探讨光电式温度感测技术,利用半导体组件的特性结合光纤技术感测温度变压器内部温度,该装置包括一个辐射能量源、辐射能导向装置、装置在辐射能导向的半导体传感测组件装置和一个检测器。检测器用于检测由所述半导体感测组件发射的辐射... 探讨光电式温度感测技术,利用半导体组件的特性结合光纤技术感测温度变压器内部温度,该装置包括一个辐射能量源、辐射能导向装置、装置在辐射能导向的半导体传感测组件装置和一个检测器。检测器用于检测由所述半导体感测组件发射的辐射强度。辐射能传输装置可以使用光纤用于引导辐射能量到半导体和发射辐射能返回到检测器。半导体检测组件由合适的半导体材料制成,如砷化镓,半导体材料可被制造成一个反射镜或反射稜镜作为感测组件,及辐射能传输装置的光学组件的一部分。使用智能型光纤测温与传统式PT100测温两种最大差异性有下列两点:第一点在于反应时间,智能型光纤测温探头埋设在变压器线圈内,可立即量测变压器内部线圈的温度,然而PT100感测组件是仿真出来的线圈温度,反应速度需较长时间才能显示内部线圈温度;第二点为量测方式,智能型光纤测温是直接接触型,能够实时、准确量测到变压器内线圈温度,比传统式间接测量方式,所读取的数据更有参考意义。 展开更多

Heat transfer behaviors of AZ80?1%Y alloy during low frequency electromagnetic casting (LFEC) and direct chilling casting were studied by in-situ temperature measurement. The results demonstrated that the low frequency electromagnetic field (EM) caused forced convection in the melt during LFEC. The forced convection led to uniform solidification velocity and temperature field. EM frequency, excitation current intensity and casting temperature could control the heat transfer behavior. The forced convection could improve the microstructure and degrade the difference in microstructure between the edge and center of billet. Appropriate parameters of low frequency EM for casting Mg alloy are 20 Hz of frequency and 60 A of electric current intensity. 展开更多

A high precision, high antijamming multipoint infrared telemetry system was developed to measure the piston temperature in internal combustion engine. The temperature at the measuring point is converted into corresponding voltage signal by the thermo-couple first. Then after the V/F stage, the voltage signal is converted into the frequency signal to drive the infrared light-emitting diode to transmit infrared pulses. At the receiver end, a photosensitive audion receives the infrared pulses. After conversion, the voltage recorded by the receiver stands for the magnitude of temperature at the measuring point. Test results of the system indicate that the system is practical and the system can perform multipoint looping temperature measurements for the piston. 展开更多

To improve the accuracy of skin temperature measurements in thermal comfort research,a new measurement method based on a new thermometer is proposed.A platinum film resistance(Pt1000)sensor of the thermometer is welded on a printed circuit board to eliminate the heat loss from the leads and avoid the influence of the surrounding thermal environment.In order to determine the suitable thickness of the board,a steady heat conduction model is established.The simulation results reveal that when the thickness of the board is 0.2 mm,the influence of the surrounding air can be effectively prevented and the skin temperature does not obviously increase.The experimental results of verification show that the maximum measurement error of the skin temperature measured by the thermometer is 0.24 ℃,and the average measurement error of the skin temperature is 0.04 ℃.The proposed method provides an effective and reliable option for the skin temperature measurement in thermal comfort research. 展开更多

The results show that CARS spectra are sensitive to temperature and spectrum solution is good when the Raman line width is narrow enough. The data will then be used to develop a secure and good-fitting eye-patch protector for neonates, particularly whoa they are exposed to bright lights such as phototherapy light. Measurements obtained by the system are evaluated and validated against data obtained from optical scanning. Results show that the photogrammetric system meets the requirements of measuring accuracy and safety for neonate in the neonatal units. 展开更多

From observing cores of 18 wells,identifying 175 ordinary thin sections and 61 thin casting sections,energy spectrum analyses of 37 samples,homogenization temperature measurement of fluid inclusions of 11 samples,we determine the types of diagenesis and pores of the Fuyu oil reservoir in the north Qijia region.We classified the pores and measured their plane porosity using CIA 2000,the software of rock image analysis,calculated the effect of different kinds of diagenesis on porosity,studied the controlling actions of diagenesis to pore evolution quantitatively,combined with burial history,thermal history and their diagenetic environments.Our results show that mechanical compaction and carbonate cementation are the major destructive diagenesed,developed during early diagenesis stages.The reduction in porosity by mechanical compaction and carbonate cementation are about 25% and 8%,while the destructive intensity of siliceous cementation and clay mineral cementation is relatively much smaller,i.e.,the reduction of porosity is about 2% and 0.2% Dissolution is constructive diagenesis,the increment of porosity is about 6%.There are four diagenesis evolution stages,during which the porosity reduced from 30%~38% to 2%~20%.Mechanical compaction and early cementation are the main diageneses in the early diagenesis stages,when porosity was reduced to 2%~10%.Dissolution is the main diagenesis of an A I substage of the middle diagenesis stage,when porosity increased 1%~8%.The dissolution of the A Ⅱ substage of the middle diagenesis stage affected by late cementation,raised porosity 1%~5%.The porosity varied slightly during the middle stage B. 展开更多

In order to study the evolution of the freezing fringe and final lenses of frost susceptible soils and advance the understanding of frost heave and mechanism of frost heave control, we used an open one-dimensional frost heave test system of infrared radiation technology, instead of a traditional thermistor method. Temperatures of the freezing fringe and segregated ice were measured in a non-contact mode. The results show that accurate and precise temperatures of ice segregation can be obtained by infrared thermal imaging systems. A self-developed inversion program inverted the temperature field of frozen soils. Based on our analysis of temperature variation in segregated ice and our study of the relationship between temperature and rate of ice segregation in cooling and warming processes during intermittent freezing, the mechanism of decreasing frost heave of frozen soils by controlling the growth of final lenses with an intermittent freezing mode, can be explained properly. 展开更多

It is well known that optical tomography can accurately and quantitatively reconstruct the refractive index field of a transparent medium and display the three dimensional image of other physical quantities relevant to temperature or density. In this paper, a new multidirectional holographic interferometric system is built, and two kinds of image reconstruction algorithms are introduced and an automatic image processing system of interferogram is designed. A three dimentsional asymmetric gas flow field above a combustor is expertmentally investigated with holographic interferometry.
