作为生物管道组织力学实验系统的核心,基于测量标记的序列图像自动测量程序可为力学分析提供组织长度和平均外直径这两个基本形态参数。VC++与Matlab混合编程,子程序负责处理单幅图像(做彩色-灰度变换、阈值分割、按测量标记提取目标区... 作为生物管道组织力学实验系统的核心,基于测量标记的序列图像自动测量程序可为力学分析提供组织长度和平均外直径这两个基本形态参数。VC++与Matlab混合编程,子程序负责处理单幅图像(做彩色-灰度变换、阈值分割、按测量标记提取目标区域并进行测量),主程序则在依序遍历记录着组织受力胀缩过程的图像序列时反复调用此子程序而实现对序列图像的自动测量和力学分析。实践证明本实验系统在测量时既避免了肉眼识别、人工择定测量区域所带来的人为误差,精度完全满足力学分析的要求,又大幅节省了时间与精力。实验组织的实际情况亦满足所用力学分析理论的应用条件。 展开更多

目的分析锁骨长度、骨性标记测量值以及导管理想长度的相关性,并建立经锁骨下静脉入路置入导管理想长度的多元方程。方法选取42例进行经锁骨下静脉输液港植入术的乳腺癌患者,分为左侧组与右侧组,分别为23与19例;探讨锁骨长度以及胸1椎... 目的分析锁骨长度、骨性标记测量值以及导管理想长度的相关性,并建立经锁骨下静脉入路置入导管理想长度的多元方程。方法选取42例进行经锁骨下静脉输液港植入术的乳腺癌患者,分为左侧组与右侧组,分别为23与19例;探讨锁骨长度以及胸1椎下缘至气管隆突投影的距离与导管理想长度的相关性。结果左侧组患者植入式输液港理想置管长度(Y)与骨性标志测量值(X)之间以及锁骨长度之间无线性相关关系;右侧组植入式输液港理想置管长度(Y)与骨性标志测量值(X)以及锁骨长度之间存在线性相关关系,回归方程如为:Y=-1214+10X;Y=-93+3X。结论植入式输液港经右侧锁骨下静脉入路,借助于骨性标记测量值的回归方程对导管理想长度进行计算,有利于提高导管头端理想位置的准确率。 展开更多

BESⅢ合作组最近开始双光子物理研究,主要源于强子light-by-light散射对缪子反常磁矩的贡献有很大不确定性,电磁跃迁形状因子作为实验输入是改善计算精度的需要。在BESⅢ探测器上获得的质心能量3.77 Ge V到4.6Ge V的数据使得我们能够测量轻赝标量介子的跃迁形状因子。在动量转移低于2(Ge V/c)2时单标记技术测量的结果达到前所未有的精确,该区域对于αμ的计算十分重要,并且也首次开始了π介子跃迁形状因子的双标记测量。这是π~0跃迁形状因子模型无关参数化研究的第一步。另外,多介子末态测量也在进行中. 展开更多

The present review focused on selected, recent experimental progress of photodissociation dynamics of small molecules covering the vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) range from 6 eV to 20 eV. These advancements come about due to the available laser based VUV light sources along with the developments of advanced experimental techniques, including the velocitymap imaging (VMI), H-atom Rydberg tagging time-of-flight (HRTOF) techniques, as well as the two-color tunable VUV-VUV laser pump-probe detection method. The applications of these experimental techniques have allowed VUV photodissociation studies of many diatomic and triatomic molecules to quantum state-to-state in detail. To highlight the recent accomplishments, we have summarized the results on several important molecular species, including H2 (D2, HD), CO, N2, NO, O2, H2O (D2O, HOD), CO2, and N2O. The detailed VUV photodissociation studies of these molecules are of astrochemical and atmospheric relevance. Since molecular photodissociation initiated by VUV excitation is complex and is often governed by multiple electronic potential energy surfaces, the unraveling of the complex dissociation dynamics requires state-to-state cross section measurements. The newly constructed Dalian Coherent Light Source (DCLS), which is capable of generating coherent VUV radiation with unprecedented brightness in the range of 50-150 nm, promises to propel the photodissociation experiment to the next level. 展开更多

The original COCOMO model is one of the most widely practiced and popular among the software development community because of its flexible usage. It is a suite of models i.e., COnstructive Cost MOdel I and COnstructive Cost MOdel II. in this paper, we are evaluating the both models, to find out the level of efficiency they present and how they can be tailored to the needs of modem software development projects. We are applying COCOMO models on a case study of an e-commerce application that is built using Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and JavaScript. We will also shed light on the different components of each model, and how their Cost Drivers effect on the accuracy of cost estimations for software development projects. 展开更多

The isotope labeled graphene was synthesized in the concentration of 13 C carbon atom in 1%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 99%. The isotope effect on the phonon behavior in graphene was investigated based on the micro-Raman analysis of 13 C isotope labeled graphene samples. We found that the phonon scattering is affected by the isotopic carbon atom as a point defect. Based on the experiment results, the Klemens-Callaway model and uncertainty principle were used to obtain the mean free path of the G and D phonons. The results agree with the thermal conductivity measurement by non-contact optical method and with other theoretical calculations. 展开更多

Selected Mouse IgG of 1 mg/mL as target was fabricated on microarray for 500 sample dots.Label-free and real-time reaction dynamic processes were detected between the microarrays with Goat Anti-mouse IgG of 0.02 mg/mL using the obliqueincidence reflectivity difference(OIRD)method.We obtained the reaction results and the reaction dynamic curves of 500 protein dots.In addition,we also used label-free detection of protein microarrays of 10080 sample dots,including BSA and different concentrations of Mouse IgG and Rabbit IgG,by OIRD.The obtained reaction results between the protein microarray with 1 mg/mL Goat Anti-mouse IgG and 1 mg/mL Goat Anti-rabbit IgG are reported herein.Experimental results show that OIRD can be not only label-free high-throughput detection method for biological microarrays but also label-free real-time detection in the interaction processes of biomolecules. 展开更多

A novel technique for calibrating crucial parameters of chassis components is proposed,which utilizes the machine vision metrology to measure 3D coordinates of the center of a component's hole for assembling in the 3D world coordinate system.In the measurement,encoding marks with special patterns will be assembled on the chassis component associated with cross drone and staff gauge located near the chassis.The geometry and coordinates of the cross drone consist of two planes orthogonal to each other and the staff gauge is in 3D space with high precision.A few images are taken by a highresolution camera in different orientations and perspectives.The 3D coordinates of 5 key points on the encoding marks will be calculated by the machine vision technique and those of the center of the holes to be calibrated will be calculated by the deduced algorithm in this paper.Experimental results show that the algorithm and the technique can satisfy the precision requirement when the components are assembled,and the average measurement precision provided by the algorithm is 0.0174 mm. 展开更多

The application of code marker helps to improve the level of automatic matching and the matching accuracy. This paper inyestigates the application of inertia ellipse algorithm to code marker matching. We can calculate the inertia ellipse of a target with a certain boundary. First, the method is applied to a single code marker; the angle and scaling are valid. Then, the paper introduces the multi code markers matching method by the inertia ellipse. Rotation and scaling changes of homonymy images can be calculated by inertia ellipse algorithm. These parameters can be used for code marker matching in arbitrary attitude close-range photogrammetry. 展开更多
