考虑电液系统的强非线性特点,提出了一种基于液压无源性理论的非线性鲁棒控制方法。该控制方法利用跟踪误差的滑模与液压无源性理论中的压力误差储能函数构建Lyapunov函数,backstepping逆向递推过程分解为位置跟踪与压力跟踪两个环节,... 考虑电液系统的强非线性特点,提出了一种基于液压无源性理论的非线性鲁棒控制方法。该控制方法利用跟踪误差的滑模与液压无源性理论中的压力误差储能函数构建Lyapunov函数,backstepping逆向递推过程分解为位置跟踪与压力跟踪两个环节,为了化解电液系统中两个控制容腔的压力内动态所造成的冗余自由度难题,提出了基于稳态工作点的期望压力分配策略,从而推导出非线性鲁棒控制律。在样机系统上的实验结果表明,被试电液系统在跟踪0.2~20 mm/s速度范围内指令轨迹时跟踪误差的均方根均在5μm以内,基于液压无源性的非线性鲁棒控制方法实现了良好的跟踪性能与性能鲁棒性。 展开更多

液压缸的密封性能是衡量液压缸品质的一项关键指标。密封性主要体现在是否存在泄漏,包括内泄漏和外泄漏,影响泄漏的因素有很多,诸如液压密封件选用是否合适是否损坏,活塞、缸筒内壁、活塞杆和导向套的加工精度是否达标,液压油液的清洁... 液压缸的密封性能是衡量液压缸品质的一项关键指标。密封性主要体现在是否存在泄漏,包括内泄漏和外泄漏,影响泄漏的因素有很多,诸如液压密封件选用是否合适是否损坏,活塞、缸筒内壁、活塞杆和导向套的加工精度是否达标,液压油液的清洁度等等,都已有相关研究,并取得了有益成果。但关于液压缸筒总成气密性的研究还比较少,缸筒总成中包括很多的焊缝,其材料本身是否存在缺陷,都将导致液压缸泄漏。因此对液压缸筒总成进行气密性检测是很有必要的,能够在液压缸总装之前发现缸筒是否存在漏点以便采取措施,杜绝总装试验后的拆卸导致的一系列人工费,报废等情况出现,有效提高液压缸生产效率。 展开更多

目的研究单侧液压脑损伤(FPI)对大鼠双侧海马区胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达和CA1区突触传递的影响。方法建立大鼠单侧液压脑损伤模型,脑标本分为对照组(包括正常对照和假手术对照)、FPI损伤同侧组和FPI损伤对侧组。免疫组化法检测海马... 目的研究单侧液压脑损伤(FPI)对大鼠双侧海马区胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达和CA1区突触传递的影响。方法建立大鼠单侧液压脑损伤模型,脑标本分为对照组(包括正常对照和假手术对照)、FPI损伤同侧组和FPI损伤对侧组。免疫组化法检测海马水平切片GFAP表达,对海马CA1区锥体神经元进行细胞内记录。结果FPI大鼠双侧海马齿状回门区和CA1区GFAP表达均比对照组明显增强。FPI损伤同侧组兴奋性输入-输出关系曲线的斜率比其他两组显著增大(P<0.05);FPI损伤同侧组和对侧组双脉冲易化(PPF)比值和抑制性突触后电位(IPSP)幅值均比对照组显著减小(P<0.05);FPI损伤同侧组和对侧组双脉冲抑制(PPD)比值均比对照组显著增大(P<0.05)。结论大鼠单侧液压脑损伤对双侧海马均可产生影响,导致双侧海马CA1区兴奋性突触传递增强,抑制性突触传递减弱。 展开更多

针对新型金属桥塞密封件的成形工艺开展研究,探究圆角结构对密封件液压成形性的影响。采用有限元模拟(MSC.Marc软件)和实验相结合的方法,选取零件的形状和中间薄壁弧形段壁厚作为调控对象。通过比较不同圆角半径对零件等效塑性应变分布... 针对新型金属桥塞密封件的成形工艺开展研究,探究圆角结构对密封件液压成形性的影响。采用有限元模拟(MSC.Marc软件)和实验相结合的方法,选取零件的形状和中间薄壁弧形段壁厚作为调控对象。通过比较不同圆角半径对零件等效塑性应变分布和大小以及对液压成形力的影响作用,得出合理的圆角结构尺寸。结果表明,随着圆角半径增大,零件中间弧形薄壁段等效塑性应变更加均匀,数值也逐渐减小,液压成形力逐渐增大。模拟和实验结果基本一致,圆角半径为2.5 mm时,对密封件的成形效果最佳,圆角部位不仅未开裂,且外形尺寸满足要求,因此,利用液压成形工艺加工该类金属桥塞密封件可行且高效。 展开更多

Ring hoop tension test and tube bulging test were carried out at elevated temperatures up to 480 ℃to evaluate the formability of AZ31B extruded tube for internal high pressure forming (IHPF) process. The total elongation along hoop direction and the maximum expansion ratio (MER) of the tube were obtained. The fracture surface after bursting was also analyzed. The results show that the total elongation along hoop direction and the MER value have a similar changing tendency as the testing temperature increases, which is quite different from the total elongation along axial direction. Both the total elongation along hoop direction and the MER value increase to a peak value at about 160 ℃. After that, they begin to decrease quickly until a certain rebounding temperature is reached. From the rebounding temperature, they begin to increase rapidly again. Burnt structure appears on the fracture surface when tested at temperatures higher than 420 ℃. Therefore, the forming temperature of the tested tube should be lower than 420 ℃, even though bigger formability can be achieved at higher temperature. 展开更多

With the rapid rising of heat flux and reduction of heat dissipating space of microelectronic devises, flattened sintered heat pipe has become an ideal conducting element of use in the electronic cooling field. A manufacturing technology named phase change flattening process is presented to fabricate the flattened grooved-sintered wick heat pipe (GSHP for short). Deformation geometry of flattened GSHP and the elasto-plastic deformation of flattening process are analyzed theoretically and verified by experiments. The results show that the vapor pressure inside sintered heat pipe during flattening process is determined by the saturated vapor pressure equation; the width and vapor area of flattened heat pipe change greatly as the flattening proceeds; the maximum equivalent strain distributes at the interface between wick and vapor in the fiat section; the buckling phenomenon can be well eliminated when the flattening temperature reaches 480 K; phase change flattening punch load increases with flattening temperature and displacement. 展开更多

In order to study the laws of the extrusion pressure changing with the extrusion parameters in the process of hydrostatic extrusion for the tungsten alloys, the large deformation elasto plastic theory and the software of ANSYS 5 5 are used to carry out the numerical simulation research. The laws of the extrusion pressure changing with the extrusion parameters, such as the die angle, extrusion ratio, and friction coefficient, are obtained. Also key parameters are provided for the design of the hydraulic system. A Fe/Al clad tube was prepared by explosive welding.Then the bonding characteristic of the interface was investigated by compression,flattening and compression-shear test.The test results exhibit that the clad tubes possessing good bonding interface have higher shear strength than that of pure aluminum and can bear both axial and radial deformation.The original interface between aluminum layer and ferrite layer was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the clad tubes with good bonding properties possess the interface in wave and straight shape.The Fe/Al clad tube was used to manufacture the T-shape by hydro-bulging.It is found that the good-bonding interface of the Fe/Al clad tube plays a dominant role in the formation of the T-shape. 展开更多

The analysis of the experimental data show that the dynamic characteristics of MR mount such as dynamic stiffness and loss angles vary distinctly as the excitation frequency, and MR fluids as one type of attracting controllable fluids are fit for hydraulic engine mounts. The author advises to work out potentialities of MR fluids, the semi control or active control MR fluids filled hydraulic engine mount must be developed. 展开更多
