Structural health monitoring is widely utilized in outdoor environments,especially under harsh conditions,which can introduce noise into the monitoring system.Therefore,designing an effective denoising strategy to enhance the performance of guided wave damage detection in noisy environments is crucial.This paper introduces a local temporal principal component analysis(PCA)reconstruction approach for denoising guided waves prior to implementing unsupervised damage detection,achieved through novel autoencoder-based reconstruction.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed denoising method significantly enhances damage detection performance when guided waves are contaminated by noise,with SNR values ranging from 10 to-5 dB.Following the implementation of the proposed denoising approach,the AUC score can elevate from 0.65 to 0.96 when dealing with guided waves corrputed by noise at a level of-5 dB.Additionally,the paper provides guidance on selecting the appropriate number of components used in the denoising PCA reconstruction,aiding in the optimization of the damage detection in noisy conditions. 展开更多

单像素相机在集成化、工程化方面尚不成熟,大多数研究仅针对实验室环境进行搭建与测试。然而在工程应用中,样机的体积、质量和测试环境均是影响单像素成像质量的因素。故在体积、质量和测试环境等约束条件下,利用集成了C++语言高效编解... 单像素相机在集成化、工程化方面尚不成熟,大多数研究仅针对实验室环境进行搭建与测试。然而在工程应用中,样机的体积、质量和测试环境均是影响单像素成像质量的因素。故在体积、质量和测试环境等约束条件下,利用集成了C++语言高效编解码算法的近红外波段单像素相机,开展了在自然光源和红外灯等复杂环境下的单像素相机测试。集成的单像素相机在6.25%采样率下可实现2.5帧/s@256×256像素成像,角分辨率为7.3 mrad,随着曝光时间的增加,图像信噪比显著提升,经深度学习的降噪网络处理后,单帧成像质量仍有上升空间。同时,也仿真研究了集成样机对振动的响应特性,讨论了样机在一般运输环境下的适应性。本研究对单像素相机技术成熟度的提升具有推动作用,为低成本红外成像提供了一种解决方案。 展开更多
