离心泵出口液控阀门的故障监测方法研究 被引量:2

在泵站“无人值班、少人值守”管理模式下,目前尚缺乏对水泵出口液控阀门故障的监测。以某引黄灌区泵站为例,研究提出了一种离心泵出口液控阀门故障的监测方法。经泵系统水锤计算可得到设定的测压点压力变化过程,与试验结果比较,两者基... 在泵站“无人值班、少人值守”管理模式下,目前尚缺乏对水泵出口液控阀门故障的监测。以某引黄灌区泵站为例,研究提出了一种离心泵出口液控阀门故障的监测方法。经泵系统水锤计算可得到设定的测压点压力变化过程,与试验结果比较,两者基本接近,表明数值计算结果比较可靠。基于泵系统水锤计算,可以分别得到泵出口液控阀门按确定的关闭规律关闭、水泵正常停机时泵站最大净扬程工况和最小净扬程工况下出水管上设定测压点的压力变化过程,计算泵站最大净扬程工况与最小净扬程工况的测压点压力差的平方和,可得到泵出口阀门故障的监测指标值ε。当某台水泵正常停机时,泵站计算机监控系统可以实测到泵出水管上设定测压点的压力变化过程,将泵站最大净扬程工况水锤计算的测压点压力与之相减,可得到计算时段内不同时刻两者压差的平方和E。如果E大于ε,则可以判断泵出口液控阀门没有按照水锤计算时采用的关闭规律进行操作,从而表明泵出口液控阀门存在故障。经实际工程应用验证,本文提出的离心泵出口液控阀门故障监测方法是行之有效的。 展开更多

低扬程大流量泵站是地势平坦地区或城镇水厂最常见的输配水方式之一,如何进行水锤防护是该类工程设计和调度运行需要考虑的首要问题。针对典型低扬程大流量泵站的水锤防护问题进行了研究,指出了原防护方案的不足;通过多方案比选,优化了... 低扬程大流量泵站是地势平坦地区或城镇水厂最常见的输配水方式之一,如何进行水锤防护是该类工程设计和调度运行需要考虑的首要问题。针对典型低扬程大流量泵站的水锤防护问题进行了研究,指出了原防护方案的不足;通过多方案比选,优化了水泵出口液控阀门的关闭规律和空气阀的口径,使其满足设计要求。事故断电、阀门拒动情况下,水泵机组快速反转,说明转动惯量相对较小,可通过缩短水泵出口液控阀门的关闭时间来减少水泵反转;管道沿线的正压和负压超过防护标准,这一般是由于空气阀快速关闭产生的弥合水锤造成的,可减小空气阀口径,这是一种可行的优化方案。 展开更多

The natural frequency of the electrohydraulic system in mobile machinery is always very low,which brings difficulties to the controller design.To improve the tracking performance of the hydraulic system,mathematical modeling of the electrohydraulic lifting system and the rubber hose was accomplished according to an electrohydraulic lifting test rig built in the laboratory.Then,valve compensation strategy,including spool opening compensation (SOC) and dead zone compensation (DZC),was designed based on the flow-pressure characteristic of a closed-centered proportional valve.Comparative experiments on point-to-point trajectory tracking between a proportional controller with the proposed compensations and a traditional PI controller were conducted.Experiment results show that the maximal absolute values of the tracking error are reduced from 0.039 m to 0.019 m for the slow point-to-point motion trajectory and from 0.085 m to 0.054 m for the fast point-to-point motion trajectory with the proposed compensations.Moreover,tracking error of the proposed controller was analyzed and corresponding suggestions to reduce the tracking error were put forward. 展开更多

The influence of the nominal flow rate on the positional accuracy of piston is investigated and the proximate formula for calculating the nominal flow rate of on/off valve is introduced. The system structure proposed in this paper could avoid cavitation and hyper pressure in two chambers to some extent. The simulation results indicated that the control method in this paper could satisfy the expected control requirements. 展开更多
