随着全球迈入数字经济时代,新一代信息技术的蓬勃发展造就了新型的贸易方式,数字贸易被越来越多的国家重视,成为拉动全球贸易增长的新引擎。江苏省是数字经济大省,也是服务贸易大省。本文梳理了数字贸易的概念与内涵,并通过构建指标体... 随着全球迈入数字经济时代,新一代信息技术的蓬勃发展造就了新型的贸易方式,数字贸易被越来越多的国家重视,成为拉动全球贸易增长的新引擎。江苏省是数字经济大省,也是服务贸易大省。本文梳理了数字贸易的概念与内涵,并通过构建指标体系的方法,选取5个一级指标、17个二级指标,运用熵值法对江苏省2013—2021年的数字贸易发展水平进行测度。结果表明,整体发展态势良好,指数呈不断增长趋势,但与其他数字贸易大省相比仍存在一些不足,对此本文对江苏省数字贸易未来的发展提出相关建议,以供参考。 展开更多

Predicting the lifetime of polymeric insulators is one of the most important research topics in studying the life cycle of high voltage insulators in the power transmission and distribution networks. HTV (high temperature vulcanized) silicone rubber is a high performance dielectric material used within electrical power equipment, in particular transmission and distribution insulators. In this paper, we proposed a new approach using the Newton's method and Lagrange method to predict the aging of HTV silicone rubber that are subjected to multiple stress conditions. Concentration of chemical elements such as carbon, oxygen, silicon and aluminum were obtained and evaluated using a SEM (scanning electron microscope) with EDS (energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy). Curve fitting using the Newton's and Lagrange interpolation methods yield useful linear interpolation equations that describe the aging characteristic of the specimens under study. This approach can be applied to predict the change in chemical concentration of polymeric insulators over the life cycle with good accuracy. 展开更多

The traditional edge detection methods have poor ability in outlining weak amplitude anomalies clearly. The resolved edges position is blurred.We purposed new edge detection methods based on directional eigenvalues of potential field gradient tensor for the causative sources. In order to balance strong and weak amplitude anomalies simultaneously,we present one normalization method using different orders of vertical derivatives to improve the new filters. The presented filters were tested on synthetic and real potential field data to verify its feasibility. All of the results have shown that the new edge detection methods can not only display the sources edges precisely and clearly,but also bring out more geological subtle details. 展开更多

A fast explicit finite difference method (FEFDM),derived from the differential equations of one-dimensional steady pipe flow,was presented for calculation of wellhead injection pressure.Recalculation with a traditional numerical method of the same equations corroborates well the reliability and rate of FEFDM.Moreover,a flow rate estimate method was developed for the project whose injection rate has not been clearly determined.A wellhead pressure regime determined by this method was successfully applied to the trial injection operations in Shihezi formation of Shenhua CCS Project,which is a good practice verification of FEFDM.At last,this method was used to evaluate the effect of friction and acceleration terms on the flow equation on the wellhead pressure.The result shows that for deep wellbore,the friction term can be omitted when flow rate is low and in a wide range of velocity the acceleration term can always be deleted.It is also shown that with flow rate increasing,the friction term can no longer be neglected. 展开更多

Through the analysis of peak acceleration, peak frequency and duration, results indicated that the ver- tical component of vibration is the most important in the region close to the collapse point; the collapse of bridge segments will lead to superposition of ground vibration, and isolation measures can reduce the peak ac- celeration but increase the duration of vibration; blasting and collapse vibration cause no damage to the re- served structure which indicates that blastin~ demolition is a safe and effective method. 展开更多

The recently developed short-time linear response algorithm,which predicts the response of a nonlinear chaotic forced-dissipative system to small external perturbation,yields high precision of the response prediction.However,the computation of the short-time linear response formula with the full rank tangent map can be expensive.Here,a numerical method to potentially overcome the increasing numerical complexity for large scale models with many variables by using the reduced-rank tangent map in the computation is proposed.The conditions for which the short-time linear response approximation with the reduced-rank tangent map is valid are established,and two practical situations are examined,where the response to small external perturbations is predicted for nonlinear chaotic forced-dissipative systems with different dynamical properties. 展开更多

Passive Faraday-mirror(PFM) attack is based on imperfect Faraday mirrors in practical quantum cryptography systems and a set of three-dimensional Positive Operator-Valued Measure(POVM) operators plays an important role in this attack.In this paper,we propose a simple scheme to implement the POVM in PFM attack on an FaradayMichelson quantum cryptography system.Since the POVM can not be implemented directly with previous methods,in this scheme it needs to expand the states sent by Alice and the POVM operators in the attack into four-dimensional Hilbert space first,without changing the attacking effect by calculation.Based on the methods proposed by Ahnert and Payne,the linear-optical setup for implementing the POVM operators is derived.At last,the complete setup for realizing the PFM attack is presented with all parameters.Furthermore,our scheme can also be applied to realize PFM attack on a plug-and-play system by changing the parameters in the setup. 展开更多
