Mean seedling height, root collar diameter, main root length and number of lateral roots were measured every 15 days during growing season from May 30 to Oct. 20. Experimental results showed that TMS treatments greatly promoted seedling growth and improved seedling quality. The treatment by 500 μL·L?1 TMS produced the best result, for which the mean height, root collar diameter, main root length, and the number of lateral roots of seedlings were increased by 42.5%, 30.7%, 14.0%, and 31.6%, respectively, compared to that of the control seedlings. As to seedling quality, grade-I seedling and grade-II seedlings were fifty-fifty, and no grade-III seedlings was found. The treatment by 500 μL·L?1 TMS resulted in the highest chlorophyll concentration. In that sense, mapping interactivity indicators that consider technical and operational aspects, supported by the available technical literature and based on the perspective of undergraduate engineers and teachers, becomes a fundamental activity in order to build interactive environments that may in fact adequately contribute for the professional education of our students, mainly the ones in engineering courses. Specifically, this paper shows preliminary studies within this perspective, showing how technological innovation may be understood and applied in the educational context. The study also shows the first interactivity indicator for a collaborative learning perspective, obtained from data collected through a qualitative content analysis methodology.展开更多

For a long time, because its acquisition is so difficult, but it cannot get rid of the inefficiencies and a lack of attraction of the traditional pen and paper training, it has become one of the teaching problems to be solved urgently in teaching research community. In the non-target language environment, the use of limited time and space in the classroom to training students' Chinese writing skill is an important task of the intermediate and advanced Chinese teaching. At the cultural environment in Westem Europe, learners' awareness of democracy and freedom are very strong, they are active, rich in their thinking, the interesting, challenging, and immersive of training activities are more attractive to students Immersion teaching design of the Chinese writing course is such a lively, fun, and interactive new design. This paper discusses the design method and a characteristic of immersion teaching Chinese writing course in the non-target language environment, analyzes its design basis and practice principles, and puts forward some suggestions on the application of this type of design.展开更多

AFEC increased cucumber growth most significantly, followed by DEC and NAFEC, which was insignificant compared to the control treatment. Humic-like substances from compost extracts played an important role in promoting cucumber growth. Application of humic-like substances stimulated auxin-like activity and increased chlorophyll content and nitrogen accumulation in plants. The positive auxin-like activity of humic-like substances could be attributed to the relative distribution of special carbon groups, such as those with a large amount of peptidic and carbohydratic groups or with a low content of phenolic groups. In conclusion, the best growth promotion by application of AFEC was mainly attributed to the humic-like substances in the AFEC.展开更多
