消白灵注射液治疗白癜风48例临床疗效观察

白癜风是临床一种常见的慢性局限性色素脱失皮肤疾病,影响容貌,易诊而难治.本病原因不明,近年来多数学者认同自身免疫疾病及黑色素细胞自身破坏等[1]观点.我科从1989年开始用白补何紫汤治疗白癜风收到好的效果,因中草药汤剂给患者带来不便, 我科在本院药剂科的协助下,研究制成消白灵注射液,治疗白癜风48例,取得满意疗效,报告如下. 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料治疗组48例来自门诊及住院病人,其中男28例,女20例;年龄1～45岁;病程1个月～2年,治疗组中局限性白癜风34例,原发或群集白斑,局限身体某一部位; 散发性白癜风7例,白斑呈散发或多发,总面积不超过体表面积的50%;节段性白癜风5例,白斑范围相当于某种神经节段支配的皮肤区域;泛发性白癜风2例,白斑总面积超过体表总面积50%以上.另选35例作对照,其年龄、性别、临床分型与治疗组相似.

消白灵汤治疗17例白癜风的临床分析

目的 :探讨白癜风的发病机制 ,了解白癜风与经络脏腑的关系。方法 :采用自拟消白灵汤治疗白癜风患者 17例 ,并从传统医学角度进行分析。结果 :痊愈 5例 (2 9 4 % ) ,显效 5例(2 9 4 % ) ,有效 4例 (2 3 5 % ) ,无效 3例 (17 6 % ) ,显效率为 5 8 8% ,总有效率为 82 4 % ,属足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经者疗效好。结论

消白灵汤联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风临床研究

目的:观察消白灵汤联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:将白癜风患者82例随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组给予308 nm准分子激光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用消白灵汤治疗。2组疗程均为12周。观察比较2组临床疗效,并对2组治疗前后不同时间点的中医证候积分、白癜风面积及严重程度指数(VASI)进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率为97.6%,对照组为87.8%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后2个时间点的中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月,2组VASI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后2个时间点的VASI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白灵汤联合308准分子光治疗白癜风,可显著提高治疗有效率,缓解患者临床症状,有效减少白癜风面积及皮损程度。

驱虫斑鸠菊和消白丸治疗白癜风临床研究

为探索治疗白癜风的有效药物,提高治愈率,1996年3月—1999年9月采用注射驱虫斑鸠菊或口服消白灵丸方法,将1200例白癜风患者随机分成3组,第1组:单纯驱虫斑鸠菊治疗,第2组:单纯消白灵丸治疗,第3组:驱虫斑鸠菊加消白丸治疗,随访3个月,结果:第1组治愈率为21.33％,第2组治愈率为36.50％,第3组治愈率为61.60％。结果显示:驱虫斑鸠菊加消白灵丸疗效优于单纯消白灵丸组。

Effect of Xiaobailing Decoction on Melanocytes in Vitro

To observe the effect of Xiaobailing Decoction （消白灵汤） on murine melanocytes in vitro and to explore the mechanism of Xiaobailing Decoction in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods： B-16F10 murine melanoma cells were cultured in 1640 medium and treated respectively with different concentrations （lmg/ml, 2mg/ml, 3mg/ml） of the Chinese drug Xiaobailing Decoction and its main components, the drugs for replenishing the lddney-yang, and the drugs for nourishing blood and activating blood circulation, etc. for 7 days. MMT assay was used to determine the proliferation of B-16F10 murine melanoma cells. NaOH cleavage assay was adopted to measure the melanogenesis of melanocytes. Results：Xiaobailing Decoction, the drugs for replenishing the kidney-yang and the drugs for nourishing blood and activating blood circulation at different concentrations significantly improved the proliferation of B-16F10 murine melanoma cells from the 3rd day to the 5th day （P〈0.05）, with Xiaobailing Decoction at the concentrations of lmg/ml having the most distinct action on promoting the proliferation of melanocytes on the 3rd day （P〈0.001）; And the drugs for replenishing the lodney-yang at the concentrations of 2mg/ml and 3mg/ml and the drugs for nourishing blood and activating blood circulation at 3mg/ml significantly increased melanogenesis of melanocytes （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaobailing Decoction can promote melanocytic proliferation and melanogenesis in vitro, and it is indicated that the drugs for replenishing the kidney-yang and the drugs for nourishing blood and activating blood circulation play an important role in treating vitiligo.
