针刺联合扶阳罐温推疗法治疗脑卒中后中枢性面瘫的效果研究

目的:分析针刺联合扶阳罐温推疗法治疗脑卒中后中枢性面瘫的效果。方法:选取2021年8月至2023年8月广西壮族自治区江滨医院收治的120例脑卒中后中枢性面瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法按1∶1比例分组,对照组60例行常规针刺治疗,观察... 目的:分析针刺联合扶阳罐温推疗法治疗脑卒中后中枢性面瘫的效果。方法:选取2021年8月至2023年8月广西壮族自治区江滨医院收治的120例脑卒中后中枢性面瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法按1∶1比例分组,对照组60例行常规针刺治疗,观察组60例采用针刺+扶阳罐温推疗法治疗。比较两组的治疗有效性、House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、颜面功能障碍指数(FDI)评分及治疗安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(98.33%)比对照组(88.33%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组H-B面神经功能分级优于对照组,FDI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合扶阳罐温推疗法治疗脑卒中后中枢性面瘫疗效显著,有利于减轻患者的临床症状,促进疾病转归,且安全性较高。 展开更多

目的探讨扶阳罐以罐代手循经温推与推拿对腰椎间盘突出症的护理效果及腰椎功能影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月柳州市柳铁中心医院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将所有受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组4... 目的探讨扶阳罐以罐代手循经温推与推拿对腰椎间盘突出症的护理效果及腰椎功能影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月柳州市柳铁中心医院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将所有受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组实施一般推拿手法治疗,观察组实施扶阳罐以罐代手循经温推治疗,比较两组患者临床护理疗效、护理前与护理7 d后的疼痛情况和腰椎功能以及护理前与护理1个月后的生活质量。结果观察组临床护理总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分、Osweatry功能障碍(ODI)指数、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者JOA评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,ODI指数、VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后生活质量相关评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶阳罐以罐代手循经温推与常规推拿相比能够改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床护理效果,减轻患者疼痛程度,进一步提升腰椎功能,改善患者生活质量。 展开更多

In gun propellants, initial temperature is a key factor for both accuracy and safety. Ideally, the initial temperature of the propellant should not influence the ballistic properties of the round. Nevertheless, constant initial temperature coefficients can not be achieved easily. This work focuses on the influence of the firing temperature on the ballistic properties, the mechanical integrity and the sensitivity to impact of nitrocellulose based propellants. Combustion rates have been determined by closed vessel tests. Ballistic properties have been investigated by firing 5.56 cartridges. The propellants have been conditioned at temperatures ranging from -54 ℃ to +71 ℃ before firing. The largest temperature coefficient is observed at high temperatures. The temperature sensitivity of the peak pressure in the combustion chamber can not be fully explained by the results from the closed vessel test. The authors speculated that the mechanical behaviour of the propellant grains at low temperatures influences also the overall ballistic properties of the round. Impact tests with propellants conditioned at low and high temperatures permit to investigate their mechanical strength under extreme temperatures and to better understand the propellant performance during firing. The dividing wall column (DWC) is considered as a major breakthrough in distillation technology and has good prospect of industrialization. Model predictive control (MPC) is an advanced control strategy that has acquired extensive applications in various industries. In this study, MPC is applied to the process for separating ethanol, n-propanol, and n-butanol ternary mixture in a fully thermally coupled DWC. Both composition control and tem- perature inferent/al control are considered. The multiobjective genetic algor/thm function "gamult/obj" in Matlab is used for the weight tuning of MPC. Comparisons are made between the control performances of MPC and PI strategies. Simulation results show that although both MPC and PI schemes can stabilize the DWC in case of feed disturbances, MPC generally behaves better than the PI strategy for both composition control and tempera- ture inferential control, resulting in a more stable and superior performance with lower values of integral of squared error (ISE). 展开更多

In order to investigate the oxidation kinetics of gas coal at low temperatures, we derived a rate equation of oxygen consumption during low-temperature oxidation of gas coal and deduced an E-c equation, expressing the relation between active energy E and oxygen concentration c. The reaction order n and active energy E were calculated with this equation based on experiments of static oxygen consumption tests. In addition, we proved the rationality of the E-c equation using a kinetic compensation effect and obtained the isokinetic temperature Tc. The results show that: 1) the gas coal oxidizes easily with increasing temperature and the oxidation tends to be spontaneous at higher temperatures; 2) the oxygen concentration c affects oxygen consumption very much at lower temperatures but has only a small effect at higher temperatures; 3) the isokinetic temperature Tc was 127 ℃ which has been experimentally validated as the key turning point during low-temperature spontaneous combustion of gas coal. 展开更多

According to the two-dimensional(2-D) thermo-elasticity theory, the exact elasticity solution of the simply supported laminated beams subjected to thermo-loads was studied. An analytical method was presented to obtain the temperature, displacement and stress fields in the beam. Firstly, the general solutions of temperature, displacements and stresses for a single-layered simply supported beam were obtained by solving the 2-D heat conduction equation and the 2-D elasticity equations, respectively. Then, based on the continuity of temperature, heat flux, displacements and stresses on the interface of two adjacent layers, the formulae of temperature, displacements and stresses between the lowest layer and the top layer of the beam were derived out in a recurrent manner. Finally, the unknown coefficients in the solutions were determined by the use of the upper surface and lower surface conditions of the beam. The distributions of temperature, displacement and stress in the beam were obtained by substituting these coefficients back to the recurrence formulae and the solutions. The excellent convergence of the present method has been demonstrated and the results obtained by the present method agree well with those from the finite element method. The effects of surface temperatures, thickness, layer number and material properties of the plate on the temperature distribution were discussed in detail. Numerical results reveal that the displacements and stresses monotonically increase with the increase of surface temperatures. In particular, the horizontal stresses are discontinuous at the interface. 展开更多

The increasing awareness of climate change has led organizations to demand a standard procedure to measure and communicate greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions linked to their products or services.The publicly available specification PAS 2050 has been developed in response to broad community and industry desire for a consistent method-carbon footprint for assessing the life cycle GHG emissions of goods and services.Specifically,this paper illustrates the implementation of carbon footprint for a baby stroller in accordance with PAS 2050.A fial value of 321 kg per one stroller including package was calculated.Moreover,the study led to identify raw materials production of the stroller as the main source of GHS emissions where efforts need to focus for emission reduction opportunities.This case study is hoped to be a starting point for organizations to benefit from the increasing application of carbon footprint assessment. 展开更多

Clinical Study on Warming Needle Moxibustion plus Tuina for Shoulder Periarthritis 被引量:8

Methods: By random single blind control method, 80 ca... Objective: In order to compare the therapeutic effects between warming needle moxibustion plus Tuina therapy and single Tuina therapy for shoulder periarthritis. Methods: By random single blind control method, 80 cases were divided randomly into Group A (single Tuina group) and Group B (warming needle method plus Tuina group), 40 cases in each group. Results: The effective rate was 95.0% in Group B and 85.0% in Group A, without significant difference (P〉0.05) in comparison between two groups. In assessment of Visual Analogue Scale, there was obvious decrease in both groups before and after the treatments (P〈0.01). In comparison of VAS score differences between the two groups after the treatments, there was remarkable significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Warming needle moxibustion plus Tuina is better than single Tuina therapy in stopping pain. 展开更多
