针对选煤厂筒仓底部结构空间形状复杂,混凝土填料体积计算精度不足的问题,详细探讨了两种不同的计算方法。首先,提出一种基于Excel表格参数化输入及空间分割技术的方案,即将复杂区域划分为n个可量化处理的弓形面积,通过累加这些细分区... 针对选煤厂筒仓底部结构空间形状复杂,混凝土填料体积计算精度不足的问题,详细探讨了两种不同的计算方法。首先,提出一种基于Excel表格参数化输入及空间分割技术的方案,即将复杂区域划分为n个可量化处理的弓形面积,通过累加这些细分区域的体积以近似得到整体填料体积,这种方法称为分割法;其次,运用微积分原理对筒仓内壁与方形开口间过渡区域的三维几何体进行解析计算,从而得出更为精确的数学模型。通过对这两种方法的对比分析及与实测结果的比对,结果发现,分割法优势在于直观易懂,适合快速估算,误差为-0.90%;而微积分法则具有较高的理论精度,适用于复杂形态下的精确计算,误差低至0.46%。 展开更多

以天然斜发沸石粉为主要原料,水泥为粘结剂,铝粉为造孔剂通过优化实验制备出沸石加气混凝土生物填料(ZPBF),并利用偏光显微镜(PM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术来表征ZPBF孔结构特征.结果表明:ZPBF开放孔隙率达到29.55%,为微生物进入ZPB... 以天然斜发沸石粉为主要原料,水泥为粘结剂,铝粉为造孔剂通过优化实验制备出沸石加气混凝土生物填料(ZPBF),并利用偏光显微镜(PM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术来表征ZPBF孔结构特征.结果表明:ZPBF开放孔隙率达到29.55%,为微生物进入ZPBF的内部附着生长提供空间.BET-N_2吸附测得介孔孔径平均11.92nm,比表面积59.54m^2/g,有利于离子交换吸附.ZPBF装填实验柱挂膜成熟后,以模拟含NH_4^+-N废水进行离子交换吸附、排空、鼓风微生物硝化再生、淋洗硝酸盐四阶段序批式运行,当离子交换吸附阶段HRT为2.8h,进水NH_4^+-N浓度10mg/L,以出水NH_4^+-N浓度1.5mg/L为穿透点,可吸附NH_4^+-N运行5d,鼓风24h可完成再生,NH_4^+-N平均去除率达到87%,TN平均去除率达到60%,出水达到北京城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准一级B. 展开更多

A method is developed to predict the lateral load-carrying capacity of composite shear walls with double steel plates and filled concrete with binding bars(SCBs). Nonlinear finite element models of SCBs were established by using the finite element tool, Abaqus. Tie constraints were used to connect the binding bars and the steel plates. Surface-to-surface contact provided by the Abaqus was used to simulate the interaction between the steel plate and the core concrete. The established models could predict the lateral load-carrying capacity of SCBs with a reasonable degree of accuracy. A calculation method was developed by superposition principle to predict the lateral load-carrying capacity of SCBs for the engineering application. The concrete confined by steel plates and binding bars is under multi-axial compression; therefore, its shear strength was calculated by using the Guo-Wang concrete failure criterion. The shear strength of the steel plates of SCBs was calculated by using the von Mises yielding criterion without considering buckling. Results of the developed method are in good agreement with the testing and finite element results. 展开更多

In reinforced concrete beams, less stressed concrete below neutral axis can be replaced by some light weight material to reduce the weight of the structure and also achieve the economy. The used infilled material is brick. Sustainability can be achieved by replacing the partially used concrete. By saving concrete, the authors save cement, which reduces the green house gases emissions. So it is considered as environment friendly. Since infilled beam acts like a layered member, there needs a theory to analyze it. Method of initial functions is used for the analysis of the infilled RC (reinforced concrete) beams. This method is successfully applied on infilled beam. Results show that physical conditions are verified for infilled beam. 展开更多
