However, it uses non-selective integration and the majority rule to judge the final result, thus the difference between the decision trees in the model is ignored and the prediction accuracy of the model is reduced. Taking into consideration these defects, an improved random forest model based on confusion matrix (CM-RF)is proposed. The decision tree cluster is selectively constructed by the similarity measure in the process of constructing the model, and the result is output by using the dynamic weighted voting fusion method in the final voting session. Experiments show that the proposed CM-RF can reduce the impact of low-performance decision trees on the output result, thus improving the accuracy and generalization ability of random forest model.展开更多

The dynamical evolution of the concurrence, which measures the degree of the entanglement between the two qubits, is plotted versus the scaled time gt. It is found that the two qubits can be entangled by the coherent state field even when they are initially prepared in the most mixed state, and for very weak field, the most mixed state can be; more easily entangled than some pure states. It is also found that the entanglement between the qubits sensitively depends on the relative difference of the atomic couplings and the mean photon number of the field.展开更多

By modeling the load characteristic with data from SCADA, we employed the Gauss-Seidel method to solve the nonlinear equations and estimate the voltage of unobservable buses with the high precision voltages of neighboring buses measured by a PMU. Simulations were carried out on the IEEE 39-bus system, and the results show that this novel method can dynamically and accurately trace the variation of the voltage phasor of the unobservable buses.展开更多
