双调谐液体柱形阻尼器及其基本动力性能 被引量:2

借鉴被动调谐质量阻尼器(tuned mass damper,简称TMD)和调谐液体柱形阻尼器(tuned liquid column damper,简称TLCD)各自的优缺点,结合土木工程结构减震装置的经济性和适用性,提出了一种双调谐液体柱形阻尼器(doubly tuned liquid column... 借鉴被动调谐质量阻尼器(tuned mass damper,简称TMD)和调谐液体柱形阻尼器(tuned liquid column damper,简称TLCD)各自的优缺点,结合土木工程结构减震装置的经济性和适用性,提出了一种双调谐液体柱形阻尼器(doubly tuned liquid column damper,简称DTLCD),建立了简谐激励作用下单自由度DTLCD控制体系(DTLCD-SDOF)的运动方程,推导了其动力反应放大系数。提出了针对DTLCD的调优策略及优化评价函数,通过相关算法获得DTLCD-SDOF系统的参数优化程序,并利用该程序得到了DTLCD的最优参数。具体分析了不同参数对DTLCD共振峰值和调频宽度的影响,并对阻尼器阻尼参数或受控结构频率发生变化后DTLCD的鲁棒性进行了评价。对DTLCD,TMD,TLCD及DTMD的有效性和鲁棒性进行了对比分析。理论与数值研究结果表明,DTLCD的控制效果明显优于TMD和TLCD,与DTMD效果相同,并且在主结构频率的摄动方面拥有更佳的鲁棒性。事实证明,DTMD比TMD和TLCD更具工程适用性。 展开更多

以柱液体色谱联合红外光谱(IR)、元素分析等手段,建立了一项测定渣油和沥青中烃族的族组成分析方法.通过色谱参数的评选和红外光谱的核实所建立的此方法具有溶剂和担体用量少、色谱分辨率高的特点,是一安全、经济、先进的族组成分析方法... 以柱液体色谱联合红外光谱(IR)、元素分析等手段,建立了一项测定渣油和沥青中烃族的族组成分析方法.通过色谱参数的评选和红外光谱的核实所建立的此方法具有溶剂和担体用量少、色谱分辨率高的特点,是一安全、经济、先进的族组成分析方法.所建方法中,选择的模型化合物为试剂纯碳24烷烃、二苯并[ah]蒽、乙酰苯胺.冲洗所获模型物制备段分,其红外光谱特征和元素分析结果和原试剂相一致,且具有好的回收率.所建方法对渣油和沥青实样的测定,不仅有很好的重复性,还具有很高的分离、分辩能力.IR和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)的测定充分地证实了各制备段的不同特征. 展开更多

设计并制备了一种具有较大变倍比及较高成像质量的充液式连续变焦微型柱透镜系统。该系统由埋入聚二甲基硅氧烷基片的两片对称弯月柱透镜及一片双凸柱透镜构成:两弯月柱透镜边缘位置胶合形成空腔,改变注入其中的液体折射率,可实现柱透... 设计并制备了一种具有较大变倍比及较高成像质量的充液式连续变焦微型柱透镜系统。该系统由埋入聚二甲基硅氧烷基片的两片对称弯月柱透镜及一片双凸柱透镜构成:两弯月柱透镜边缘位置胶合形成空腔,改变注入其中的液体折射率,可实现柱透镜系统的连续变焦;双凸柱透镜的优化设计可控制柱透镜系统整个变焦范围内的像差。当柱透镜系统中注入的液体折射率由1.3330变化到1.5530时,可实现系统后焦距由52.292~4.972 mm的连续平滑变化。整个变焦范围内,柱透镜系统径向弥散斑均方根半径始终小于5μm,接近衍射极限。对柱透镜系统的可能公差进行了详细分析,证实了该设计的可行性,并完成了透镜系统的加工制备及后焦距、调制传递函数曲线的测量。该变焦系统具有变倍比高、体积小、结构简单稳定、成像质量高等优势,可用于集成化的微型设备中。 展开更多

The upward multiphase cross flow and heat transfer in the vertical tube may occur in oil production and chemical facilities. In this study, the local flow patterns of an upward gas-water two phase cross flow in a vertical tube with a horizontal rod have been investigated with an optical probe and the digital high speed video system. The local flow patterns are defined as the bubble, slug, churn and annular flow patterns. Optical probe signals are ana- lyzed in terms of probability density function, and it is proved that the local flow patterns can be recognized by this method. The transition mechanisms between the different flow patterns have been analyzed and the corresponding transitional models are proposed. Finally, local flow pattern maps of the upward gas-water two-phase flow in the vertical tube with a horizontal rod are constructed. 展开更多

Operating principle of water three-way valve with high flow for individual hydraulic prop in coal was presented in this paper, its strict and precise mathematical model was established, its flow field was simulated numerically by software Fluent, and its dynamic characteristics were analyzed during the work process such as raising leg, loading and overflow, the influence of the related parameters on high-flow water three-way valve was determined. The results as follows: during the raising leg stage and early raising leg stage, when the damping ratio increases, the overshoot of system decreases and the setting time reduces, and the dynamic response performance has a significant improvement. During the loading stage and the overflow stage, the pressure in plunger chamber of single hydraulic prop, the output flow and the displacement of the high-flow water three-way valve decrease with the decreasing of the external load. The spring stiffness of the safety valve directs the flow and the spool's displacement of the safety valve, and it can be used to control the high-flow three-way valve's sensitivity. 展开更多

Fluid Flow Past a Circular Cylinder with Tandem Rod and Staggered Rod at Low Reynolds Number 被引量:2

The flow past a primary cylinder with one tandem control rod and one staggered control rod is simulated in this paper through solving the Navier-Stokes equations. Two examples are simulated to validate the model, and the results matched well with those of previous researches. The Reynolds number based on the diameter of the primary cylinder is 500. The diameter ratio between the control rod and the primary cylinder (d/D) is 0.25. It was found that the effect of the combination of one upstream tandem control rod and one staggered control rod on the hydrodynamics of the primary cylinder is a linear superposition of the effect of a corresponding single control rod, and the effect of the upstream tandem control rod is dominant at larger spacing ratios such as G/D=2. For the combination of a downstream tandem control rod and a staggered control rod, the effect of the control rods is different from that of the corresponding single control rod in the region of 0.2〈G/D〈0.5 & 30°〈a〈120° and 0.9〈G/D〈1.4 & 30°〈a〈50°, where the additional effect is obvious. In this case, the effect of the downstream tandem control rod is dominant at small spacing ratios (such as G/D=0.1). At moderate spacing ratios such as G/D=0.4, the effects of the tandem control rod and the staggered control rod are comparable in both cases. 展开更多

Damped oscillation of Newtonian liquid in a vertical U-tube is one of the well known phenomena and the solution of this liquid motion for the laminar flow regime in the circular pipe was solved, however, generally speaking, even if the period of the oscillational motion by this solution is nearly coincided with that of the experimental result, the estimation of the damped oscillational process with lapse of time by the solved equation is not in agreement with that of the experimental result. Therefore basing upon the experimental results of the velocity distributions of the oscillational motion in the circular U-tube for the Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquids, the velocity distribution of the Bingham plastic flow is assumed. The solutions of the damped oscillation and also of the vertical falling and rising velocities of the free surface in the vertical U-tube of the diameters D= 10mm, 20mm and 40mm are compared with water and water-glycerine solution for the Newtonian liquids and the acrylic co-polymer solutions for the non-Newtorlian liquid. The comparisons of these solved equations by the new flow model are shown in good agreement with the experimental results. The above stated results are described in detail. 展开更多

In this paper the liquid argon nanojet break-up phenomenon was studied using the molecular dynamics method. The effects of temperature, nozzle diameter and body force on the nanojet break-up length and time were simu- lated. Meanwhile, the particle size, wave length and the frequency of the disturbance were compared with the re- suits of linear stability analysis. The results showed that even though the fluid becomes discontinuous, the tradi- tional linear stability analysis can be used to make a rough calculation of the nanojet break-up. 展开更多
