宁夏民族文化旅游资源开发战略研究

民族文化旅游日益成为现代旅游的重要内容,受到各国各地区的普遍重视。宁夏是我国唯一的省级回族自治区,回族伊斯兰文化旅游资源具有很强的民族特色和地域特色,独特丰富的民族文化旅游资源为宁夏开展民族文化旅游奠定了坚实的基础。根据旅游资源分布现状、集中程度、主导资源特色将宁夏伊斯兰文化旅游资源划分为四个大区,应用层次分析法对宁夏伊斯兰文化旅游资源进行了分区定量评价,为合理开发民族文化旅游资源提供了理论依据。构建了四大回族伊斯兰文化旅游区近期和中远期开发目标及战略规划。

“游憩资源评价与开发学”教学改革的探索与实践

"游憩资源评价与开发学"是我校森林保护与游憩专业的一门专业基础课,也是为我国旅游区的优化建设和科学地规划设计服务的一门课程."游憩资源评价与开发学"的内容极为丰富,不仅涉及到自然科学,而且涉及到人文科学;不仅涉及到历史文化,而且也涉及到现代科学以及名山、大川,地质地貌、花卉草木等.同时,本课程的教学质量也与被开发的旅游区的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益密切相关.为了适应面向21世纪教学内容和课程体系改革计划的要求,使学生具有扎实的专业基础,笔者尝试运用最优化的教学方法,对该课程的教学进行了初步改革实践,取得了一定效果.

低碳经济背景下城市滨水绿地开发研究

构建低碳经济社会是协调经济发展和应对气候变化的重要途径,滨水绿地作为城市绿道重要组成部分有利于促进区域节能减排。以油城大庆市的北湖滨水绿地开发与景观规划设计为例,基于场地的资源现状和规划概念性定位,运用生态学方法以及RS和GIS手段,探讨在滨水绿地景观构建过程中,合理利用滨水优越的自然休闲景观资源,充分挖掘城市历史文化和风土民情,将历史文化与场所精神完美的融入到景观设计中,最大限度发挥城市滨水绿地的生态功能、游憩功能和景观功能,实现生态建设、低碳发展的长效机制等问题,在规划设计中达到生态、文化、游憩和感知的融合。为城市特别是资源型城市滨水绿地这一特殊区域自然游憩资源的"生态、低碳"开发及研究提供参考。

Evaluation and Development of the Forest Ecotourism Resources on Walking Route from Pai Town to Mêdog County

Pai Town-Medog County Route is known as the first hiking route in China, which is a part of Tibet tourism product, as well as a business card of Linzhi tourism. The route is abundant with natural and human resources. In the research, quantitative and qualitative methods were integrated and scientific evaluation and analysis were made on tourism resources along the route according to National Standard of Classification, Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources, with countermeasures proposed.

Development and Conservation of Glacier Tourist Resources——A Case Study of Bogda Glacier Park

Glacier is one kind of the most beautiful geological sightseeing in the world as well as a special kind of tourism resources.The characters of glacier tourism include scarcity,frangibility,localization of tourist activity,scien-tific connotation,and integrated function and value.The paper summarizes the latest researches in developing glacier tourism resources.Regarding the Bogda Glacier Park as an example,the authors analyze the characteristics of glacier tourism resources in detail and the conditions and potential threats of glacier tourism development.Suggestions on glacier tourism development and protection are given as follows:1) to plan function subarea scientifically and rea-sonably;2) to combine tourism,scientific research with ecological education;3) to take countermeasures of environ-mental protection;4) to integrate tourism resources and strengthening regional cooperation.Finally,emphases are put forward on resources conformity along the tourism line and cooperation of tourism management.The paper aims to seek after the coordination path in exploitation and protection of glacier tourism resources to guide the exploitation of other glacier tourism destinations.

Tourism resource assessment and spatial analysis of wine tourism development： a case study of the eastern foothills of China＇s Helan Mountains

The reasonable development and utilization of mountainous regions closely relates to local economic development and ecological security. The wine production region in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with its excellent terroir, is emerging as one of China's three major geographical attractions. Based on surveys of tourism resources and spatial analysis for this wine producing region, we propose a highly representative and practicable path for wine tourism development. Based on China's national standard in Classification, Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources(GB/T 18972-2003), which recommended the types and grades of tourism resources in one area, we conduct an analysis of resource characteristics and the current state of development. Using Arc GIS software, spatialautocorrelation analysis, average nearest neighbor analysis, as well as clustering and outlier analysis, we are able to derive the spatial distribution characteristics of tourism resources. Our survey showed that tourism resources in this area are relatively abundant and have good quality and clear combination advantages. Nonetheless, there are resources shortage for wine tourism and poor integration of wine production with the tourism industry. Regarding the spatial distribution of resources, we revealed the current states of and issues surrounding regions with concentrated resources, as well as characteristics of this clustering. Finally, we proposed a development path for wine tourism in this region based on the five dimensions of management mode, industrial path, product development, spatial optimization, and market development.

Further development and sustainable utilization mode of grassland tourism resources: a case study of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China

Tourism resources are important foundation for the development of tourism industry.Grassland is not only a kind of important resource but also a great attraction to visitors.Therefore,the integrated development and sustainable utilization of grassland tourism resources are of great significance.This paper,based on the analysis of literatures and the current problems existing in grassland tourism,summarizes the speciality of grassland tourism development,deals nation as example and carries out empirical research.Based on the status quo of grassland tourism resources in Inner Mongolia,this study analyzes the characteristics of grassland tourism resources,the necessity and feasibility of integrated development,then proposes the following suggestions： idea for development,mode of development,regional cooperation,tourism products development,especially the three modes of development based on the resources conditions - the mode of relying on market,the mode of combination aggregation and the mode of relying on quality.

Implement PPET Strategy and Develop Ecotourism of Minority Areas in Western China——Take Xinlong County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province as An Example

To help the poor and to develop tourism are two mportant problems in poverty-stricken areas. However, they were isolated for years.The PPET strategy was put forward in this paper based on PPT.The feasibility and the realistic meaning of the strategy in developing the ecotourism, overcoming poverty, and achieving prosperity of minority areas inwestern China are analyzed bytaking Xinlong county of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province as an example.

SPECULATION ON DEVELOPING TOUR RESOURCES OF THE TOURNAMENT ATHLETICS IN HARBIN CITY

The exploitation and utilization of the tour resources of tournament athletics, including skiling, boat sailing, archery, ice engraving, snow engrav ing, has become a new trend of the development of Chinese tourism. Due to the un ique cold climate and superior geographic location,Harbin is a promising city f or developing tour resources of tournament athletics. Based on the analysis of t he superiority and peculiarity of Harbin,the speculation on development of tour resources of tournament athletics in Harbin is proposed as follows:1) Harbin s hould develop its special tour resources of tournament athletics associated with needs of market; 2) Harbin should take the advantages of rich resources and dev elop ice and snow entertainment in winter and travel for sight-seeing and spend ing summer; 3) the adjustment of the layout of ice and snow resources should be based on the idea of taking Harbin as the center and all-side opening at the la rge scale in the way of radiation; 4) tourism should be developed by the combine d efforts of various departments to make feasible plan, and the organizers shoul d pay much attention to ensuring the safety of tourists.

Elementary Introduction and Suggestion on Ecotourism

The ecotourism is a combination of popularizing ecological, scientific knowledge and increasing the nation's awareness of protection of nature. Therefore, it is a better form for national forest parks and nature reserves to fully publicize the necessity of environmental protection. The combination of ecology with tourism is the current world-developing tendency.

Eco-tourism Development of Bomê County, Tibet Autonomous Region

Bome enjoys exceptional advantage in eco-tourism resources. The research performed analysis on local tourist re- sources and existing problems based on researches available in order to rational exploitation on resources and advance tourism development. Finally, countermeasures were proposed including education promotion, improvement on quality and awareness, in- creasing talent pool, rebuilding image, scientific planning, and further exploitation on tourist products.

On the further development of marine ecotourism in Qingdao

As the companionate city of Beijing to hold the Olympic Games 2008, Qingdao has enormous potentialities in developing its own marine ecotourism industry. The paper mainly analyses the advantages and disadvantages in Qingdao’s developing the marine ecotourism industry, and make suggestions on how to make good use of this Olympic Games opportunity in order to quicken the development of marine ecotourism industry of Qingdao.

Research on Tourism Resources Development Pattern Effect Evaluation based on Regression Analysis and Neural Network

In this paper, we conduct research on the tourism resources development pattern effect evaluation based on regression analysis andneural network. Tourism resources development and the protection of all sorts of the contradictions, in the fi nal analysis is the confl ict betweenthe interests of stakeholders. The survival and the development of general tourism industry is based on the premise of environmental protection, tourismlandscape are carefully protected, let the natural landscape and human landscape form a virtuous cycle, to attract more tourists, promote thesustainable development of scenic spots. Under this basis, this paper proposes the new idea on the issues that is meaningful.

Discussion the Tourist Image Planning of the World Cultural Heritage

The world＇ s cultural heritage is a top tourist resource when it is used for tourism development. Domestic scholars are concerned about the tourism image more than ten years. However, there is little research on tourism image of the world cultural heritage. The tourism image of the world cultural heritage influence tourists＇ expectations - experience satisfaction; the recognition to the cultural heritage of the destination resident; the tourist type of the world cultural heritage Site, and the showing effect of the cultural heritage tourists. Consider the world cultural heritage tourism image connotation, it includes four parts： subject, object, body and mediator. It has the four characteristics： the main audience of the tourism image is cultural tourists, and the tourism image can be used as against marketing tool of the cultural heritage sites, and the tourism image highlight the cultural heritage of authenticity and uniqueness.

Tourism Human Resources Development and Management Model Analysis

Human resources are the core of business development, the competition of modem enterprises, in the final analysis is the talent competition, which is the human development level of competition. Scenic spot enterprise view service quality as their development lifeline, rely entirely on high-quality staff to achieve, tourist attractions enterprise has its particularity industry： labor-intensive enterprises, but different from other manufacturing and other labor-intensive enterprises, They have high quality requirements for comprehensive employee quality, and therefore human resource development, compared with other enterprises, is more important and more challenging.

Using Multi-destination ZTCM to Evaluate the Recreational Values of Cultural Sights:an Application to Jiayuguan,China

This study explained the importance of environmental protection in tourism development and illustrated the relationship between recreational resource valuation and environmental consideration.We compare different models of travel cost method and reiterates long-time existing problems of multi-destination and treats of time opportunity cost(TOC).Taking Jiayuguan's cultural sights as an example,we establish an updated method called multidestination zonal tourism cost method to evaluate the recreational values(RVs) of selected three cultural sights.We divide trip packages of Jiayuguan's tourists into 11 portfolios.Each portfolio can be seen as a separate commodity,and each commodity has its own demand curve.According to demand curves we can calculate consumer surplus(CS) of different portfolios of tourist destinations and later we sum up the total travel costs(including travel expenditure and TOC) and CS to come to the RVs of each portfolio.We then apply suitable proportions to calculate the RVs between different destinations in the portfolio.In the end,we add up all the RVs calculated for the objective destination.Using this method,we draw conclusions that Jiayuguan's RV in 2006 includes national and international values,summing up to 738.4762 million yuan.The tourist expenditure,CS and TOC of Jiayuguan is proportionating 62.96,32.28 and 4.76%,respectively.This study is also an example of non-market valuation of cultural tourism resources.

Distribution characteristics of China's key cultural relic tourism resources and suggestions to its development and protection

SPSS13.0 was used to process the data of the 1-6 batch of key cultural relic conservation units promulgated by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage of China;and multi-element evaluation method was used to calculate the composite distribution index.The spatial distribution of cultural relics of provinces in China can be divided into four grades,namely:very rich areas,rich areas,poor areas and very poor areas;the article analyzes the characteristics of cultural resources in spatial and temporal distribution.The paper holds that(1)the distribution of China's cultural relic tourism resources is relatively concentrated,different sharply from region to region,with more Han nation's heritage,less relics of the ethnic minorities;(2) Henan,Hebei,Shaanxi,Shanxi Province are the main regions with heavy distribution of cultural resources;(3) relics appeared in specific time periods in China's history.Ming and Qing Dynasties,Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties,Song,Liao and Jin,the Western Han,Shang and Zhou dynasties,the New Stone Age are the major periods producing more cultural relics.This paper also analyzes relationships of the emergence of cultural relics with production technology,specific historical process,specific geographical location,political system,religion,national culture,customs,architectural styles and techniques of the traditional cultural educational system.Finally,the paper discusses the development and protection of heritage.

Progress and Prospects in Tourism Research on Agricultural Heritage Sites

Agricultural heritage is an important type of world heritage. The special features of this kind of heritage are that they are “living” or “real life” systems, in both the ecosystem and in the cultural sense. So, agricultural heritage needs to be conserved in a special way. In a well-reasoned approach to dynamic conservation of agricultural heritage, careful development of heritage sites can realize greater sustainability of the traditional agriculture by considering both conservation and development though tourism. This paper examines the Global Important Agricultural Heritage Systems （GIAHS） as designated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations （FAO） and listed by United Nations Educational, Scientiifc and Cultural Organization （UNESCO） as agricultural heritages sites. Currently, the research in China focuses on tourism resources evaluation and development, production design and marketing, tourism perception and the impacts of tourism development and so forth. There is less emphasis on research about benefit sharing of heritage tourism evolution mechanisms, environmental impacts of agricultural heritage tourism and study methods which should be analyzed in-depth, so as to iluminate the theories and practices of development in a living landscape.

Review of Research on Characteristic Tourism Resources Exploitation in Sichuan Province

With the rapid development of tourism in China＇s Sichuan Province,research on the development of tourism resources in Sichuan has drawn increasing attention from the academic community. This article briefly reviews three aspects of the literature on the development of tourism resources in Sichuan： a survey and evaluation of Sichuan tourism resources,the development of tourism resources that are characteristic of Sichuan,and the development of tourism resources in Sichuan. The current situation of the development of Sichuan＇s tourism resources was considered and seven factors were evaluated： tourism in ancient towns,tourism in ethnic areas,folk tourism,eco-tourism,rural tourism,red tourism and earthquake tourism. The article also addresses the development of tourism resources in Sichuan. Most existing studies of the development of tourism resources in Sichuan are based on applied research; they are deficient in both scope and depth,and cannot serve as a basis for the development of theory. Few studies have focused on market demand for tourism,the establishment of management mechanisms or the development of regional cooperation. In the future,tourism theories like space theory for space competition,RMP analysis theory,cultural ecology theory,and other tourism theories should be closely integrated with the development of tourism resources in Sichuan. Whether the subject matter is sustainable development,market demand,management mechanism construction,regional collaborative development or other concerns,this will allow more systematic,in-depth studies that produce improved results that are both pertinent and realistic.
