With the development of precision agriculture, the research that applies Remote Sensing technology, especially hyperspectral remote sensing, to realize crop management, monitoring and yield estimation, has been concerned. Nowadays, the growth-monitoring and yield-estimating methods in rice, wheat and other annual crops develop rapidly with some achievements having already been put into service. But the yield estimation research on perennial economic crops is few. Taking peren- nial citrus trees as the research object, using ASD spectrometer to collect citrus canopy spectral, this article studied and analyzed the citrus of veget&tion index and its relationship on yield, synthetically considered the influence of the agriculture pa- rameters on crop yield, and finally constructed the citrus yield estimation model based on the spectral data and agronomic parameters. Through the Significance Test and Samples' Test, olutained that the model's fitting degree was R=0.631, F= 13.201, P〈0.01 and the error rate of estimating accuracy was controlled in the range 3%-16%, proving that the model has statistical signification and reliability. It concluded that hyperspectral acquired from citrus canopy has substantial potential for citrus yield estimation. This study is an application and exploration of Hyperspectral Remote Sensing technology in the citrus yield estimation. 展开更多

The article deals with special questions of some aspects of food safety and application of methods of food physics in food processing and also in food quality control and quality assurance. The role of food safety has developed significantly in the last 2 decades, so today the production and processing of safe and quality food is of primary importance. Modem food production is based on principles of GAP and GMP (including GHP) and different methods and tools for quality control and assurance (IFS, HACCP, ISO-9000, ISO-9000/2010, ISO-22000, TQM). There are different techniques and methods to produce safe food and to control the quality of the foodstuffs. The modem, up-to-date technologies and measurement techniques involve the application of many physical methods - high pressure, pulsing electrical field, microwave, non-destructive techniques (e.g., INAA, NMR, NIR-NIT, PAS), radiation treatments as well. Using radiation technologies (of course not only nuclear ones) it is possible to fulfil some very important expectations of modem food processing, e.g., decrease of microbial contamination, improvement of sensory properties, increase of storability of food products. 展开更多

Determination of the Geographical Origin of Fruits by Using 26S rDNA Fingerprinting of Yeast Communities by PCR-DGGE: An Application to Shea Tree Fruits 被引量:1

In view of the difficulties of installing these documentary systems in developing countries, in particularly the countries of sub-Saharan Africa, the new strategies of traceability emerge. Among the new tools of tracing the products of vegetable origin, a "biological code bar" based on the analysis of the DNA of micro-organisms present on the fruits is an interesting tool. A molecular technique employing 26S rDNA profiles generated by PCR-DGGE was used to detect the variation in yeast community structures of Shea tree fruits (Vitellaria paradoxa) from Senegal, Ghana and Mali. When the 26S rDNA profiles were analyzed by image analysis and multivariate analysis, distinct microbial communities were detected on Shea tree fruits. The band profiles of yeasts from different countries were specific for each location and could be used as a bar code to discriminate the origin of the fruits. This method is a new traceability tool which provides fruit products with an unique biological bar code and makes it possible to trace back the fruits to their original location. 展开更多

In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity(LHT) the mirror quarks induce the special flavor structures and some new flavor-changing couplings,which could greatly enhance the production rates of the flavor-changing processes. We in this paper study some bottom and anti-strange production processes in the LHT model at the International Linear Collider(ILC),i.e.,e^+e^-→bs andγγ→bs.The results show that the production rates of these processes are sizeable for the favorable values of the parameters.Therefore,it is quite possible to test the LHT model or make some constraints on the relevant parameters of the LHT through the detection of these processes at the ILC. 展开更多

Deleterious chlorine fluorescence was found to occur at the same frequency as the Raman scattering of 02 (1 A) and 02 (3 E), seriously affecting the 02 (1 A) yield measurement in the reaction of chlorine with basic hydrogen peroxide by use of the Raman spectroscopy technique. To solve this problem we have taken advantage of the fact that Raman radiation is always strongly polarized while fluorescence is essentially non-polarized in a gaseous medium. When chlorine utilization of a singlet oxygen generator is 88%, 02(1A) yield reaches (42.4±7.4)% with the effect of chlorine fluorescence completely eliminated. 展开更多

In this work, the wing tip vortex structure behind a NACA 0015 airfoil with and without small flaps was studied using a Partical Image Velocimetry (PIV) system. The experiment was carried out in a low speed wind tunnel with a test section of 0.5 m x 0.5 m. The Reynolds number (Re), defined by the chord length of the wing (C), was 8.1 x 104. The angle of attack was fixed at 10~. The PIV measurements were made from 0 to 2C, measured from the trailing edge of the model. The dihedral angle of three flaps was -15~, 0~ and 15~, respectively. Compared with the clean airfoil, the one with three flaps significantly changed the wing tip vortex structure, the vorticity and the core of the wing tip vortex. The occurrence of three flaps decreased the gradient of pressure on the two sides of the wing tip, which depressed wing tip vortex formation to some extent. Vortices shed from three flaps influence the evolution of the wingtip vortex generated by the base airfoil. The interaction of those vortices resulted in a weakening of the wing tip vortex. 展开更多
