增压器浮环轴承润滑和散热性能的影响因素研究 被引量:5

在以往对增压器浮环轴承润滑性能的研究中,大都忽略了转轴-浮环-轴承座之间的传热,这与实际的浮环润滑摩擦状况相去甚远,且没有研究浮环轴承的散热性能。考虑转轴-浮环-轴承座之间的热传递,建立转轴-浮环-轴承座热量传递模型,基于Reyno... 在以往对增压器浮环轴承润滑性能的研究中,大都忽略了转轴-浮环-轴承座之间的传热,这与实际的浮环润滑摩擦状况相去甚远,且没有研究浮环轴承的散热性能。考虑转轴-浮环-轴承座之间的热传递,建立转轴-浮环-轴承座热量传递模型,基于Reynolds方程和浮环平衡方程,建立浮环轴承润滑模型,同时对浮环轴承润滑性能和散热性能进行分析,研究浮环厚度、外层间隙、内圆宽度和外圆宽度对浮环轴承润滑和散热性能的影响规律。结果表明:减少浮环厚度可以明显改善浮环的润滑和散热性能;浮环外层间隙增加可以降低浮环温度,改善浮环轴承的散热性能;内圆宽度增加,环速比、内膜温度、浮环摩擦功耗和轴承座散热量增加;外圆宽度增加,环速比减小,轴承座散热量增加;黏压效应对浮环轴承润滑和散热性能的影响很小。 展开更多

In the Greater Casablanca, road transport is the second largest emissions source of gaseous pollutants and particles after the industry [ 1 ]. The emitters are mobile and include different categories of vehicles in circulation, in the road network of the region [2]. Air emissions from road transport considered in this study are the exhaust emissions from combustion of fuel during vehicle movement. This is mainly SO2 (sulfur dioxide), NOx (nitrogen oxides), CO (carbon monoxide), CO2 (carbon dioxide), SP (suspended particulate) [3], VOC (volatile organic compounds), benzene, lead Pb and cadmium. These emissions depend mainly on the technology of the vehicle (type, fuel, engine size, and age), the vehicle speed, the engine temperature and ambient temperature [4]. 展开更多
