薄层溴化法测定喹硫磷的含量

Determination of Ciprofloxacin Lactate by Sodium Tetraphenylboron Method

This paper describes an effective method for determining ciprofloxacin lactate. An excess of sodium tetraphenylboron was added to precipitate ciprofloxacin lactate in HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH=4.0). After filtering off the precipitate, the excessive sodium tetraphenylboron in the filtrate was titrated with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide standard solution, with bromophenol blue as indicator. The method is simple and rapid, it has been applied to the determination of ciprofloxacin lactate raw material with satisfactory results. The recovery was between 99.66% and 100.2%, the relative error was less than ±0.40%. Experiments showed that the method gave the same results as the approach using nonaqueous titration (ChP). 展开更多

An excess of sodium tetraphenylboron is added to precipitate chlordiazepoxide in HAc NaAc buffer solution (pH=4.0). After filtering off the precipitate, the excessive sodium tetraphenylboron in the filtrate is titrated with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide standard solution, with bromophenol blue as indicator. The method is simple and rapid, it has been applied for the determination of chlordiazepoxide raw materials with satisfactory results. The recovery is between 99.58% and 100.4%, the relative error is less than ± 0.50% . Experiments show that the method gives the same results as the approach using nonaqueous titration (ChP). 展开更多

A study was carried out in the laboratories of the National Center for Pesticides Control/State Board for Plant Protection / Ministry of Agriculture in 2010-2011. The aim was to determine the residues of some pesticides in fruits and vegetables imported to Iraq from neighboring countries (Jordan, Syria, Turkey and Iran). Two types of fruits (apples and oranges) and two types of vegetables (tomatoes and cucumber) were selected for the purpose of this study. These fruits and vegetables are the most agricultural products imported for human consumption in Iraq. Samples were taken from different border points and from local markets. Extraction, clean up and analysis were then processed. The results indicated the presence of small amounts of residues of certain pesticides such as Deltamethrin and Abamectin and Thiamethoxam in some samples. However, these amounts were less than the limit allowed internationally. No indication was observed for the presence of other pesticides residues such as Bifenthrin Trticonazol and Imidacloprid ... etc. in the samples analyzed. Therefore, there is a need to continuity of inspection on pesticides residues in agricultural products imported to Iraq in order to prevent the entry of contaminating materials and secure human safety. 展开更多

Ion chromatography (IC) is a suitable analytical method for the determination of anions. As analytical methods for the halogen compounds in flue gas, those of bromine compound, fluorine compound, chlorine (Cl2) and hydrogen chloride (HCI) are listed in JIS. However, IC has not been adopted in JIS except for HCI and C12. Because the carbon dioxide in flue gas is absorbed in a 0.1 M sodium hydroxide solution as an absorber, it is interfered with the measurement of F^- and Cl^- ions. This paper describes the development of the pretreatment equipment for the flue gas analysis by IC, and its applications to real flue gas analysis. The F^-, Cl^-, Br^- and SO4^2- in the absorbing solution can be clearly separated by IC using the pretreatment equipment. The halogen compounds and sulfur oxides in flue gas can be simultaneously determined by IC. 展开更多
