利益博弈下的城市出租车管理费测算 被引量:5

为科学测算城市出租车管理费,解决现有测算方法难以体现各方利益均衡的难题,运用博弈理论,解析出租车公司与司机的动态博弈过程,明确各博弈路径的收益函数和各主体的博弈均衡条件,通过求解最优子博弈纳什均衡,给出管理费合理范围的测算... 为科学测算城市出租车管理费,解决现有测算方法难以体现各方利益均衡的难题,运用博弈理论,解析出租车公司与司机的动态博弈过程,明确各博弈路径的收益函数和各主体的博弈均衡条件,通过求解最优子博弈纳什均衡,给出管理费合理范围的测算方法,并以西安市为例进行实证检验,为城市出租车管理费测算提供基础性决策依据.研究表明,出租车运营各主体收益最大得以实现的条件是对方是否能以更大概率选择对自身有利的策略,从利益博弈视角测算管理费能实现双方收益均衡,缓解利益冲突.西安市的合理范围为4 022–5 840元/(月·车),即现实中有72%的出租车利益冲突激烈,这与实际相符,说明该方法可信. 展开更多

According to the analysis of the problem of contract management, financial settlement and placement of coal trucks in coal business, a study is made on the coal management system. This system combines B/S and C/S together, and it also uses three-tire application of ASP.NET which sets up a business subsystem based on functional module management in vehicle. Additionally, MFC solves the problems in weighing management systems. This system goes with unit testing, integration testing, and system testing, and the whole process realizes an effective monitoring from coal trucks applying for delivery, checking in, and weighing to checking out. Besides, it also secures precise and accurate weighing data, and deals with the new coming coal contract in a faster way. The real project indicates this system wins a very good reputation and it is worthy of spreading in a broader context. 展开更多

In the last few decades, in the world and also in the European Union, considerable resources had been invested in the rapid development of renewable energy sources and distributed generation in general. At the same time, power consumption is continuously increasing, and consumers are becoming more complex, which ultimately requires new investments in the distribution network. Concept of smart grids is generally accepted as a possible solution. Smart grid is a concept with many elements, where monitoring and control of every element in the chain of production, transmission, distribution and final consumption enable much more efficient delivery and use of electricity. One of the elements of smart grid efficiency is the ability of real-time demand-supply balancing. This balancing is carried out by monitoring of consumption and redistribution of electricity among individual end users, according to their needs. The aim of this paper is creating algorithm for real-time load management using power measurements. Algorithm for real-time load management at the ETFOS (Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Osijek), Croatia is created based on measurements of photovoltaic power plant production, the power consumption of air conditioning system and the faculty building total electricity consumption. Expected result of real-time re-dispatching of air conditioners consumption, depending on the level of electricity production in photovoltaic power plant is decreasing peak demand of the faculty. 展开更多

Detecting small objects is a challenging task.We focus on a special case:the detection and classification of traffic signals in street views.We present a novel framework that utilizes a visual attention model to make detection more efficient,without loss of accuracy,and which generalizes.The attention model is designed to generate a small set of candidate regions at a suitable scale so that small targets can be better located and classified.In order to evaluate our method in the context of traffic signal detection,we have built a traffic light benchmark with over 15,000 traffic light instances,based on Tencent street view panoramas.We have tested our method both on the dataset we have built and the Tsinghua–Tencent 100K(TT100K)traffic sign benchmark.Experiments show that our method has superior detection performance and is quicker than the general faster RCNN object detection framework on both datasets.It is competitive with state-of-theart specialist traffic sign detectors on TT100K,but is an order of magnitude faster.To show generality,we tested it on the LISA dataset without tuning,and obtained an average precision in excess of 90%. 展开更多
