【目的】结合四臂嗅觉仪与轨迹跟踪分析系统,通过分析不同试验条件下黑腹果蝇Drosophila melanogaster的嗅觉行为,建立适合于果蝇等小型昆虫的嗅觉行为实验技术体系。【方法】采用Ethovision XT软件追踪黑腹果蝇在四臂嗅觉仪内的活动轨... 【目的】结合四臂嗅觉仪与轨迹跟踪分析系统,通过分析不同试验条件下黑腹果蝇Drosophila melanogaster的嗅觉行为,建立适合于果蝇等小型昆虫的嗅觉行为实验技术体系。【方法】采用Ethovision XT软件追踪黑腹果蝇在四臂嗅觉仪内的活动轨迹,分析各区域内的累计停留时长、运动速度;同时,考察气流速度和味源设置对苹果醋引诱及蓝桉Eucalyptus globulus叶油驱避黑腹果蝇效果的影响。【结果】适合于黑腹果蝇嗅觉行为分析的气流速度为300~1200 mL/min;300 mL/min时黑腹果蝇个体间运动速度最为均一,因此推荐最适气流速度大小为300 mL/min。味源设置不会改变黑腹果蝇对味源物的嗅觉行为反应,但对味源物的引诱指数有一定的影响,单一臂放置味源物试验效果更佳。单头测试的实验效果优于多头试验。【结论】本研究建立的基于轨迹跟踪的嗅觉行为分析体系可用于昆虫信息化合物有效成分的筛选鉴定。在合适的气流条件下,单一臂设置味源化合物逐头进行测试试验效果更佳;多头试验可用于化合物的初步筛选。 展开更多

This paper presents a new design procedure for the networks with multiple resources, such as hydrogen and water, of different qualities. The minimum consumption targets of the resources and pinch-causing sources can be identified as well during design. The objective of this work is to reduce the consumption of the resources with higher quality due to their higher cost. A few examples are investigated to show the proposed method. For a net-work of single resource with single contaminant, there is often only one pinch point for the resource. On the other hand, for a network of multiple resources with single contaminant, there might be a few different pinch points. Each resource might have its own pinch point, if its amount is sufficient. The contaminant concentration of the pinch-causing source for a resource with lower concentration will be below that of the higher-concentration resource(s). 展开更多

Several representative studies on China's carbon emission scenarios in 2050 are compared in scenario settings, methodologies, macro parameters, energy consumption and structure, carbon emissions, and carbon emission intensity. Under the baseline scenario of the present policy framework, the future energy structure will be optimized and carbon emission intensity will decrease continually. China's carbon emissions up to 2050 show a significant increase reaching between 11.9 Gt and 16.2 Gt CO2 in 2050. By strengthening a low carbon policy, the optimization of energy structure and the decline in carbon emission intensity will become more obvious within the comparative scenarios, which show a significant decrease in carbon emission until 2050 reaching only between 4.3 Gt and 9.5 Gt CO2 bv then. 展开更多

A transport infrastructure is not only a trip provision system but a public facility that generates value for companies and for the society through expanding markets or developing cities, creating another perspective for new investments, as well as its own financing. According to this perspective, the financial earnings resulting from the implementation of transport infrastructure can be captured for its own investment. Given the restrictions of society indebtedness, due to social inequalities, scarcity of resources and insufficient fare collection, with the current financial model for public transport infrastructures, the value capture configures as a strategy to be explored to obtain resources. This paper presents the concept of value capture and its connection and relevance with transport infrastructure financing strategies. Applied to the evaluation of the impacts on the surrounding regions of one of the most significant Brazilian transport projects, the improvement and expansion of Belo Horizonte's metro, the provided value capture outcomes open more realistic perspectives for greater engagement of the Public Sector in such projects. 展开更多

An optimal configuration of the flux-reversal linear synchronous motor (FRLSM) with the optimal number of attachment permanent magnets (PMs) was presented. The optimal model of 2 000 N was designed to reduce the detent force by redesigning the air-gap structure and skewing. The design parameters,mover PMs and stator core,were selected for optimal design by DOE. The thrust and the detent force of the designed optimal models were compared by finite element analysis (FEA). As a result,the thrust of the optimal model is slightly decreased by 1.97% compared with the basic model,and the detent force of the optimal model is greatly decreased by 88.47% compared with the basic model. 展开更多

Resource tax reform will be done during China's 12m Five-Year Plan, but related research is still lacking. Here, we build a computable general equilibrium model (CGE) comprising the functional equations of production, consumption, income/expenditure and resources to analyze the resource tax rate. The model uses the valorem tax levy to simulate the impact of economic and resource systems with different resource tax rates, by referencing the expected rate ranges of China and developed countries. The results show that the impact is different for social, economic and resources of varying degrees. In the relatively stable period of economic development, we can select a tax rate of 5% to 7%; during higher economic development we can select an optional high level of resource tax; and in a fluctuating economy we can choose a lower tax level. 展开更多
