Methods RP-HPLC was used; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-methylenechloride (40:30:30, V/V) , the wavelength of detection was 472 nm, the column temperature wasambient temperature, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1). Results The standard curve was linearin the range from 0.012 4 to 0.496 μg·mL^(-1) with r=0.9992. The average extraction recovery was97.6% +-4.2%. The intra-day and inter-day RSD were 1.52% -4.95% and 2.31% -7.38%, respectively. Conclusion This method is sensitive, rapid, reproducible, and of good selectivity for the analysisof lycopene in dog plasma.展开更多

The proposed model, using multiple linear regression, contained four descriptors solely extracted from the molecular structure of compounds. The statistical results of the final model show that R2= 0.982 4 and S=0.869 8 (where R is the correlation coefficient and S is the standard deviation). To test its predictive ability, the model was further used to predict the 13C NMR spectra of the carbinol carbon atoms of other nine compounds which were not included in the developed model. The average relative errors are 0.94% and 1.70%,respectively,for the training set and the predictive set. The model is statistically significant and shows good stability for data variation as tested by the leave-one-out (LOO) cross-validation. The comparison with other approaches also reveals good performance of this method.展开更多

The foaming phenomenon has a strong impact on operation of the process unit. The salt impurities are the main reason for causing the foaming of MDEA solution, so the full analysis of salt impurities is necessary. A method for comprehensive analysis of salt impurities in MDEA solution used in desulfurization process was established. Anions and non-metallic cations of MDEA solution were determined by different conditions of ion chromatograph, respectively. Metallic cations of the solution were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer with the N2O-C2H2 flame absorption. The analytical results of salt impurities in the desulfurization solution can provide a theoretical basis for an accurate analysis of the factors affecting the foaming of MDEA to unveil further control measures.展开更多

The relationship of their melting points and the length of the straight alkyl chain on cation reflected ‘S' type ten-dency. Then, the solubilities of the four ionic liquids in six lower alcohols(methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, 1-butanol and 2-methyl-1-propanol) were measured in the temperature rang of 253.15-383.15 K at at-mospheric pressure with static analytical method, respectively. It was found that [C6Bth][PF6] in all investigated ionic liquids had the largest solubility in six alcohols and the solubility of [C4Bth][PF6] in methanol was very sensi-tive for temperature in 313.15-333.15 K, which was so-called "temperature-sensitivity". This feature is of great significance to their application of catalyzing reaction or extraction process, and makes the recovery and reuse of ionic liquids(ILs) become easier. Moreover, the experimental solubility data were correlated with the modified Apelblat equation and λh equation, respectively. It was found that the result of correlation using two divided tem-perature ranges was better than that of using the whole temperature range.展开更多
