Ampacet推出抗粘表层及色母料添加剂

Ampacet公司最近推出一种新型抗粘表层及色母料添加剂，它可以同Surlyn包装树脂等Ionomers薄膜混合使用。

重包装膜专用料的开发

针对三层复合膜进行配方优化研究,开发了一种具有引发微交联功能的复合助剂专用母料。以大庆石化公司生产的基础树脂作为基料,按一定比例加入自主研发的复合助剂专用母料,使薄膜发生微交联,从而提高膜的强度。试验结果显示:在加入2%的专用母料后,各层薄膜的耐穿刺强度及热合强度提高了50%以上,拉伸和撕裂性能也均有显著提高。配方优化后的重包装膜的内层、中层、外层专用料,使重包装膜专用料完全国产化,大幅度降低了生产成本,满足了工业化生产的需求。
