目的:探讨高功能孤独症儿童的统合型房树人(S-HTP)绘画测验特征及其社会性发展。方法:对符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition,DSM-Ⅳ)的35例高功能孤独症儿童...目的:探讨高功能孤独症儿童的统合型房树人(S-HTP)绘画测验特征及其社会性发展。方法:对符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition,DSM-Ⅳ)的35例高功能孤独症儿童和年龄、性别、智商相匹配的70例正常对照儿童进行S-HTP绘画测验,分析高功能孤独症儿童S-HTP绘画测验特征(整体评价15个项目、房屋评价9个项目、树木评价5个项目和人物评价14个项目)。结果:在S-HTP绘画测验中,高功能孤独症儿童绘画特征与正常儿童存在明显差异。在主要反映社交互动水平的整体评价中有8个项目存在差异,如孤独症患儿绘画的画面统合性强的比例明显低于正常儿童[5.7%(2/35)vs.67.1%(47/70),P<0.05];在主要反映家庭关系的房屋评价中的有4个项目存在差异,如孤独症儿童绘画中人只在房屋外面的比例明显高于正常儿童[100%(35/35)vs.85.7%(60/70),P<0.05];在主要反映无意识的自我形象的树木评价中有4个项目存在差异,如孤独症儿童树木简化的比例明显高于正常儿童[73.5%(25/35)vs.24.3%(17/70),P<0.05];在主要反映有意识的自我形象和人际关系的人物评价中有8个项目存在差异,如孤独症儿童绘画人物数目2人以上的比例明显低于正常儿童[20.0%(7/35)vs.68.6%(48/70),P<0.05]。结论:高功能孤独症儿童统合型房树人绘画测验绘画特征反映出其社会性发展落后于正常同龄儿童,主要表现在社交互动、人际关系、自我概念和家庭关系方面。展开更多

The selecting function and optimal precision were verified through actual match detection and a range of alternating current impedance testing. Swelling and shrinkage due to moisture-change is one of the characteristics of the expansive soil,which is similar to the behavior of most materials under thermal effect,If the deformation is restricted,stress in expa...Swelling and shrinkage due to moisture-change is one of the characteristics of the expansive soil,which is similar to the behavior of most materials under thermal effect,If the deformation is restricted,stress in expansive soil is caused by the swell-shrinking.The stress is defined as "moisture-change stress" and is adopted to analyze swell-shrinkage deformation based on the elasticity mechanics theory.The state when the total stress becomes equal to the soil tensile strength is considered as the cracking criterion as moisture-change increases.Then,the initial cracking mechanism due to evaporation is revealed as follows:Different rates of moisture loss at different depths result in greater shrinkage deformation on the surface while there is smaller shrinkage deformation at the underlayer in expansive soil;cracks will grow when the nonuniform shrinkage deformation increases to a certain degree.A theoretical model is established,which may be used to calculate the stress caused by moisture-change.The depth of initial cracks growing is predicted by the proposed model in expansive soil,A series of laboratory tests are carried out by exposing expansive soil samples with different moisture-changes.The process of crack propagation is investigated by resistivity method.The test results show good consistency with the predicted results by the proposed theoretical model.展开更多

An empirical database of weak rock mass modulus with ...Estimating weak rock mass modulus has historically proven difficult although this mechanical property is an important input to many types of geotechnical analyses. An empirical database of weak rock mass modulus with associated detailed geotechnical parameters was assembled from plate loading tests per- formed at underground mines in Nevada, the Bakhtiary Dam project, and Portugues Dam project. The database was used to assess the accuracy of published single-variate models and to develop a multivari- ate model for predicting in-situ weak rock mass modulus when limited geoteehnical data are available. Only two of the published models were adequate for predicting modulus of weak rock masses over lim- ited ranges of alteration intensities, and none of the models provided good estimates of modulus over a range of geotechnical properties. In light of this shortcoming, a multivariate model was developed from the weak rock mass modulus dataset, and the new model is exponential in form and has the following independent variables: (1) average block size or joint spacing, (2) field estimated rock strength, (3) dis- continuity roughness, and (4) discontinuity infilling hardness. The multivariate model provided better estimates of modulus for both hard-blocky rock masses and intensely-altered rock masses.展开更多

This paper analyzed the feasibility of using an MGM(1,N) model in grey system theory to predict planing craft motion and carried out the numerical simulation experiment. According to the characteristics of planing craft motion, a recurrence formula was proposed of the parameter matrix of an MGMfl,N) model. Using this formula, data can be updated in real-time without increasing computational complexity significantly. The results of numerical simulation show that using an MGM(1,N) model to predict planing motion is feasible and useful for prediction. So the method proposed in this study can reflect the planing craft motion mechanism successfully, and has rational and effective functions of forecasting and analyzing trends.展开更多

METHODS: A Chinese (HK) translation of the CLDQ was developed by iterative ...AIM: To test the psychometric properties of a Chinese [(Hong Kong) HK] translation of the chronic liver disease questionnaire (CLDQ). METHODS: A Chinese (HK) translation of the CLDQ was developed by iterative translation and cognitive debriefing. It was then administered to 72 uncomplicated and 78 complicated chronic hepatitis B (CriB) patients in Hong Kong together with a structured questionnaire on service utilization, and the Chinese (HK) SF-36 Health Survey Version 2 (SF-36v2). RESULTS: Scaling success was ≥ 80% for all but three items. A new factor assessing sleep was found and items of two (Fatigue and Systemic Symptoms) subscales tended to load on the same factor. Internal consistency and test-retest reliabilities ranged from 0.58-0.90 for different subscales. Construct validity was confirmed by the expected correlations between the SF-36v2 Health Survey and CLDQ scores. Mean scores of CLDQ were significantly lower in complicated compared with uncomplicated CHB, supporting sensitivity in detecting differences between groups.CONCLUSION: The Chinese (HK) CLDQ is valid, reliable and sensitive for patients with CHB. This paper describes an orthogonal experiment on the effect of water/cement ratio,water consumption per cubic meter,curing time,and type of sand on the response"resistance to chloride ion penetration".A sea-sand con...This paper describes an orthogonal experiment on the effect of water/cement ratio,water consumption per cubic meter,curing time,and type of sand on the response"resistance to chloride ion penetration".A sea-sand containing concrete was used for the trials.An analysis of chloride ion diffusion coefficients at different factor levels was performed.A predictive model of chloride ion diffusion in concrete is developed through regression analysis.The experimental results show that when the water/cement ratio varies from 0.45 to 0.60,and the water consumption per cubic meter varies from 185 to 215 kg,and the curing time varies from 30 to 180 d then the size of the effects fall in the order(most significant first): curing time,type of sand,water consumption per cubic meter,and water/cement ratio.Chloride ion penetration is reduced,and better durability of the concrete is observed,with longer curing times,less water consumption per cubic meter,and a smaller water/cement ratio.展开更多

The important test results which contain the damage of vehicles and barrier,the moving locus of vehicle,the occupant risk index,the maximum dynamic deformation, etc,were obtained through the analysis under the different collision speeds. The proposed model is based on using modified c'2 -εc' two equatio...A computational mass transfer model is proposed for predicting the concentration profile and Murphree efficiency of sieve tray distillation column. The proposed model is based on using modified c'2 -εc' two equations formulation for closing the differential turbulent mass transfer equation with improvement by considering the vapor injected from the sieve hole to be three dimensional. The predicted concentration distributions by using proposed model were checked by experimental work conducted on a sieve tray simulator of 1.2 meters in diameter for desorbing the dissolved oxygen in the feed water by blowing air. The model predictions were confirmed by the experimental measurement. The validation of the proposed model was further tested by comparing the simulated result with the performance of an industrial scale sieve tray distillation column reported by Kunesh et al. for the stripping of toluene from its water solution. The predicted outlet concentration of each tray and the Murphree tray efficiencies under different operating conditions were in agreement with the published data. The simulated turbulent mass transfer diffusivity on each tray was within the range of the experimental result in the same sieve column reported by Cai et al. In addition, the prediction of the influence of sieve tray structure on the tray efficiency by using the proposed model was demonstrated.展开更多
