The degradation process of lithium-ion batteries is intricately linked to their entire lifecycle as power sources and energy storage devices,encompassing aspects such as performance delivery and cycling utilization.Consequently,the accurate and expedient estimation or prediction of the aging state of lithium-ion batteries has garnered extensive attention.Nonetheless,prevailing research predominantly concentrates on either aging estimation or prediction,neglecting the dynamic fusion of both facets.This paper proposes a hybrid model for capacity aging estimation and prediction based on deep learning,wherein salient features highly pertinent to aging are extracted from charge and discharge relaxation processes.By amalgamating historical capacity decay data,the model dynamically furnishes estimations of the present capacity and forecasts of future capacity for lithium-ion batteries.Our approach is validated against a novel dataset involving charge and discharge cycles at varying rates.Specifically,under a charging condition of 0.25 C,a mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of 0.29%is achieved.This outcome underscores the model's adeptness in harnessing relaxation processes commonly encountered in the real world and synergizing with historical capacity records within battery management systems(BMS),thereby affording estimations and prognostications of capacity decline with heightened precision. 展开更多

Deep coalbed methane(CBM)resources are enormous and have become a hot topic in the unconventional exploration and development of natural gas.The fractures in CBM reservoirs are important channels for the storage and migration of CBM and control the high production and enrichment of CBM.Therefore,fracture prediction in deep CBM reservoirs is of great significance for the exploration and development of CBM.First,the basic principles of calculating texture attributes by gray-level cooccurrence matrix(GLCM)and gray-level run-length matrix(GLRLM)were introduced.A geological model of the deep CBM reservoirs with fractures was then constructed and subjected to seismic forward simulation.The seismic texture attributes were extracted using the GLCM and GLRLM.The research results indicate that the texture attributes calculated by both methods are responsive to fractures,with the 45°and 135°gray level inhomogeneity texture attributes based on the GLRLM showing better identification effects for fractures.Fracture prediction of a deep CBM reservoir in the Ordos Basin was carried out based on the GLRLM texture attributes,providing an important basis for the effi cient development and utilization of deep CBM. 展开更多

The paper discusses some key resear... This paper introduces the recent highly significant activity of China Oilfield Services Ltd. (COSL) in the South China Sea, where COSL conducted pretrial drilling in June of 2008. The paper discusses some key research and new practices which led to the fabrication of related equipment which was evaluated in the trial. The market for deepwater drilling in the world has grown over the past 10 years but there are few drilling vessels or platforms suitable for drilling in deepwater or super deepwater. China needs equipment capable of deepwater drilling operations. COSL has some semisubmersible platforms, but they are only considered suitable for operations in water depths less than 475 m. An enabling technology, referred to as an artificial seabed, has been under development by COSL since 2004, and it applies the research results and experiences of many experts in deepwater drilling. COSL hopes this technology will allow drilling to depths of approximately 1 000-1 500m with its current platforms. The paper presents research progress and improvements in fabrication and necessary upgrades to equipment for extending deepwater drilling. The pretrial well was executed at a water depth of nearly 500m. COSL will drill the trial well around 2009 at the same location in the South China Sea. 展开更多

The absorption effect of actual subsurface media can weaken wavefield energy, decrease the dominating frequency, and further lead to reduced resolution. In migration, some actions can be taken to compensate for the absorption effect and enhance the resolution. In this paper, we derive a one-way wave equation with an attenuation term based on the time- space domain high angle one-way wave equation. A complicated geological model is then designed and synthetic shot gathers are simulated with acoustic wave equations without and with an absorbing term. The derived one-way wave equation is applied to the migration of the synthetic gathers without and with attenuation compensation for the simulated shot gathers. Three migration profiles are obtained. The first and second profiles are from the shot gathers without and with attenuation using the migration method without compensation, the third one is from the shot gathers with attenuation using the migration method with compensation. The first and third profiles are almost the same, and the second profile is different from the others below the absorptive layers. The amplitudes of the interfaces below the absorptive layers are weak because of their absorption. This method is also applied to field data. It is concluded from the migration examples that the migration method discussed in this paper is feasible. 展开更多

Traditional pre-stack depth migration can only provide subsurface structural information. However, simple structure information is insufficient for petroleum exploration which also needs amplitude information proportional to reflection coefficients. In recent years, pre-stack depth migration algorithms which preserve amplitudes and based on the one- way wave equation have been developed. Using the method in the shot domain requires a deconvolution imaging condition which produces some instability in areas with complicated structure and dramatic lateral variation in velocity. Depth migration with preserved amplitude based on the angle domain can overcome the instability of the one-way wave migration imaging condition with preserved amplitude. It can also offer provide velocity analysis in the angle domain of common imaging point gathers. In this paper, based on the foundation of the one-way wave continuation operator with preserved amplitude, we realized the preserved amplitude prestack depth migration in the angle domain. The light transport model in highly scattering tissue is the diffusion equation and the boundary is Neuman. The sensitivity matrix is related to the position of the light source and the detector. It can be used to evaluate the effective detection depth. The sensitivity matrix is defined as the multiplication of the source and detector hght distribution. Six different groups about ix parameters including the source diameter and detector fibers, the core-to-core distance between the source and detector fibers, the opotode depth, the absorption, and reduced scattering coefficient, are used as experimental models. The relationship between the six parameters and the effective detection depth is analyzed. Resuits can be used to study the spatial resolution and the depth of multi-fibers. 展开更多
