基于末端淬火试验建立可用于热处理强化铝合金材料及制品淬透性研究的方法,利用此方法对有代表性的国产铝合金材料进行端淬试验,通过对材料硬度和电导率指标的测试,绘制不同牌号的2000系及7000系铝合金的端淬曲线,对比分析热处理淬透性... 基于末端淬火试验建立可用于热处理强化铝合金材料及制品淬透性研究的方法,利用此方法对有代表性的国产铝合金材料进行端淬试验,通过对材料硬度和电导率指标的测试,绘制不同牌号的2000系及7000系铝合金的端淬曲线,对比分析热处理淬透性差异,采用TEM观察不同合金的过饱和固溶体淬火析出行为。结果表明,采用绘制固溶态电导率及时效态硬度的端淬曲线是表征铝合金淬透性特征的可行方法,对所选用的典型2000系和7000系合金进行淬透性评价发现,7B04合金淬透性最差,7050合金和2124合金的淬透性适中,2D70合金和7B85合金淬透深度均大于150 mm,表现出较为优越的热处理淬透性能。淬火冷却速率是影响合金过饱和固溶体脱溶析出的关键因素,相同冷却速率条件下,所选用的3个7000系合金的过饱和固溶体脱溶行为存在较大差异。 展开更多

The effect of quenching rate on the electrical conductivity and microstructure of thick plates of incumbent AA7050 was investigated by employing Jominy end quench test. The electrical conductivity measurement and microstructural observation were conducted at different distances from the quenched end. The results indicate that the average cooling rates decrease with increasing the distance from the quenched end of the bar in the quench sensitive temperature range. However, the electrical conductivity increases with the increase of distance from the quenched end. The surface parts of the plate were fully recrystallized, while partial recrystallization took place at the quarter and center parts of the plate. The quench induced grain boundary precipitates became remarkably coarser and discontinuously distributed with increasing distance from the quenched end of the bar. Plenty of heterogeneous precipitates were observed to nucleate on A13Zr dispersoids when the distance from the quenched end was greater than 38mm. 展开更多
