哺乳期液奶的营养含量、比例构成对犊牛早期关键组织器官的持续分化与发育,消化代谢系统功能的完善,瘤胃机能的启动、建立和强化起着至关重要的作用。利用牧场现有奶源降低后备牛培育成本是经营的需要,而实现犊牛快速生长发育是饲养管... 哺乳期液奶的营养含量、比例构成对犊牛早期关键组织器官的持续分化与发育,消化代谢系统功能的完善,瘤胃机能的启动、建立和强化起着至关重要的作用。利用牧场现有奶源降低后备牛培育成本是经营的需要,而实现犊牛快速生长发育是饲养管理的目标。本文从早期犊牛生长发育营养需要入手,分析了以常乳为主的液奶营养构成与哺乳犊牛需要量之间的差距,从蛋白能量比的角度阐述了常乳液奶的营养缺陷,以平衡全乳营养成分、比例的思路为主旨提出了营养平衡配方粉的理念,期望通过营养平衡配方粉与原奶等资源的合理调制,构建符合哺乳期犊牛营养需要和生长发育特点的液奶饲料,实现犊牛充分发育、快速生长、促进开食、强大瘤胃的哺乳期培育目标。营养平衡配方粉的营养构成建议标准为:蛋白质24%~27%,脂肪10%~14%,酪蛋白占总蛋白比例50%以下,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸比例3~3.3:1。与全乳按1:1比例调制配合后,得到的液奶营养含量为:干物质14%~16%,蛋白质3.8%~4.2%,脂肪2.7%~3.1%,蛋能比60~55g/Mcal。 展开更多

应用LAMP法进行了613枚胚胎的性别鉴定结果,雌性胚胎302枚(49.3%),雄性胚胎311枚(50.7%),移植成功率平均为40.9%(122/298),出生后代中与性别鉴定结果一致的121头,性别鉴定准确率为96.0%(121/126)。应用奶牛性腔胶囊后输精的14头供体母牛... 应用LAMP法进行了613枚胚胎的性别鉴定结果,雌性胚胎302枚(49.3%),雄性胚胎311枚(50.7%),移植成功率平均为40.9%(122/298),出生后代中与性别鉴定结果一致的121头,性别鉴定准确率为96.0%(121/126)。应用奶牛性腔胶囊后输精的14头供体母牛,共采集69枚可用胚胎,对其中64枚胚胎进行性别鉴定,确定雌性胚胎的比例为71.9%(46/64),头均获4.9枚可用胚胎。应用奶牛性控液对3头供体母牛宫注后输精,共采集26枚可用胚胎,经性别鉴定后确定雌性胚胎比例为73.1%(19/26),头均获可用胚胎8.7枚。应用分离X精子冷冻精液对12头供体母牛进行输精,对采集到的61枚胚胎进行性别鉴定后,确定雌性胚胎比例为100%(61/61),头均获得可用胚胎5.5枚。11枚性控冷冻胚胎移植后,40d以上未返情率为63.6%(7/11)。用分离的X精子冷冻精液对供体母牛输精后,可获得与未分离冷冻精液输精后相接近的超排供体母牛采集胚胎的数量和质量。 展开更多

[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to reveal the mechanism of Yizhikang powder treatment on dairy cattle with retained placenta from the hemorheological perspective. [ Method] Dairy cattle with retained placenta were treated with oral administration of Yizhikang powder. And their hemorheological indexes were measured and compared with the corresponding indicators of pre-administration group, healthy group, and control group (sick but untreated).[ Result] There was large decrease amplitude in the indexes (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity reduction viscosity, ESR, ESR equation K value, fibrinogen content, platelet aggregation rate, RBC deformability IF value) of treated dairy cattle with retained placenta. By t test, the indexes, except hematocrit, decreased significantly after treatment (P〈0.05) and reached the status of post partum healthy cows. The hemorheological indexes didn't change significantly in the control group before and after treatment. [ Conclusion] Yizhikang powder could significantly improve blood flow state and reduced the occurrence of qi stagnation and blood stasis in perinatal period. 展开更多

Here we propose a method for determination of Avermectin residual content in milk and beef content. After extracting and processing the sample, use high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for determination. Mobile phase is: V(Methanol): V(Water)=90: 10; determination wavelength is 245 nm; flow rate is 0.8 mL/min. Avermectin is completely separated in 17min, linear range is 5 - 0.3 g/L, correlation coefficient is 0.9997, average recovery rates of Avermectin in milk and beef are respectively 91.20 %- 100.32 % and 89.93 %-99.15 %, the relative standard deviations are respectively less than 7% and 4%. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, so is suitable for determination of Avermectin residues in milk and beef, and it can meet domestic and foreign testing requirements. 展开更多

However, it is di... Heat stress affects feed intake, milk production, and endocrine status in dairy cows. The temperaturehumidity index(THI) is employed as an index to evaluate the degree of heat stress in dairy cows. However, it is difficult to ascertain whether THI is the most appropriate measurement of heat stress in dairy cows. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of heat stress on serum insulin, adipokines(leptin and adiponectin), AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK), and heat shock signal molecules(heat shock transcription factor(HSF) and heat shock proteins(HSP)) in dairy cows and to research biomarkers to be used for better understanding the meaning of THI as a bioclimatic index. To achieve these objectives, two experiments were performed. The first experiment: eighteen lactating Holstein dairy cows were used. The treatments were: heat stress(HS, THI average=81.7, n=9) and cooling(CL, THI average=53.4, n=9). Samples of HS were obtained on August 16, 2013, and samples of CL were collected on April 7, 2014 in natural conditions. The second experiment: HS treatment cows(n=9) from the first experiment were fed for 8 weeks from August 16, 2013 to October 12, 2013. Samples for moderate heat stress, mild heat stress, and no heat stress were obtained, respectively, according to the physical alterations of the THI. Results showed that heat stress significantly increased the serum adiponectin, AMPK, HSF, HSP27, HSP70, and HSP90(P〈0.05). Adiponectin is strongly associated with AMPK. The increases of adiponectin and AMPK may be one of the mechanisms to maintain homeostasis in heat-stressed dairy cows. When heat stress treatment lasted 8 weeks, a higher expression of HSF and HSP70 was observed under moderate heat stress. Serum HSF and HSP70 are sensitive and accurate in heat stress and they could be potential indicators of animal response to heat stress. We recommend serum HSF and HSP70 as meaningful biomarkers to supplement the THI and evaluate moderate heat stress in dairy cows in the future. 展开更多
