针对风电机组传动链系统振动信号非高斯、非平稳性的特点,提出了一种基于混合时频分析的风电机组故障诊断方法。该方法首先采用参数优化Morlet小波消噪方法对原始振动信号进行分析,滤除强大的背景噪声干扰;进而通过自项窗方法抑制时频... 针对风电机组传动链系统振动信号非高斯、非平稳性的特点,提出了一种基于混合时频分析的风电机组故障诊断方法。该方法首先采用参数优化Morlet小波消噪方法对原始振动信号进行分析,滤除强大的背景噪声干扰;进而通过自项窗方法抑制时频面的干扰项,增强信号特征成分,提取故障特征以实现故障诊断。在Morlet小波参数优化过程中,采用交叉验证法优化波形参数及连续小波变换的尺度参数;在自项窗的设计过程中,采用基于平滑伪魏格纳分布的函数进行设计,并通过两次阈值处理以减少运算量、提高运算效率。通过对风电机组监测振动数据分析,证明了该方法可以有效地实现背景噪声的消除和故障诊断。 展开更多

反向支付协议客观上具有维持药品价格超竞争水平的效果,极易构成以牺牲消费者利益为代价的横向垄断协议。我国横向垄断协议的规制原则不明确,援引至反向支付协议反垄断规制时存在重大分歧,而反向支付协议的特殊性使该问题进一步复杂化... 反向支付协议客观上具有维持药品价格超竞争水平的效果,极易构成以牺牲消费者利益为代价的横向垄断协议。我国横向垄断协议的规制原则不明确,援引至反向支付协议反垄断规制时存在重大分歧,而反向支付协议的特殊性使该问题进一步复杂化。比较法视野下,欧盟混合分析方法侧重于审查价值转移的合理性,其假定前提因未考虑基础专利的强阻碍作用而存有瑕疵。美国合理原则将专利诉讼的可能结果和反向支付的必要性作为考量因素,可有效弥补混合分析方法的缺陷。因此,对反向支付协议反垄断规制时,可将药品专利依据专利强度一分为二:基础专利和次级专利,结合我国反垄断法制度体系、实施体制和药品产业现状综合判断,分别借鉴美国合理原则和欧盟混合分析方法,以实现竞争利益的内部平衡。在外部平衡层面,缔约方可基于个案豁免原则适用比例原则限制下的公共政策抗辩。 展开更多

To take into account the influence of uncetainties on the dynamic response of the vibro-acousitc structure, a hybrid modeling technique combining the finite element method(FE)and the statistic energy analysis(SEA) is proposed to analyze vibro-acoustics responses with uncertainties at middle frequencies. The mid-frequency dynamic response of the framework-plate structure with uncertainties is studied based on the hybrid FE-SEA method and the Monte Carlo(MC)simulation is performed so as to provide a benchmark comparison with the hybrid method. The energy response of the framework-plate structure matches well with the MC simulation results, which validates the effectiveness of the hybrid FE-SEA method considering both the complexity of the vibro-acoustic structure and the uncertainties in mid-frequency vibro-acousitc analysis. Based on the hybrid method, a vibroacoustic model of a construction machinery cab with random properties is established, and the excitations of the model are measured by experiments. The responses of the sound pressure level of the cab and the vibration power spectrum density of the front windscreen are calculated and compared with those of the experiment. At middle frequencies, the results have a good consistency with the tests and the prediction error is less than 3. 5dB. 展开更多

政治参与对民营企业家发挥企业家精神,促进社会政治经济发展具有重要作用。随着亲清政商关系理念的提出,企业家在政治参与中的主体地位越来越凸显。本研究基于现有文献,构建出政治身份、亲社会动机与社会资本三位一体的影响理论模型,运... 政治参与对民营企业家发挥企业家精神,促进社会政治经济发展具有重要作用。随着亲清政商关系理念的提出,企业家在政治参与中的主体地位越来越凸显。本研究基于现有文献,构建出政治身份、亲社会动机与社会资本三位一体的影响理论模型,运用混合研究方法分析变量间的相关性和组态效应,从企业家的主体视角厘清企业家政治参与意愿的影响机制。研究发现,政治身份、亲社会动机与社会资本对企业家的政治参与意愿有着显著的正向影响,而社会资本是其核心条件,即只要存在较强的社会资本,无论是否具有政治身份和亲社会动机,企业家的政治参与意愿会更强。本研究探讨了企业家政治参与的归因,为相关部门建设多元化政企互动渠道、促进企业家参与政企互动提供理论启示与实践建议。 展开更多

Taguchi method with grey relational analysis was used to optimize the machining parameters with multiple performance characteristics in drilling hybrid metal matrix A1356/SiC-mica composites. Experiments were conducted on a computer numerical control vertical machining centre and Lzs orthogonal array was chosen for the experiments. The drilling parameters namely spindle speed, feed rate, drill type and mass fraction of mica were optimized based on the multiple performance characteristics including thrust force, surface roughness, tool wear and burr height (exit). The results show that the feed rate and the type of drill are the most significant factors which affect the drilling process and the performance in the drilling process can be effectively improved by using this approach. 展开更多

The blend ratio and tensile properties are vital important characteristics of blended fibre bundles. Fibre-bundle tensile behaviour has been measured by means of the Sirolan-Tensor in order to derive a typical specific stress — extension curve. According to the typical tensile curve, the relationships between the blend ratio and the tensile parameters are discussed and established. Two new algorithms, so-called the strength method and the work method, have been developed for the blend-ratio estimation of blended fibre bundles. The relevant blend-ratios and calculations of the two methods are defined in detail. Also, the characteristics have been explained for every calculation and compared to each others. The experimental results show that the blend ratios estimated from the theoretical methods are high coincidence with the measured results. Meanwhile, the specific stress — extension curve of blended fibre bundles depends directly on the blend ratios of the fibre bundles. 展开更多

In order to improve the mass efficiency of an automotive soundproof package, it is important to predict the middle to high frequency range of noise and vibration during vehicle operation. A hybrid method of experimental and analytical SEA (statistical energy analysis) has been applied for the prediction of air-borne noise. However, for predicting structure-borne noise, there are no definitive simulation methods that can address the soundproof specifications in an actual vehicle. Thus, in this paper, a FEM (finite element method)'SEA hybrid method is used. The FEM'SEA hybrid method predicts structure-borne noise in the middle to high frequency range. First, we explain the basic concept of the FEM'SEA hybrid method; Second, we describe our experiment to verify the analytical results of the FEM'SEA hybrid method; Third, we provide the details of the FEM model versus the FEM'SEA hybrid model; Finally, we verify the validity and availability of the FEM'SEA hybrid method through comparisons of the FEM analysis results, FEM-SEA analysis results and measured results. 展开更多

Banks have moved towards technology-based customer services such as mobile banking (m-banking); as an alternative to traditional inter-personal services. However, M-banking still faces resistance that may hamper customers' adoption in Egypt. Following a mixed method approach, this study involves two main phases. First, a quantitative Consumer survey is conducted in the form of 350 structured questionnaires to identify the main barriers towards m-banking. Then, decision makers in 5 different public and private banks are interviewed in order to find similarities and difference, and identify service providers' roles regarding these barricrs. Questionnaire data was statistically analysed using independent T-Test, Chi-squares, frequencies and cross tabulations, while interview data was interpretively analysed. Results enabled the researchers to identify the risk, usage, and tradition as the most m-banking barriers that discourage m-banking adoption in Egypt as seen by the two main players. 展开更多

A hybrid method of limit equilibrium and finite element internal force for analysis of arch dam stability against sliding is presented.The finite element internal force method(FEIFM) is used to provide more accurate thrust forces acting on the faces of a slip body,and the limit equilibrium method(LEM) is employed to evaluate the factor of safety of the slip body.The method presented can deal with a slip body with large amount of geometrically complex slip faces.In addition,compared with the traditional LEM,it can meet the balance condition of the forces in the slip faces.An example shows that the factor of safety obtained by the method presented agrees well with the theoretical solution.A practical example is also presented to demonstrate the application of the method in the stability analysis of an arch dam project.The results from the examples show that the method is promising in analysis of arch dam stability against sliding. 展开更多

This paper presents a low order stabilized hybrid quadrilateral finite element method for ReissnerMindlin plates based on Hellinger-Reissner variational principle,which includes variables of displacements,shear stresses and bending moments.The approach uses continuous piecewise isoparametric bilinear interpolations for the approximations of the transverse displacement and rotation.The stabilization achieved by adding a stabilization term of least-squares to the original hybrid scheme,allows independent approximations of the stresses and moments.The stress approximation adopts a piecewise independent 4-parameter mode satisfying an accuracy-enhanced condition.The approximation of moments employs a piecewise-independent 5-parameter mode.This method can be viewed as a stabilized version of the hybrid finite element scheme proposed in [Carstensen C,Xie X,Yu G,et al.A priori and a posteriori analysis for a locking-free low order quadrilateral hybrid finite element for Reissner-Mindlin plates.Comput Methods Appl Mech Engrg,2011,200:1161-1175],where the approximations of stresses and moments are required to satisfy an equilibrium criterion.A priori error analysis shows that the method is uniform with respect to the plate thickness t.Numerical experiments confirm the theoretical results. 展开更多
