Due to the particular mode of inheritance, X-chromosomal X-STR has the advantage in female traces identification against male contamination and in complex kinship cases, such as deficiency cases （mother-son or father-daughter）, grandparent-grandchild comparisons, half-sisters testing, etc. In this study, 4 blood samples from two paternity cases without father were examined with TYPER19 Amplification kit first, from the result, it is hard to judge the relationship between the mother-sons, then TYPERX19 kit was conducted to obtain the full profiles of the two pairs of the mother-son, from the genetypes of the samples, it can be inferred that neither of the two pairs of mother-son were in line with the kinship, which provides important evidence for the two paternity cases. All together, the X-chromosome marks included in the TYPERX19 kit can offer the possibility to solve complex kinship cases where autosomal STR markers cannot provide the information needed.展开更多

This suggests a relationship between c...External Corporate Social and Environmental Reporting （CSER） finds its raison d＇etre in corporations＇ search for both a license to operate and accountability towards society. This suggests a relationship between corporations and society. In this study, that relationship is analyzed, specifically the relationship between levels of CSER and economic institutions. A strong link with institutions is an outcome of institutionalization. The economic institutions applied are economic freedom and legal origin as a proxy for national corporate governance systems. The results of this descriptive study show associations between CSER levels and economic freedom. CSER is also related to national corporate governance systems through legal origin. CSER appears to be institutionalized, or in any case, corporations seem to be aware of the economic institutionalization of CSER.展开更多

They have existed...Biotechnology and the rights on biotechnological products are present-day topics, but at the same time, topics with deep historical roots. Biotechnological achievements are not a novelty to Bulgaria. They have existed for thousands of years and are connected with the production of milk and milk products, rose oil, herbal raw materials, and etc.. Contemporary biotechnological achievements are marketed in the form of nutritional, medicinal, and chemical products or as environmental protection. Traditional knowledge and achievements of modern science put the legal protection of biotechnology and its products on the agenda. In the national context, such rights have been statutory regulated and studied by specialists in the field of intellectual property. The problematic issues have not been so adequately treated in the country in terms of accounting theory and practice. The rights on biotechnology and biotechnological products are not within the scope of accounting items and accounting assets respectively. This is the motivation for the author to study the rights on biotechnology products within the context of their recognition as intangible assets. The author tries to present the conceptual framework for their identification and recognition as accounting items, as well as to define some scientific application problems on the topic.展开更多
