近年来．我国科学技术工作者研究发展农业的新概念、新途径．提出农工商综合的所谓“十字型”或“飞鸟型”农业，就是要变单一种植业的农业为综合生产的产业体系。我们还要看到二十一世纪在我国大地上将要出现知识密集型农业，它将导致整个国家生产体系和生产组织的变革。

The Policy Evaluating Research on Strategic Emerging Industry in Shanghai

Strategic emerging industry is the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and transformation of economic development. And it＇ s also the key to enhance China＇s independent innovation capability and international competitiveness. Whether it is from the industrial development of the law or its own development experience of emerging industries, the development of new industries are heavily influenced by national policy, national policy to some extent can be seen as strategic emerging industry development the decisive factor. The article evaluates the effects that the policies to what extent promotes the development of strategic emerging industry in Shanghai.

Structure and Dynamics of Fisheries in Nigeria

The changes that have taken place in Nigerian fisheries are reviewed. Artisanal fishery has continued to dominate the fisheries,contributing over 85% of total fish production. The inland water and coastal seas are fully exploited and the increase in fishery production is not likely. Aquaculture potentials remain untapped as much as deep-sea fisheries. The combined potential of the fisheries resources-freshwater,marine and aquaculture can meet over 90% of the nation's demand for fish. Opportunities for invest-ments,therefore,exist in the various subsectors,especially in the areas of storage,processing and preservation for the capture fishery and fish seed multiplication for aquaculture.

The Exploitation of Economic Industrial Belt of Shanghai Gucun Park

As a ecological project of Baoshan government, Gucun park is the biggest country parks in Shanghai. With the construction of Gucun park, the scale of the park will expand rapidly, a large amount of customers will be attracted to Gucun, and the market demand will rise sharply, leading to a severe challenge to the industrial exploitation surrounding the Gucun park. The purpose of this paper is to analyze on the basis of the current situation of the Gucun park and its surrounding area. We draw lessons from large theme park and country park peripheral industry planning scheme, summed up Shanghai Gucun park＇s exploitation conditions and existing problems, and put forward my own advices to make the future industry exploitation more smoothly.

Accommodation Vessels

This technical paper considers the vessels used today in the sea and marine industries to provide somewhere to stay for people in semi-permanent accommodation at sea： the floating hotels. These structures have mainly been developed to hold the activities of the offshore oil and gas industry, although in coastal areas they are widely used for several purposes, mainly as commercial hotels, but with a quite different philosophy of use. The purpose of this paper is to show how the term flotel is used to denominate very different craft that, while serving the same purpose, have a totally different configuration according to the place where they are located： in protected waters in coastal areas, in benign and shallow waters of the open ocean or in the harsh environments of deep waters, etc..

Integration of industry cooperation development research in Bohai Economic Rim

Integrated development of industrial cooperation is the core content in the Bohai economic rim.Industrial structure convergence of Bohai economic rim mainly exist in macro three industries while it rarely exist in the manufacturing industry and other internal meso level. Learning from changing tendency, industrial structure convergence in the five provinces and municipality in the Bohai Economic Rim tend to be increasingly intense. For integration of industry cooperation development in Bohai Economic Rim, it is faced with massive separation, industrial development convergence and is restricted by institutional and ideological barriers. As strategic choice based on interest tending, integration of industry cooperation development in Bohai Economic Rim should be further integrated on development concept of industrial transformation to promote institutional system of the integration of industrial development and optimize the industrial layout and division system of Bohai economic rim.

A Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry of Shanghai by Increasing Labor Cost

Manufacturing is an important support for Shanghai＇s participation in global industrial competition and the implementation of the national strategy for manufacturing power. Economic development Globalization has promoted the deep integration of information and industry, put forward higher requirements for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, relying solely on the rich labor resources advantages can continue to serve Shanghai economic development. Fierce international competition, ＂labor shortage＂, energy security, labor standards and other issues have led to a gradual increase in labor costs.

FIas the ＂Flying Geese＂ Paradigm Occurred in China？

In economic literature, the term ＇flying geese＂ refers to the movement of capital from developed regions to less developed ones. Using national data from abovescale manufacturing enterprises, this paper investigates whether the experience of ＂flying geese＂ has transpired in China for manufacturing industries. We find that, driven by the effects of agglomeration, prior to the mid-2000s, there had been an increasing concentration of industrial activities in the coastal regions. However, as labor and land costs increased, the manufacturing sector - especially the labor-intensive industries - began to relocate from the coastal to the interior regions.
