为了应对日益严格的碳排放法规,充分挖掘VVT和LPEGR技术对混合动力汽油机在节能方面的潜力,试验研究了VVT和LPEGR技术对混合动力发动机燃油消耗率的影响。结果表明:在不加入LPEGR时,燃油消耗率随进气VVT增大、排气VVT减小而降低,最佳进... 为了应对日益严格的碳排放法规,充分挖掘VVT和LPEGR技术对混合动力汽油机在节能方面的潜力,试验研究了VVT和LPEGR技术对混合动力发动机燃油消耗率的影响。结果表明:在不加入LPEGR时,燃油消耗率随进气VVT增大、排气VVT减小而降低,最佳进/排气VVT组合是50°/0°;不同VVT组合下加入LPEGR,燃油消耗率都呈下降趋势,但下降幅度不同,最大下降7.4%,且呈现出随进气VVT的增大,降幅和最佳EGR率逐渐减小的趋势;另外,最佳EGR率下的燃油消耗率则随VVT的减小而降低,最佳进/排气VVT组合是10°/0°,对应的最佳EGR率为23.2%,燃油消耗率为205.5g/(k W·h),说明VVT和LPEGR技术对改善燃油经济性具有较大潜力且LPEGR技术的潜力更大。 展开更多

In order to improve the estimation accuracy of the battery's state of charge(SOC) for the hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),the SOC estimation algorithm based on advanced wavelet neural network(WNN) is presented.Based on advanced WNN,the SOC estimation model of a lithium-ion power battery for the HEV is first established.Then,the convergence of the advanced WNN algorithm is proved by mathematical deduction.Finally,using an adequate data sample of various charging and discharging of HEV batteries,the neural network is trained.The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can effectively decrease the estimation errors of the lithium-ion power battery SOC from the range of ±8% to ±1.5%,compared with the traditional SOC estimation methods. 展开更多

A torque distribution strategy was designed by using fuzzy logic to realize the optimal control. The vehicle load zones were dynamically divided into several zones by several torque lines to indicate the drivers demand and the high or low efficient operating areas of the diesel engine. The fuzzy logic controller with trapezoid membership function and Mamdani rule reference mechanism was utilized. There are over 100 rules used in this fuzzy-based torque distribution strategy which are sorted into four rule-bases. The fuel economy and acceleration tests were designed to test and validate the integrated starter/generator (ISG) bus perfor-mance using fuzzy-based torque distribution strategy. The fuel economy is improved 7.7% compared with the rule-based strategy. Finally the road test results reveal that there is about 15% improvement of fuel economy. And the 0-50 km/h acceleration time is 9.5% shorter than the original bus. 展开更多

The method of detecting deterministic dynamic underlying pressure signals is proposed on the basis of predictability of pressure fluctuations. The deterministic nature of dynamics in fluidizing system was verified. Aiming at the development of parallel hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) powertrain, parameter matching and optimization are presented, According to the performance of PHEV, the optimization range of engine, motor, driveline gear ratio and battery parameters are determined. And then a two-level optimization problem is formulated based on analytical target cascading (ATC). At the system level, the optimization of the whole vehicle fuel economy is carried out, while the tractive performance is defined as the constraints. The optimized parameters are cascaded to the subsystem as the optimization targets. At the subsystem level, the final drive and transmission design are optimized to make the ratios as close to the targets as possible. The optimization result shows that the fuel economy had improved significantly, while the tractive performance maintains the former level. 展开更多

This paper focused on a simplified method for solving the hybrid robot kinematics in CT-guided (computerized tomography, CT) surgery. By position constraint introduced, the hybrid robot can be transformed as a redundant serial 7-DOF robot. The forward displacement calculation was developed based on the product-of-exponential formula (POE). Because of the kinematics complexity of the hybrid and redundant robot, the combination technique of Ulrich two-step iteration method and paul variables detachment method (UTI-PVD) was introduced to fulfill the inverse kinematics of redundant robot, the novelty of which lay in the flexibility of various robots structures and in high calculation efficiency for realtime control. The process of solving the inverse displacement was analyzed. The UTI-PVD method can be applicable to kinematics of many robots, especially for redundant robots with more than 6DOF. The kinematics simulation was provided, and robot dexterity analysis was presented. The results indicated that the hybrid robot could implement the minimally invasive CT-guided surgery. 展开更多

The model has two RC networks characterizing battery activation and concentration polarization process. The parameters of the model are identified using combined experimental and extended Kalman filter (EKF) recursive methods. The open-circuit voltage and ohmic resistance of the battery are directly measured and calculated from experimental measurements, respectively. The rest of the coupled dynamic parameters, i.e. the RC network parameters, are estimated using the EKF method. Experimental and simulation results are presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed circuit model and parameter identification techniques for simulating battery dynamics. 展开更多

The solutions of dynamic optimization problems are usually very difficult due to their highly nonlinear and multidimensional nature. 13enetic algorithm (GA) has been proved to be a teasibte method when the gradient is difficult to calculate. Its advantage is that the control profiles at all time stages are optimized simultaneously, but its convergence is very slow in the later period of evolution and it is easily trapped in the local optimum. In this study, a hybrid improved genetic algorithm (HIGA) for solving dynamic optimization problems is proposed to overcome these defects. Simplex method (SM) is used to perform the local search in the neighborhood of the optimal solution. By using SM, the ideal searching direction of global optimal solution could be found as soon as possible and the convergence speed of the algorithm is improved. The hybrid algorithm presents some improvements, such as protecting the best individual, accepting immigrations, as well as employing adaptive crossover and Ganssian mutation operators. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by solving several dynamic optimization problems. At last, HIGA is applied to the optimal production of secreted protein in a fed batch reactor and the optimal feed-rate found by HIGA is effective and relatively stable. 展开更多

The effects of concrete's time-variant elastic modulus,casting structural components,assembling temporary shoring framework system,and shock by operating construction equipment on dynamic behavior of the reinforced concrete frame structure during construction were investigated. The dynamic tests of an eight-storey reinforced concrete frame structure during full-scaled stages of the sixth storey construction cycle were carried out by ambient vibration. Natural frequencies,corresponding mode shapes and damping ratio were determined by power spectrum processing the tested signal data in frequency domain. The changes of frequencies,mode shapes and damping ratios at different construction stages were given. The results show that natural frequencies and modal damping ratios reach the maximum at stage of casting fresh concrete,especially for higher modes. Modal damping ratios at each construction stage are less than 5% of those during usage. 展开更多

System dynamic modeling and simulation results show that the energy control strategy designed here is able to adapt system to changes of working condition and switch the operating mode reasonably. As an important physical process at the air-sea interface, wave movement and breaking have a significant effect on the ocean surface mixed layer (OSML). When breaking waves occur at the ocean surface, turbulent kinetic energy (TKE) is input downwards, and a sublayer is formed near the surface and turbulence vertical mixing is intensively enhanced. A one-dimensional ocean model including the Mellor-Yamada level 2.5 turbulence closure equations was employed in our research on variations in turbulent energy budget within OSML. The influence of wave breaking could be introduced into the model by modifying an existing surface boundary condition of the TKE equation and specifying its input. The vertical diffusion and dissipation of TKE were effectively enhanced in the sublayer when wave breaking was considered. Turbulent energy dissipated in the sublayer was about 92.0% of the total depth-integrated dissipated TKE, which is twice higher than that of non-wave breaking. The shear production of TKE decreased by 3.5% because the mean flow fields tended to be uniform due to wave-enhanced turbulent mixing. As a result, a new local equilibrium between diffusion and dissipation of TKE was reached in the wave-enhanced layer. Below the sublayer, the local equilibrium between shear production and dissipation of TKE agreed with the conclusion drawn from the classical law-of-the-wall (Craig and Banner, 1994). 展开更多

The hybrid tracked vehicles(HTV)usually adopt series hybrid powertrain with extra steering mechanism,which has relatively low transmission efficiency and reduces the flexibility of structural arrangement.To overcome the disadvantages,a new kind of single-mode powertrain has been proposed.The power-split hybrid powertrain is composed of three planetary gear(PG)sets connected to one engine,left and right track outputs,and three motors.The proposed powertrain can realize steering while going forward by controlling the output torque on each side without extra steering mechanism or steering shaft.Due to the diversity of the connection way between components and planetary gear sets,a rapid configuration design approach is proposed for the design selection of HTV.The automated dynamic modelling method can show the one-to-one correspondence with the selected feasible groups by establishing two characteristic matrices,which is more simple than other researches.The analytically-based method is proposed to classify all possible connection designs into several groups to decrease the searching scope with improved design efficiency.Finally,the optimal control strategy is used to find the design with optimal fuel economy under typical condition of HTV.The case study is implemented by the proposed design approach which demonstrates better design performances compared with the existing series-hybrid HTV. 展开更多

The approach of design hybrid drive system is based on the dynamic modeling and simulation of the hybrid minibus with planetary gear system. The main target of the design is to obtain the optimal design with the proper hybrid drive configuration and control for a given set of design constraints. In oder to meet the design target, it's necessary to adjust some parameters such as mechanical ratios and parameters of battery pack as well as control by simulation. During simulation the transient operating process can be studied in details with the dynamic model in Matlab/Simulink. The control strategy can be optimized by running the simulation and monitoring the operation of each components: the operating area of internal combustion engine (ICE), fuel consumption (energy consumption), the power distribution, the torque and rotary speed of ICE and motor, the operating efficiency of motor, the aheration of battery state of charge (SOC), current and voltage. 展开更多

Different from conventional mechanical systems with single degree of freedom (DOF), the main idea of the system of hybrid-driven precision press is to combine the motion of a constant speed motor with a servomotor via a two-DOF mechanism to provide flexible output. In order to make the feasibility clear, this paper studies theoretically the dynamic characteristics of this hybrid-driven mechanical system.Firstly,the dynamics model of the whole electromechanical system is set up by combining dynamic equations of DC motors with those of two-DOF nine-bar mechanism deduced by the Lagrange′s formula. Secondly through the numerical solution with the fourth Runge-Kutta, computer simulation about the dynamics is done, which shows that the designed and optimized hybrid-driven precision press is feasible in theory.
