology. A simulator which is specifically suitable for the power controller has been founded in this work and it has been used for the simulation of the novel architecture and the proposed integrated circuit. 展开更多
