针对海上环保、抗高温井的钻探需求,通过研选抗高温环保处理剂,研制了一套抗温200℃的环保型防塌钻井液体系,EC_(50)值为30300 mg/L,BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr)值为0.713。室内实验表明其在200℃下仍具有良好流变性能,高温高压失水控制在15 mL以... 针对海上环保、抗高温井的钻探需求,通过研选抗高温环保处理剂,研制了一套抗温200℃的环保型防塌钻井液体系,EC_(50)值为30300 mg/L,BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr)值为0.713。室内实验表明其在200℃下仍具有良好流变性能,高温高压失水控制在15 mL以内,页岩滚动回收率大于85%。在井深6297 m、垂深6004.27 m的渤海湾埕海区块X井进行了现场应用,实钻过程中钻井液性能稳定,井径规则,全井10次电测均一次到底,无任何井下复杂情况发生,创造了多项海上钻井记录,为海上超深井作业奠定了基础。 展开更多

International experiences show that when make full use of the regulation and service functions of financial mechanism, such as the establishment of greenhouse gas emissions trade market, further strengthening investigation in environmental risk of the financing projects according to equator principles, more fiscal and taxation policies that to encourage financial institutions to innovate green financial products, participation of supporting the international financial organizations in energy-saving and environmental protection (hereafter referred to as ESEP) projects, people can significantly improve the quality of the environment, and effectively control pollution emissions in a low cost. In order to improve the efficiency of Shanghai ESEP work, the local government should learn from the international advanced experiences to accelerate the establishment of green financial service system of ESEP, so that to better use finance leverage to build a resource conserving and environment-fxiendly society. 展开更多

In the past three decades, especially in recent years, the environment has unceasingly deteriorated with rapid development of Chinese economy, and the inherent limitations of conventional project EIA have come to light. Thus, to pursue a broader course of sustainable development, the Chinese government has attached more and more importance to SEA. Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is a frontier subject in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). This article describes the current situation of SEA in China, discusses major problems with SEA, and then recommends improvements in the system. EIA Act of the People's Republic of China was promulgated which explicitly provides SEA is required in regional and sector plans and programs. In order to promote comprehensive development of SEA, a lot of work has been done by SEPA. Some SEA "experiments" have been implemented, and some research has been conducted on the topic in China. But SEA as applied today in China is confronted with a host of methodological and institutional limitations. Moreover, public participation is often extremely limited, because the system restricts public participation. Policies and strategies are kept secret from the public. Most of the research has been focused on the concept, theory, and framework of SEA. Comprehensive application of SEA in China has yet to occur, and only a limited number of case studies are available. We believe SEA can be improved by the following recommendations: dividing SEA into two stages, formulating legislation to safeguard the funds for SEA, guiding actively the public to participate in SEA, completing basic data bank about SEA, and setting up Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthetic Engineering for SEA. 展开更多

By using principal component analysis, this paper selected some appropriate influencing indicators, and constructed multiple linear regression models to predict the development of energy-saving environmental protection industry(ESEPl) in Shanghai. The Influencing Factors can be categorized into comprehensive economic factors and environmental factors, and GDP of the second industries and the total industries GDP in comprehensive economic factors have the strongest correlation, while in the environmental index factors, the total discharge of waste water has the strongest correlation. On the basis of influencing factors study, the regression model shows that by the end of 2020, the industry investment will reach 89.788 billion RMB, which proves that the development of ESEPI in Shanghai would grow continuously and dramatically. 展开更多

Global changes, including the rise of the sea level and frequent terrible disasters, are apparently threatening the living environment. For environmental mitigation, security, and sustainability, Taiwan should have reliable, incorporative area-based security-information networks to protect their environments. Plural (dual) surveillance which is rooted in biologic senses, e.g., from two-eyes, can have the feature of fault-tolerance, availability and maintainability in monitoring tasks. Further, it can fit the contemporary wireless communication methods being incorporated with MIMO (multi-in multi-out), to prevent information loss, interference, unexpected changes caused by such as clogged water and chemical reactions. Consequently, network prototypes, including SW (spider-web)network and CCC (cube-connected cycle), are proactively suggested. More reliable capabilities, including those encouraging local ferries and drones, for efficient logistic operation and mixed-use buildings with quality assured performance, can be good for smart urban growth, resource utilization in Taiwan, which is aimed as an aerotropolis--a means for placemaking. 展开更多
