农地流转效应分析——以抚仙湖径流区龙街社区为例

农地流转效应实证分析是检验农地流转成效和进一步完善流转相关政策的重要途径。通过实地访谈、调查问卷和统计分析等方法对抚仙湖径流区龙街社区农地流转效应进行了分析,结果显示:①研究区实现农地100%流转是政府扶持的外部驱动力与本... 农地流转效应实证分析是检验农地流转成效和进一步完善流转相关政策的重要途径。通过实地访谈、调查问卷和统计分析等方法对抚仙湖径流区龙街社区农地流转效应进行了分析,结果显示:①研究区实现农地100%流转是政府扶持的外部驱动力与本地劳动力收入来源变化的内部驱动力共同作用的结果;②研究区农地流转存在激发农户土地经营热情,促进农业产业化发展,推动产业升级,削减污染负荷四大正效应;③研究区农地流转也存在农民再就业难、规模效益进一步提升难、流转租金及时支付困难三大负效应;④建议通过发展农业产业集群、组织劳务输出、完善农地流转制度和农村社保制度等措施进一步提升农地流转效益;⑤未来可从多案例、多尺度、多视角开展重要生态功能区农地流转相关研究,以助力该类区域人地和谐发展,并为我国生态文明建设服务。 展开更多

针对城市能源代谢的累积流转效应和结构协同演化特征,构建基于生态网络的城市能源代谢系统模型,运用可达矩阵对城市能源活动中能源的累积流转效应进行了描述和测算。在此基础上,进一步对城市能源代谢系统中影响协同演化的关键性因素进... 针对城市能源代谢的累积流转效应和结构协同演化特征,构建基于生态网络的城市能源代谢系统模型,运用可达矩阵对城市能源活动中能源的累积流转效应进行了描述和测算。在此基础上,进一步对城市能源代谢系统中影响协同演化的关键性因素进行识别,基于哈肯模型对城市能源代谢路径中的支配要素序列进行计算。最后选取北京市进行实证检验,结果表明,煤炭在第一、二产业中的使用强度以及天然气在第二产业中的使用强度是影响北京市能源代谢系统有序演进的关键要素,其中煤炭在第二产业中的使用强度是序参量,在北京市能源代谢系统协同演化过程中起主导作用。 展开更多

Second, it is crop residue use of land, including: treatment of organic waste, decomposing and eliminating contaminants, regulating microclimate and air purification, maintaining and revitalizing rural communities. Third, the geographical landscape effects of land, such as providing idyllic pastures and other entertainment services. In a conclusion, there is little exploration to the ecological effects of rural land. This paper attempts to analyze the environmental problems related to the land transferring in Tongren City. 展开更多

Paper deals about testing of device with gravity assisted heat pipes and about researching of wick heat pipes used to effective heat transfers from power switches of energy converter. At first, to simulate ambient condition was designed thermostatic chamber where was monitoring temperature course on main parts of cooling device (energy converter, air cooler and heat pipes) at various position of cooling device. It was found, if the cooling device is in tilt position the cooling performance is better. But if the tilt angel of gravity assisted heat pipe is higher the heat transfer is lower. From reason improve heat transfer cooling device at tilt angle are manufactured heat pipes with the sintered, mesh screen and grooved capillary structures and tested their thermal performance at vertical and tilt angel 45~ position by calorimetric method. Article describes manufacturing process and thermal performance measuring method of wick heat pipes. This experiment testify that the wick heat pipe is able operate at tilt angle position than gravity assisted heat pipe and application of wick heat pipes into cooling device will improve his cooling performance. 展开更多

The effect of pressurized air inlets in the reservoir upstream of the annular slit on characteristics of the axial and tangential velocity components is investigated numerically, and the mechanism of occurrence of spiral nozzle flow is clarified. In simulations, Unified Platform for Aerospace Computational Simulation (UPACS) is used. The governing equations under consideration are the unsteady compressible Navier - Stokes. A second-order finite volume scheme with MUSCL (Roe scheme) is used to discretize the spatial derivatives, and a second order-central difference scheme for the viscous terms, and a MFGS (Matrix Free Gauss Seidel) is employed for time integration. Spalart-Allmaras model was used as a turbulence model. The results obtained are compared with velocity distributions in the experiment measured by the two-component fiber optic laser Doppler velocimeter system. The existence of discrete pressurized air inlets that leads to the occurrence of asymmetrical characteristics is a very important factor for the formation of spiral flow. 展开更多

The viscous pump,which has a rotor with a helical square channel,is studied experimentally.The non-dimen-sional channel curvature is taken to be about 0.1.Three types of torsion of the channel are made to investigate the torsion effect on the flow characteristics.We measure the flux through the channel at a constant rotor speed by changing the pressures at the entrance and exit of the pump.We also observe the secondary flow at a cross-section of the channel.Some of the results obtained are shown as follows:The friction factor along the channel to get the same flux is large for large channel torsion at a constant rotation,and becomes small when the favorable rotation of the rotor to the flow is applied.As for the secondary flow in a cross-section,there appear several types of vortex.When there is no rotation,the secondary flow is almost a symmetric two-vortex type for small flux as is the ordinary Dean vortex,but it changes to a four-vortex type when the flux is large.The secondary flow becomes asymmetric as the rotation is applied.We have unsteady flow patterns at large flux and rotation. 展开更多
