目的:研究慢性肾病患者中云芝糖肽(PSP)清除活性氧的作用,并探讨其在延缓慢性肾衰进展方面的效果。方法:选择60例慢性肾脏病、慢性肾功能不全的患者,随机分两组。对照组加巯甲丙脯酸治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用云芝糖肽胶囊治疗,... 目的:研究慢性肾病患者中云芝糖肽(PSP)清除活性氧的作用,并探讨其在延缓慢性肾衰进展方面的效果。方法:选择60例慢性肾脏病、慢性肾功能不全的患者,随机分两组。对照组加巯甲丙脯酸治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用云芝糖肽胶囊治疗,测定两组治疗前后血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性,以及血红蛋白(Hb),血清肌酐(Scr),血浆白蛋白(Alb),血甘油三脂(TG),血尿酸(UA)和24h尿蛋白排出量(Upro)。结果:试验组血清LPO含量较对照组低,SOD活性水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.01)。Scr、Upro两组比较P<0.05,Hb、ALb、TG、UA两组比较P<0.01。结论:云芝糖肽能清除活性氧,加强抗氧化能力(使SOD活性增强)的作用,能延缓慢性肾衰进展。 展开更多

Polysaccharides of Tricholoma matsutake Sing. were extracted with boilingwater, followed by precipitating with ethanol. Two membranes of different molecular weight cut-off, namely, 30 kD and 10 kD were chosen with ultrafiltration. The antioxidant activity of the purification polysaccharides was evaluated by various antioxidant assay, including DPPH (l,l-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging, superoxide anion radical scavenging and hydrogen peroxide scavenging. The scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical, which may be comparable to Vitamin C, while the scavenging effect on superoxide anion radicals was not obvious. 展开更多
