针对空间中混合电子辐照聚酰亚胺所引起的航天器静电放电异常事件,以及对复杂条件下混合电子辐照聚合物的带电特性仍缺乏了解等问题,提出了符合地球同步轨道电子参考谱分布的混合电子模型。该模型主要讨论了混合电子辐照聚酰亚胺带电过... 针对空间中混合电子辐照聚酰亚胺所引起的航天器静电放电异常事件,以及对复杂条件下混合电子辐照聚合物的带电特性仍缺乏了解等问题,提出了符合地球同步轨道电子参考谱分布的混合电子模型。该模型主要讨论了混合电子辐照聚酰亚胺带电过程中的散射电荷分布、空间电荷分布、空间电场分布和聚合物样品参量影响下的空间电位分布。研究结果表明:在平衡态时空间电位随捕获密度和样品厚度的增大而降低,随电子迁移率的增大而升高;样品厚度对空间电位的影响明显大于电子迁移率和捕获密度的影响。 展开更多

Cobalt oxides, such as C0304 and CoO, have received increasing attention as potential anode materials for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) owing to their high theoretical capacity. Nanostructure engineering has been demonstrated as an effective approach to improve the electrochemical performance of electrode materials for LIBs. In this review, we summarize recent developments in the rational design and fabrication of various cobalt oxide-based nanomaterials and their lithium storage performance, including 1D nanowires/belts, 2D nanosheets, 3D hollow/hierarchical structures, hybrid nanostructures with carbon (amorphous carbon, carbon nanotubes and graphene) and mixed metal oxides. By focusing on the effects of their structure on their electrochemical performance, effective strategies for the fabrication of cobalt oxide/carbon hybrid nanostructures are highlighted. This review shows that by rational design, such cobalt-oxide-based nanornaterials are very promising as next generation LIB anodes. 展开更多
