研究磁流变抛光机床防碰撞控制策略与方法,是确保磁流变确定性抛光质量与效率、实现抛光工艺过程高安全可靠性的重要途径。针对磁流变抛光机床结构与磁流变抛光工艺的特殊性,系统研究了碰撞的原因及对策,提出了基准可靠传递与校核、软... 研究磁流变抛光机床防碰撞控制策略与方法,是确保磁流变确定性抛光质量与效率、实现抛光工艺过程高安全可靠性的重要途径。针对磁流变抛光机床结构与磁流变抛光工艺的特殊性,系统研究了碰撞的原因及对策,提出了基准可靠传递与校核、软硬结合防护、分级授权和全流程自动控制相结合的系统防碰撞控制策略,提出并设计了基于激光测距的法向轮廓在位测量单元真实预验证抛光效果,设计了坐标基准自动校核模块、自动对刀测量单元及机床异常状态安全回退模块等碰撞预防、预知及主动应急处理安全功能,实验验证了文章提出的防碰撞控制技术的有效性,实现磁流变抛光自动化、具备适度智能化。该技术在中国工程物理研究院研制的系列磁流变抛光机床上得以验证与工程应用。 展开更多

Quantitative measurement of the cutter blade sharpness is yet a difficult problem, since so far there has been no appropriate testing method. In this paper, a technique is introduced for measuring the cutter blade sharpness at different testing conditions. The sharpness of cutter blades are measured by detecting the force to cut off the fiber with a material strength testing machine, and the results indicated that the technique could be used to measure the cutter blade sharpness satisfactorily. The fiber tension and downward speed of cutter blades are recommended to be 4.9 cN and 50 mm/min respectively for cutting 0.22 mm PET fiber. 展开更多

Being one of their prominent exploitative characteristics, cutting tools durability depends on the character, intensity and the speed of wearing. Identification of tool wearing is of great significance for the purpose of avoiding sooner or later replacement of tools. The parameters of tool wearing can be measured by out-process and in-process-measuring systems. Given the extremely limiting role of the former in modern production lines, development of the latter (the indirect measuring systems) has gained prominence, The basis of indirect measuring systems comprises a set of various signals originating from the units of the system under treatment which stand in certain correlations with the wearing parameters. The paper presents mathematical models of axial force designed on the basis of experimental research in drilling tempered steel by twist drills made of high-speed steel manufactured by powder metallurgy. 展开更多

In order to examine the fundamental characteristics of corner separation in a decelerating cascade flow,the experimental apparatus was made and separations around a NACA65 blade in a decelerating channel flow were examined.Two-dimensional calculations show that the NACA65 cascade flow that has 45 deg.of turning,1.24 of solidity and 17 deg.of stagger angle is equivalent to the channel flow that has 14 deg.of stagger angle in terms of pitchwise blade force.Experimental investigation by five-hole probe shows that the accumulations of low energy fluid can be seen around the corner part and the overturning flow due to the secondary flow exists.And,as the periodicity of the blade wake in a pitchwise direction is comparably good,the wake of this channel flow is similar to the wake of the cascade flow for two pitch portion.PIV measurement results shows that a vortex pattern can be seen in the momentary streamline on the suction surface of the blade and in the averaged streamline on the perpendicular to both the suction surface and the endwall. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy plus cupping for knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods: Sixty cases with KOA were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group.... Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy plus cupping for knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods: Sixty cases with KOA were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given acupotomy and cupping, while the patients in the control group were given injection of Sodium Hyaluronate. The index of severity for osteoarthritis(ISOA), the change of the effusion of knee joint and clinical effects were observed after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was respectively 96.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group. The difference in the clinical effects between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, ISOA scores and scores of knee effusion in the two groups were remarkably reduced than those before treatment(P<0.05). The changes of the scores of the two indexes were statistically significant(both P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupotomy plus cupping is better than injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in treatment of KOA. 展开更多
