目的:观察区域亚高温热疗联合胸腔灌注顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法:108例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为热化疗组(56例)和对照组(52例),两组均先用中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流,尽量引流尽胸水。热化疗组...目的:观察区域亚高温热疗联合胸腔灌注顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法:108例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为热化疗组(56例)和对照组(52例),两组均先用中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流,尽量引流尽胸水。热化疗组予以胸腔区域亚高温热疗,1周2次,热疗温度保持在40~42%,1次90min,每周第1次热疗同时结合胸腔内灌注顺铂40~60mg,第2次热疗为单纯热疗;对照组进行胸腔闭式引流后局部灌注顺铂1次40~60mg,1周1次。两组均治疗4周后评估疗效。结果:近期疗效:热化疗组有效率71.4%,对照组有效率为51.9%,两组差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。热化疗组中位生存期(MST)8.9个月,对照组为6.2个月;热化疗组一年生存率39.3%,对照组为34.6%,两组差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。生存质量评分:热化疗组治疗后比治疗前明显提高(48.08±7.32分 vs 43.76±8.32分,P〈0.05),对照组治疗后比治疗前降低(39.02±7.63分 vs 43.98±8.18分,P〈0.05)。结论:区域亚高温热疗联合胸腔灌注顺铂,有助于控制恶性胸水,提高患者生存质量。展开更多

Conclusion:The length of microwave antennas for hyperthermia to treatment should be la≥ 1. 5 cm. The depth of microwave atennas inserting tissue in treatment should be d≥ 3cm. The realization of real-time thermal feedback for monitoring photothermal therapy(PTT)under near-infrared(NIR)light irradiation is of great interest and challenge for antitumor therapy.Herein,by assembling highly effi...The realization of real-time thermal feedback for monitoring photothermal therapy(PTT)under near-infrared(NIR)light irradiation is of great interest and challenge for antitumor therapy.Herein,by assembling highly efficient photothermal conversion gold nanorods and a temperature-responsive probe((E)-4-(4-(diethylamino)styryl)-1-methylpyridin-1-ium,PyS)within MOF-199,an intelligent nanoplatform(AMPP)was fabricated for simultaneous chemodynamic therapy and NIR light-induced temperature-feedback PTT.The fluorescence intensity and temperature of the PyS probe are linearly related due to the restriction of the rotation of the characteristic monomethine bridge.Moreover,the copper ions resulting from the degradation of MOF-199 in an acidic microenvironment can convert H_(2)O_(2)into•OH,resulting in tumor ablation through a Fenton-like reaction,and this process can be accelerated by increasing the temperature.This study establishes a feasible platform for fabricating highly sensitive temperature sensors for efficient temperature-feedback PTT.展开更多
