本文介绍了一种油井产液量测量的装置 ,它在传统的玻璃管量油的基础上 ,以单片机为控制核心 ,将计算机技术与测量技术结合在一起 ,组成了新型智能化测量系统。该装置能够准确地计量油井的产液量 ,实现测量数据的自动存储、显示和回放。

We measured the water content (0.01% 0.25% w/w) in crude oil emulsions using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). To improve the precision and range of the measurements, we used 1 and 10 mm thick quartz cells. The experiments were performed at 20 ℃ and the THz wave was transmitted vertically to the samples and detected on the other side. The experimental results suggest linear relation for the THz absorption coefficient and the water content of the crude oil emulsions in the observed range. The linear dependence facilitates high-precision measurements of the water content of crude oil. This suggests the potential of THz-TDS in determining the water concentration in crude oil and borehole fluid identification. 展开更多

In order to measure the backhoe vibratory excavating resistance of a hydraulic excavator fast and precisely,the influences of vibratory excavating depth,angle,vibratory frequency,amplitude,bucket inserting velocity and soil type on the vibratory excavating resistance were analyzed.Simulation analysis was carded out to establish the bucket inserting velocity,amplitude and vibratory frequency considered as secondary variables and excavating resistance as primary variable.A fttzzy membership function was introduced to improve the anti-noise capacity of support vector machine,which is a soft-sensing model on the hydraulic excavator's backhoe vibratory excavating resistance based on fuzzy support vector machine.The simulation result reveals that its maximum relative training and testing error are nearly 0.68% and-0.47%,respectively.It is concluded that the model has quite high modeling precision and generalization capacity,and it can measure the vibratory excavating resistance accurately,reliably and fast in an indirect way. 展开更多

Nuclear masses ranging from O to Ti isotopes are systematically investigated with relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov(RCHB)theory,which can provide a proper treatment of pairing correlations in the presence of the continuum.From O to Ti isotopes,there are 402 nuclei predicted to be bound by the density functional PC-PK1.For the 234 nuclei with mass measured,the root mean square(rms)deviation is 2.23 MeV.It is found that the proton drip-lines predicted with various mass models are roughly the same and basically agree with the observation.The neutron drip-lines predicted,however,are quite diferent.Due to the continuum couplings,the neutron drip-line nuclei predicted are extended further neutron-rich than other mass models.By comparison with finite-range droplet model(FRDM),the neutron drip-line nucleus predicted by RCHB theory has respectively2(O),10(Ne),10(Na),6(Mg),8(Al),6(Si),8(P),6(S),14(K),10(Ca),10(Sc),and 12(Ti)more neutrons. 展开更多

The nanomechanical properties of single human immunoglobulin G and M antibodies were measured in a liquid environment using a fast force-volume technique with sub-10-nm spatial resolution. The ultrastructural details of these molecules were resolved in the images. Simultaneously, important physical properties, including elasticity, adhesion, and deformation were measured. The dimensions and adsorption of the immunoglobulin M antibodies onto the substrate indicated that they are highly by a low elastic stiffness (34 ± 10 MPa) flexible. The antibodies were characterized and high deformability (1.5 ± 0.5 nm). 展开更多
