温度辅助激光冲击强化对GH4169合金力学性能的影响 被引量:8

利用波长为1064 nm、脉宽为14 ns、单脉冲能量为5 J的Nd:YAG纳秒脉冲激光器对GH4169合金试件进行了常温激光冲击强化处理和温度辅助激光冲击强化处理;采用X射线衍射仪和HV-1000显微硬度计测量了强化处理前后试件的表面残余应力与表面显... 利用波长为1064 nm、脉宽为14 ns、单脉冲能量为5 J的Nd:YAG纳秒脉冲激光器对GH4169合金试件进行了常温激光冲击强化处理和温度辅助激光冲击强化处理;采用X射线衍射仪和HV-1000显微硬度计测量了强化处理前后试件的表面残余应力与表面显微硬度。实验结果表明:经激光冲击强化与温度辅助激光冲击强化处理后,试件表面引入了一定数值的残余压应力,同时表面显微硬度得到提高;但在残余压应力和显微硬度数值方面,经温度辅助激光冲击强化处理的试件均比常温激光冲击强化处理的试件要大,且随着辅助温度的增加,试件的表面残余压应力和表面显微硬度值均呈增加趋势。因此,在一定的温度范围内,采取温度辅助激光冲击强化的方式对GH4169合金进行处理,可以获得比常温激光冲击强化处理更好的强化效果,同时适当提高强化温度,在一定程度上可以进一步提高GH4169合金的强化效果。 展开更多

Laser assisted machining (LAM) has difficulties in estimating temperature after applying a LAM process due to its very small heat input area, large energy and movement. In particular, in the case of laser assisted turning (LAT) process, it is more difficult to estimate the temperature after preheating because it has a shape of ellipse when a laser heat source is rotated. A prediction method and thermal analysis method for heat source shapes were proposed as a square shaped member was preheated. The temperature distribution was calculated according to the rotation of the member. Compared with the results of the former study, the maximum temperature of the calculation results, 1 407.1 ℃, is 8.5 ℃ higher than that of the square member, which is 1 398.6 ℃. In a LAT process for a square member, the maximum temperature is 1 850.8 ℃. It is recognized that a laser power control process is required because square members show a maximum temperature that exceeds a melting temperature at around a vertex of the member according to the rotation. 展开更多

For laser assisted machining,shape of preheating laser heat source is changed irregularly because of complexity of material shape.So,the preheating temperature should be controlled by adjusting the feed rate or the laser power.Thermal analyses of the laser assisted machining process for inclination planes were performed.By analyzing the obtained temperature profile,a proper feed rate control method was proposed according to the inclination angles.In addition,the temperature distribution of the cross section after feed rate control was predicted.The correlation equation between inclination angles and adjusted proper feed rate was proposed.The results of this analysis can be used to predict the preheating effect on workpiece and can be applied as a preheating temperature control method in laser assisted machining processes. 展开更多

The Influence of Drying Temperature and Extraction Methods on a-Mangostin in Mangosteen Pericarp

The effects of drying temperature and extraction methods on α-mangostin content in mangosteen pericarp (Garcinia mangostana L.) powder were investigated. In the first part of experiment suitable drying temperature for retention α-mangostin content was determined. Three levels of drying temperatures (55, 65 and 75 ℃) were used in this study. The drying rates were increased with drying temperature. Room temperature extraction method was performed to investigate the effect of drying temperature on retention α-mangostin content in mangosteen pericarp. The α-mangostin content extracted at three different drying temperatures (55, 65 and 75 ℃) was 35.98 ± 0.49%, 40.32 ± 0.24%, and 37.79±0.34% w/w, respectively. The results showed that the suitable temperature for drying mangosteen pericarp was 65 ℃ that gave the highest of α-mangostin content. The second part of experiment was the comparison between extraction methods, such as shaking water bath extraction (SWE), soxhlet extraction (SE) and microwave-assisted extraction (MAE). The results show that MAE gave the highest extraction rate and α-mangostin content as compare to SWE and SE. The α-mangostin content extraction from SWE, SE and MAE are 45.83 ± 0.02, 34.82± 0.17 and 49.79 ± 0.15% w/w of crude extract, respectively. 展开更多

Magnetic nanoscale systems,including nanodots,nanofibers,nanowires and nanoparticles,are currently attracting great interest due to their interesting physical and promising applications in various fields,such as magnetic recording,sensors,target drugs and catalysts,as well as others.To achieve ultrahigh recording density,the method of heat assisted magnetic recording(HAMR) has been introduced.In this work,with the help of a Monte Carlo method,the mechanisms of thermally assisted magnetization switching in FePt single-domain particles driven by an external magnetic field are investigated,where the temperature in the particles is assumed to follow a Gaussian distribution.Two nucleation modes are observed for different distributions of temperature.One is initiated by many droplets,which join each other at the boundary of the system;the other is ini-tiated by many droplets at the boundary,but in growth tending toward the inner part of the system.An inverse proportional relationship between the metastable lifetime and the distribution is also found. 展开更多
