在海洋油田的开发中,若在海上建立多个开采处理平台,来处理井液(含油、气、水),是极不经济的,于是提出了多相流的管道输送问题,即将未处理的井液输送到岸上,然后进行处理。国外多相流管道混输技术已经成功地应用于海洋油田的开发,这项... 在海洋油田的开发中,若在海上建立多个开采处理平台,来处理井液(含油、气、水),是极不经济的,于是提出了多相流的管道输送问题,即将未处理的井液输送到岸上,然后进行处理。国外多相流管道混输技术已经成功地应用于海洋油田的开发,这项技术也可引入荒漠油田及滩涂油田的开发。综述了国外开展多相流混输系统研究情况。本世纪30年代开始了混输系统流体力学模型的研究,从稳态模拟进入瞬时模拟;90年代开始了三相流动力学模型的研究。多相流管道输送的关键设备是多相泵,而多相泵又分为旋转动力泵和双螺杆泵两大类。介绍了国外这两类泵的参数,和对多相泵入口的要求。多相计量系统的关键技术是井口在线分离,在线计量采用波传导非插入非接触式的仪表。分析了管道内腐蚀和产生沉积物的因素,以及抑制内腐蚀和沉积物的措施。开展多相混输系统研究的重要手段是试验环道,介绍了国外试验环道的布局,对多相流管道输送的科研工作提出了建议。 展开更多

To reduce channel noise,fading,and inter-user interference effectively in the chaotic communication systems with multi-user,a blind channel equalization algorithm based on dual unscented Kalman filter algorithm is proposed.Assuming that the coefficients of a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) channel can be described by an autoregressive model,two separate state-space representations are used for the signals and coefficients.Then two unscented Kalman filters are used to estimate chaotic signals and channel coefficients simultaneously.The simulation results indicate that the algorithm can effectively track the coefficients of the multi-path fading channel in chaotic MIMO communication systems at a fast convergence speed. 展开更多

According to the great demand for the" green" plastics processing technology of the low energy consumption, high efficiency and environmental protection in plastics industry, the plastics processing method and technology based on the elongation rheology, with continuing evolution and innovation of the plastics plasticating and conveying method, are presented and researched on the basis of the plastics dynamic processing method arid equipment, and the plastics plasticating and conveying process in the vane extrusion system, the technical characteristics and the applications of vane plasticating and conveying technology are discussed. The research results show that compared with the conventional processing equipment, this new technology and equipment shows many outstanding advantages, such as shortening the thermo-meehanical history of the plastics processing by more than 50 % , reducing the energy consumption by 30 % or so, improving the mixing and blending effects, improving the quality of the products and the adaptability to materials, etc. , and it is found that the new technology and equipment has special superiority in the fields of the processing for material systems, such as the multiphase and multicomponent composite materials, the shear heat sensitive macromolecular materials, etc. 展开更多

Reconstruction of an Expert's Decision Making Expertise in Concrete Dispatching by Machine Learning

Finding the optimum solution for dispatching in concrete delivery is computationally intractable because it is a NP-hard (non-deterministic polynomial-time hard) problem. Heuristic methods are required to obtain satisfactory solutions. Inefficiencies in mathematical modeling still make concrete dispatching difficult to solve. In reality, complex dispatching systems are mostly handled by human experts, who are able to manage the assigned tasks well. However, the high dependency on human expertise is a considerable challenge for RMC (ready mixed concrete) companies. In this paper, a logical reconstruction of an expert's decision making is achieved by two machine learning techniques: decision tree and rule induction. This paper focuses on the expert dispatcher's prioritization of customer orders. The proposed method has been tested on a simulation model consisting of a batch plant and three customers per day. The scenarios generated by the simulation model were given to a dispatch manager who was asked to prioritize the customers in each day. The scenarios and the decisions were then input to the machine learning programs, which created generalizations of the expert's decisions. Both decision trees and rules approach 80% accuracy in reproducing the human performance. 展开更多

This paper presents some solutions of modem renewable energy system applied actually in dissipation energy source: wind turbine, solar panel battery charge, SSS (support set system), and standby diesel generator cooperated in series, parallel and hybrid system with main energy system. Its solution enable obtain independent individual energy source in different work exploitations. One of problems concerned with alternative energy source is changes of output voltages and output power dependence of climatic conditions. Possible solution is application of decoupled adjustable speed generation system in renewable energy generation. The decoupled generation system consists of: alternative energy source, internal combustion engine drives permanent magnet generator and DC/AC, or AC/AC converter. Performance of single decoupled generation set is discussed supported by results of laboratory tests. To provide high quality voltage is applied an additional energy storage, made from super capacitor and bidirectional DC/DC convert. Such system performs very stiff voltage in any load condition. Integration of solar battery panels or renewable wind energy system is provided via DC link of the variable speed decoupled autonomous generation system. Results of computer simulation and laboratory experiments are presented in the paper. 展开更多

Metal/Air batteries are considered to be promising electricity storage devices given their compactness, environmental benignity and affordability. As a commonly available metal, aluminum has received great attention since its first use as an anode in a battery. Its high specific energy (even better volumetric energy density than lithium) makes it ideal for many primary battery applications. However, the development of A1/Air cell with alkaline electrolyte has been lagged behind mainly due to the unfavorable parasitic hydrogen generation. Herein, we designed and constructed a novel A1/H_2/Air tandem fuel cell to turn the adverse parasitic reaction into a useful process. The system consists of two anodes, namely, aluminum and hydrogen, and one common air-breathing cathode. The aluminum acts as both the anode for the A1/Air sub-cell and the source to generate hydrogen for the hydrogen/air sub-cell. The aluminum/air sub-cell has an open circuit voltage of 1.45 V and the H_2/Air sub-cell of 0.95 V. We demonstrated that the maximum power output of aluminum as a fuel was largely enhanced by 31% after incorporating the H_2/Air sub-cell with the tandem concept. In addition, a passive design was utilized in our tandem system to eliminate the dependence on auxiliary pumping sub-systems so that the whole system remained neat and eliminated the dependence of energy consuming pumps or heaters which were typically applied in micro fuel cells. 展开更多

Gaussian Mixture Statistics Model Based on Automatic Inspection System Used in ITS

But most of the ITS used in Chinese major cities need the human to perform the supervision task. As a result, it consumes too much human resources, and also can not achieve the satisfied supervision performance. Thus, in this paper, we will propose an automatic inspection system based on the Gaussian mixture statistics model to alleviate this kind of problem. The proposed method will utilize a Gaussian Mixture model to model the background, and then use the EM algorithm to update the model's coefficients frame by frame to make the model adapt to the changing environment. After successful modeling, we can extract out the foreground blocks from background blocks, and finally trigger the automatic alarming system by calculating the number of foreground blocks. From the experiment results, our proposed method can achieve considerable good results. 展开更多
