在温再生沥青混合料的生产与应用中,温再生剂对沥青混合料的性能具有至关重要的影响。该文基于原材料温拌剂、再生剂和渗透剂的功能,通过对老化沥青性能影响规律研究确定合适的掺配比例,采用复配方式开发出一种新型温再生剂,并对其再生... 在温再生沥青混合料的生产与应用中,温再生剂对沥青混合料的性能具有至关重要的影响。该文基于原材料温拌剂、再生剂和渗透剂的功能,通过对老化沥青性能影响规律研究确定合适的掺配比例,采用复配方式开发出一种新型温再生剂,并对其再生效果和混合料性能进行评价。结果表明:再生剂可以恢复老化沥青的性能,掺量为8%时最接近原样沥青;温拌剂对沥青性能影响较小,主要通过界面润滑作用达到降温效果,随着掺量增加,沥青的接触角减少,综合常规性能确定温拌剂掺量为0.4%;掺加0.5%渗透剂的温再生剂与普通再生剂相比具有更为优异的渗透性能,可以更快地渗透进入老化沥青内部,改善老化沥青的性能。当新型温再生剂掺量为8%时,老化沥青各性能再生率为63.5%~101.2%,综合再生率为90.1%,再生效果良好。与热再生沥青混合料相比,新型温再生剂可以有效降低沥青混合料的拌和压实温度22℃,且温再生沥青混合料的高温性能略有降低,低温性能有所改善,水稳定性变化较小,各项指标均满足规范要求。 展开更多

The performance evaluation and chemical property analysis of the recycled warm mix asphalt (RWMA) binders containing 100% artificial reclaimed asphalt ( RA) are presented, and the combined effects of different percentages of the rejuvenator and warm mix additive (WMA) additives on RWMA binders are analyzed through laboratory tests. Three types of WMA additives ad one commercial rejuvenator named GST were selected to restore the artificial RA. The laboratory performace tests including the penetration test, softening test ad rotary, viscosity (RV) test were carried out. In addition, the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) test was performed to explore the chemical property of RWMA binders. The results of the performance tests indicate that the rejuvenator GST has the ability to restore the artificial RA; choosing the optimum content of WMA additives and rejuvenator is the key to restoring 100% artificial RA, since the combined effects of them play an important role in determining the basic laboratory performance of RWMA binders. The FTIR tests show that the process of recycling mainly adjusts the chemical component of aged asphalt and no remarkable change is observed in the FTI1R spectra of RWMA binders in terms of chemical functional groups with the introduction of WMA additives. 展开更多
