为了控制Pb-Al合金凝固过程、制备原位Al粒子弥散分布于Pb基体的高性能Pb-Al合金阳极材料,本工作开展了脉冲电流作用下Pb-Al液-固分相合金连续凝固实验,建立了脉冲电流下合金液-固分相过程的组织演变模型,并结合实验开展了模拟研究,分... 为了控制Pb-Al合金凝固过程、制备原位Al粒子弥散分布于Pb基体的高性能Pb-Al合金阳极材料,本工作开展了脉冲电流作用下Pb-Al液-固分相合金连续凝固实验,建立了脉冲电流下合金液-固分相过程的组织演变模型,并结合实验开展了模拟研究,分析了合金液-固分相过程及脉冲电流的影响机理。结果表明,脉冲电流能有效降低合金液-固分相过程中Al粒子的形核能垒,提升粒子形核率,促进弥散型原位Al粒子铅基复合凝固组织的形成;峰值电流密度jmax存在2个临界值jc1、jc2:当jmax≤jc1时,脉冲电流影响很弱;当jc1<jmax<jc2时,粒子形核率和数量密度随jmax增大快速升高;当jmax≥jc2时,粒子形核率和数量密度随jmax增大继续升高,但升高速率较慢;电磁力导致Al粒子由试样表面向心部迁移,使合金形成由表面Pb壳和原位Al粒子铅基合金内核组成的壳/核型复合材料。 展开更多

Two kinds of semi-solid samples of AZ80−0.2Y−0.15Ca(wt.%)(AZ80M)magnesium alloy were prepared by semi-solid isothermal heat treatment of materials with and without equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)process.The microstructures of initial and semi-solid treated samples were compared and analyzed.The results showed a significant difference in the liquid phase distribution between three-pass ECAP processed(3P)and as-received samples during the isothermal heating process.The semi-solid 3P sample showed a more uniform liquid distribution due to its smaller dihedral angle.Besides,the coarsening processes of solid grains of as-received and 3P samples were dominated by the coalescence and Ostwald ripening mechanism,respectively.The difference of coarsening processes was mainly related to the proportion of the high-angle grain boundaries in materials,which further affected the evolution behavior of the liquid pools. 展开更多

A RP-HPLC method for determination of paclitaxel in its solid dispersion

Aim To develop and validate a RP-HPLC method for the analysis of paclitaxel in a solid dispersion. Methods Paclitaxel and the internal standard norethisterone were separated using a Phenomenex ODS 3 column and monitored at a wavelength at 227 nm. The isocratic mobile phase consisting of methanol-acetonitrile-water (40:30:30, V/V) was pumped at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The dissolution studies were performed according to published studies. Results Under these chromatographic conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 4-40 μg·mL ^-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The mean recovery was 98.42 % (RSD = 1.19 %). At the 60 min time point, the dissolution of paclitaxel from the solid dispersion was nearly 100 %, however, the original form of paclitaxel was about 30 %. Conclusion The method was proven to be specific, accurate and precise for determining the dissolution of paclitaxel from solid dispersion. 展开更多

Its corresponding solid-liquid equilibrium data will provide essential support for industry design and further theoretical studies. In this work,solid-liquid equilibriums of terephthalic acid in four solvents, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide,dimethylsulphoxide and N-methyl-2-ketopyrrolidene, were determined in the temperature range from 293.15 K to 364.6 K by dynamic method. All these data were regressed by λh model, Wilson model and NRTL model, average absolute relative deviations of which are 1.25%, 15.02% and 7.22% respectively. It indicates that λh model is mostsuitable for description of the solid-liquid equilibrium containing PTA. 展开更多

实验考察了Pb-Al液-固分相合金的定向凝固行为,建立了Pb-Al合金定向凝固模型,结合实验模拟分析了凝固组织形成过程。研究表明,在Pb-Al合金液-固分相过程中,凝固界面前沿存在一过冷区,富Al(弥散相)粒子在此区间内形核,并在向凝固界面移... 实验考察了Pb-Al液-固分相合金的定向凝固行为,建立了Pb-Al合金定向凝固模型,结合实验模拟分析了凝固组织形成过程。研究表明,在Pb-Al合金液-固分相过程中,凝固界面前沿存在一过冷区,富Al(弥散相)粒子在此区间内形核,并在向凝固界面移动过程中进行扩散长大,随着凝固速率的提高,弥散相粒子形核率升高、数量密度增大、平均半径减小。富Al粒子Stokes运动的方向与合金凝固方向相同,导致粒子在凝固界面前富集;熔体的对流运动导致弥散相粒子的形核率及数量密度沿试样径向不均匀分布。在弥散相粒子Stokes运动和熔体对流作用下,形成弥散型凝固组织的必要条件为合金的凝固速率足够高,能保证凝固界面前沿液-固分相区间内所有尺寸粒子均向凝固界面迁移。 展开更多

Metastable liquid phase separation and rapid solidification in a metastable miscibility gap were investigated on the Cu60Co30Cr10 alloy by using the electromagnetic levitation and splat-quenching.It is found that the alloy generally has a microstructure consisting of a(Co,Cr)-rich phase embedded in a Cu-rich matrix,and the morphology and size of the(Co,Cr)-rich phase vary drastically with cooling rate.During the electromagnetic levitation solidification processing the cooling rate is lower,resulting in an obvious coalescence tendency of the(Co,Cr)-rich spheroids.The(Co,Cr)-rich phase shows dendrites and coarse spheroids at lower cooling rates.In the splat quenched samples the(Co,Cr)-rich phase spheres were refined significantly and no dendrites were observed.This is probably due to the higher cooling rate,undercooling and interface tension. 展开更多

The melting process of n-octadecane in a rectangular cavity with three discrete protruding heat sources on its bottom surface was studied experimentally. It was observed that the experimental process, for the geometric arrangement in this paper, is neither a fixed melting nor a contact melting, but one m which fixed melting and contact melting take place alternatively. The effects of Stefan number, initial subcooling and aspect ratio on the melting process are reported. The larger the Stefan number, the more frequently the contact melting may occur, so does the aspect ratio. The initial subcooling plays a role only in early stage. As the melting process proceeds, its effect on the melting process becomes less. 展开更多
