The loop gain's expression of the current-mode converter is derived by employing an advanced model of a current-mode control converter. After analyzing the loop gain's expression, which illustrates the method of selecting suitable frequency compensation for the control loop,a novel pole-zero tracking frequency compensation is proposed. Based on theoretical analysis, a DC-DC buck converter with high stability is designed with 0.5μm-CMOS technology. The simulated results reveal that the stability of the converter is independent of the load current and the input voltage. Moreover,the converter provides a full load transient response setting time of less than 5μs and overshoots and undershoots of less than 30mV. 展开更多

By conjugating features of combustion gas jetting flows of the solid-rocket and using mathematical methods, a numerical scheme is systematically derived based on Harten′s standard TVD scheme, which fits for the flow with high temperature, pressure and velocity. The rational calculation formula of pressure partial derivation is also given out. By using the chemical kinetics knowledge, problems of multi-component and finite rate chemical reaction contained in combustion gas of the rocket flow field are discussed. The method for solving the mass source term of chemical reaction is clarified. Taking 9 reaction equations with 12 components as an example and utilizing the established calculation program, the free jetting flow field of the rocket is simulated. The circuit is simulated and fabricated with Chartered 0. 35μm mixed-signal technology. Measurements demonstrate that the temperature coefficient is ± 36. 3ppm/℃ from 0 to 100℃ when the VID inputs are 11110.As the supply voltage is varied from 2.7 to 5V, the voltage reference varies by about 5mV. The maximum glitch of the transient response is about 20mV at 125kHz. Depending on the state of the five VID inputs,an output voltage between 1.1 and 1.85V is programmed in increments of 25mV. 展开更多

本文通过对清中叶以来尤其是19世纪末20世纪初世纪之交的北京话双及物结构式的使用状况的考察以及与当代北京口语的比较,寻觅两个多世纪以来北京话双及物句法结构式的演变轨迹,并以此来观照和厘清普通话双及物结构式的构式特征和本末源... 本文通过对清中叶以来尤其是19世纪末20世纪初世纪之交的北京话双及物结构式的使用状况的考察以及与当代北京口语的比较,寻觅两个多世纪以来北京话双及物句法结构式的演变轨迹,并以此来观照和厘清普通话双及物结构式的构式特征和本末源流。考察发现,现代汉语普通话中并存着4种给予义双及物结构式,呈现出'动+给+间+直'的强势和'动予+直+给+间'、'给+间+动+直'的相对有标记的分布态势。文章认为,这一分布格局是三种构式历史上交替发展的历时遗迹的共时再现,进而对'与格前移说'提出了质疑。 展开更多

Effect of clay content to the strength of gravel soil in the source region of debris flow 被引量:1

The production of runoff in the source area of a debris flow is the consequence of a reduction in soil strength. Gravel soil is widely distributed in the source region, and the influence of its clay content on soil strength is one of the important questions regarding the formation mechanism of debris flows. In this paper, the clay content in gravel soil is divided into groups of low clay content(1%, 2, 5%), moderate clay content(3.75%, 5.00%, 6.25%, 7.5%) and high clay content(10.0%, 12.5%, 15%). Tests of the unconsolidated undrained shear strength and consolidated drained shear strength were performed. The unconsolidated undrained shearing(UU) experiment simulates the rapid shear failure of loose gravel soil under the conditions of brief heavy rainfall. The consolidated drained shearing(CD) experiment simulates creep failure of consolidated sediment during extended rainfall. The pore water pressure first increased and then decreased as the clay content increased, and the increase in pore pressure was relatively high in the gravel soil sample when the clay content is in the range of 3.25-7.50%, and stress in the gravel soil is relatively low for a moderate clay content. Gravelly soils with a moderate clay content are moreprone to debris-flow initiation. This paper presents a mathematical formula for the maximum shear stress and clay content of gravel soil under two conditions. The key processes whereby the soil fails and triggers a debris flow—volume contraction of soil, expansion of clay soil, and rise of pore pressure―cause reductions in the soil friction force and enhancement of the water content in the clay particles, and subsurface erosion of soil reduces the soil viscosity, which eventually reduces the soil strength so that the soil loses its stability, liquefies and generates a debris flow. 展开更多

Gp96, a member of HSP90 family, is a versatile molecular chaperone with various newly-discovered functions, for example to serve as a low affinity, high capacity calcium binding protein, a natural adjuvant for therapeutic cancer vaccines, a tumor rejection antigen, an immune regulator to pathological cell death. Its multi-functional and structural characteristics make it also an interesting target to develop antibody-based therapeutics. However, its low immunogenicity to mice, because of its high-sequence similarity among different species, is an obstacle to obtain valuable monoclonal antibodies (MAbs). This is a common problem for any low immunogenic proteins, whose sequences share close identity between mice and other species. Here, a new strategy of priming was employed by swine endogenous full-length gp96 and then boosting by E. coli-system heterologously expressed gp96 N-terminal fragment (N-355) to generate MAbs. Twelve different highly-specific MAbs against swine/human endogenous gp96 were successfully obtained. The binding activities of these MAbs were confirmed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence and flow cytometry analysis. This provides some important reagents for further research and potential therapeutics. The methods employed can be used for MAb production of any sequence-highly-conserved proteins between mice and swine/human (or any other species). 展开更多

Diyala River is the third largest tributary of the Tigris River running 445 km length and draining an area of 32,600 km2. The river is the major source of water supply for Diyala City for municipal, domestic, agriculture and other purposes. Diyala River Basin currently is suffering from water scarcity and contamination problems. Up-to-date studies have shown that blue and green waters of a basin have been demonstrating increasing variability contributing to more severe droughts and floods seemingly due to climate change. To obtain better understanding of the impacts of climate change on water resources in Diyala River Basin in near 2046-2064 and distant future 2080~2100, SWAT (soil and water assessment tool) was used. The model is first examined for its capability of capturing the basin characteristics, and then, projections from six GCMs (general circulation models) are incorporated to assess the impacts of climate change on water resources under three emission scenarios: A2, AIB and B1. In order to get a better understanding of the impacts of climate change on the water resources of the study area for near future as well as distant future, SWAT (soil and water assessment tool) model was applied. The model is first tested for its suitability in capturing the basin characteristics with available data, and then, forecasts from six GCMs (general circulation model) with about half-a-century lead time to 2046-2064 and about one-century lead time to 2080-2100 are incorporated to evaluate the impacts of climate change under three marker emission scenarios: A2, A1B and B 1. However,the existing resource management models lack openness,sharing ability and scalability,which make it difficult for many heterogeneous resources to co-exist in the same system. It is also difficult to resolve the conflicts between distributed self-management and centralized scheduling in the system. This paper analyzes the characteristics of resources in the distributed environment and proposes a new resource management architecture by considering the resource aggregation capacity of cloud computing. The architecture includes a universal resource scheduling optimization model which has been applied successfully in double-district multi-ship-scheduling multi-container-yard empty containers transporting of international shipping logistics. Applications in all these domains prove that this new resource management architecture is feasible and can achieve the expected effect. 展开更多

The function of soil and water conservation was poor for arbor planting pattern, because the shrub layer, herb layer and forest floor were not formed. This paper introduces the process of development and practical use implementation of an advanced river management system for supporting integrated water resources management practices in Asian river basins under the framework of GEOSS Asia water cycle initiative (AWCI). The system is based on integration of data from earth observation satellites and in-situ networks with other types of data, including numerical weather prediction model outputs, climate model outputs, geographical infor- mation, and socio-economic data. The system builds on the water and energy budget distributed hydrological model (WEB-DHM) that was adapted for specific conditions of studied basins, in particular snow and glacier phenomena and equipped with other functions such as dam operation optimization scheme and a set of tools for climate change impact assess- ment to be able to generate relevant information for policy and decision makers. In situ data were archived for 18 selected ba- sins at the Data Integration and Analysis System (DIAS) of Japan and demonstration projects were carded out showing poten- tial of the new system. It included climate change impact assessment on hydrological regimes, which is presently a critical step for sound management decisions. Results of such three case studies in Pakistan, Philippines, and Vietnam are provided here. 展开更多
