目前谷维素生产普遍采用碱溶酸析法生产工艺 ,谷维素得率为 35 %~ 4 0 %。为了提高谷维素的得率和米糠油的精炼率 ,研究了溶剂法萃取生产谷维素新工艺。研究中测定了谷维素在甲醇等溶剂中于不同pH值中的溶解性能 ;物理精炼脱酸的工艺... 目前谷维素生产普遍采用碱溶酸析法生产工艺 ,谷维素得率为 35 %~ 4 0 %。为了提高谷维素的得率和米糠油的精炼率 ,研究了溶剂法萃取生产谷维素新工艺。研究中测定了谷维素在甲醇等溶剂中于不同pH值中的溶解性能 ;物理精炼脱酸的工艺参数与谷维素热分解损失率的关系 ,并确定了逆流萃取的效数为 2~ 3,萃取用甲醇的倍量为油重的 1 5~ 3 5。溶剂法萃取使谷维素总得率在原有基础上提高到 70 %以上 ,谷维素纯度超过 99% ,达到了优质品标准 ;精炼米糠油产出率比碱溶酸析法提高了 5 %以上。同时 ,物理精炼脱酸工艺应用于高酸值米糠油的精炼 ,不产生碱炼皂脚 。 展开更多

The extraction experiments of chromium(W) from aqueous waste solution by predispersed solvent extraction (PDSE) process with extractant (HEHPEHE) and its mixture, including acidic extractant (D2EHPA), alkaline... The extraction experiments of chromium(W) from aqueous waste solution by predispersed solvent extraction (PDSE) process with extractant (HEHPEHE) and its mixture, including acidic extractant (D2EHPA), alkaline extractant (TOA) and neutral extractant (TBP) were carried out respectively. It is found that the extractant HEHPEHE exhibited high extraction selectivity to chromium(III) from aqueous waste solution. The colloidal liquid aphrons (CLAs) were successfully generated using kerosene as a solvent, HEHPEHE as an extractant, sodium dodecyl benzene sulphate (SDBS) as a surfactant in aqueous phase and polyoxyethylene sorbitol anhydride monolaurate (Tween-20) in oil phase. To study the extraction efficiency and advantages of the PDSE process in the removal of chromium(III), the effects of major factors, such as initial chromium(III) concentration, volume of colloidal gas aphrons (CGAs), HEHPEHE volume fraction, phase ratio (solvent phase to water phase), mass fraction of dodecyl trimethylammonium bromide (HTAB), mass fraction of SDBS, mass fraction of Tween-20 and initial pH of aqueous waste solution were also investigated and the appropriate process conditions were obtained. Under the appropriate conditions, the extraction efficiency of chromium(III) above 99.9 % can be achieved and the treated aqueous waste solution can be discharged directly without polluting the environment. 展开更多

Aim PLA/PLGA was used as biodegradable and biocompatible carriers to achieve sustained release of estradiol (E 2). Methods Microcapsules (MC) were prepared by an emulsification solvent extraction method, and then the properties and in vitro drug release behavior of MC were examined. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to test the statistical significance. Then, multiple comparisons were made with a T method between levels to examine the significance of difference further. For all the results a P value 】0 05 was considered statistically insignificant . Results Under the same conditions, the water adding speed and the particle size had significant effects ( P 【0 01) on the entrapment efficiency of MC; the water adding speed and the concentration of PLA in the oil phase had significant effects ( P 【0 01) on the diameter MC in medium. Release of E 2 from MC was influenced significantly ( P 【0 01) by the water adding speed and the type and molecule weight of the polymers. But the differences between levels of the variates were not all significant. Conclusion E 2 PLA/PLGA MC with various properties can be formed when the formulation and the technology were changed accordingly. 展开更多

The solvent extraction technology, was applied to recover Cu^2+ and Ni^2+ from plating wastewater.Lix984N was chosen as the extractant due to-its gooff extraction performance. The influence parame-ters were examlned. The results show that the separation of Cu^2+ and Ni" from sulphate medium can be realized by adjusting pH value with the help of Lix984N. For extracting Cu^2+ and Ni^2+, the optimal pH values are 4 and 10.5, and the maximal extraction percentages are 92.9% and 93.0%, respectively .With recovered Cu^2+ and Ni^2+ stripped in 170g.L^ -1 and 200 g.L^-1 H2SO4 medium, the stripping percentages of Cu^2+ and Ni^2+ are 92.9% and 93.0%, respectively. This method is simple and can be used to recover Cu^2+ and Ni^2+ from plating wastewater. And a flow sheet for separation of Cu^2+ and Ni^2+ is presented. 展开更多

The solubilization of small molecules from coal by solvent extraction and the resulting effects on the pore distribution of a low rank coal were studied. Samples were extracted, in succession, with petroleum ether and with CS2. Extract and residue fractions collected during the solubilization process were analyzed by FTIR and by surface area and porosimetry. The results show that an obvious inflection point exists that allows separating the dissolution sequence into stages. Small molecules are first extracted from the free state, then molecules trapped in micropores are extracted and, finally, molecules trapped in the coal-matrix network are extracted. This is indicated from the extraction yield curves. Chain-like carbonyl compounds, -OH (or -NH) containing compounds that are hydrogen bonded and phenolics dominate the petroleum ether extracts. Chain-like carbonyl components and ether compounds (aliphatic ethers and aromatic ethers) dominate the CS2 extracts. A solvent dissolution mechanism and the effect of small molecule extraction on the pore structure are put forward. Diffusion, dissolution, pore opening, pore shrinking or even collapsing caused by swelling, creating of new micropores, pore opening and, finally, colloidallization of some micropores occurs. In the later stages of the extraction the internal structure of the coal is colloidallized due to swelling and the pore number or volume is greatly reduced. 展开更多

The solution was stirred for 8 min at phase ratio (Vσ/Va) of 1.0:1.0, initial pH of 2.0 and stirring speed of 200 r/min. The results show that 75% zinc can be extracted from the zinc sulfate solution when the concentration of zinc is 18.7 g/L after being settled for 10 min. 88.60% zinc can be stripped by 196 g/L sulfuric acid, and zinc ion can be separated from ferric ion. 展开更多

For the mass transfer to single drops during the stage of steady buoyancy-driven motion, experimental measurement is complicated with the terminal effect of additional mass transfer during drop formation and coalescence at the drop collector. Analysis reveals that consistent operating conditions and experimental procedure are of critical significance for minimizing the terminal effect of drop coalescence on the accuracy of mass transfer measurements. The novel design of a totally-closed extraction column is proposed for this purpose, which guarantees that the volumetric rate of drop phase injection is exactly equal to that of withdrawal of drops. Tests in two extraction systems demonstrate that the experimental repeatability is improved greatly and the terminal effect of mass transfer during drop coalescence is brought well under control. 展开更多

A plumbomicrolite concentrate(PMC)was leached with the mixture of HF and H2SO4,HF and HNO3 acids,respectively.Optimal conditions ensuring high recovery of tantalum and niobium(up to 99%)into solution,and radionuclides into insoluble residue were determined.Fluoride-sulfuric acid and fluoride-nitric acid schemes were proposed for PMC leaching by an extractive separation of tantalum form niobium,lead and impurities,and production of high-purity tantalum compounds.Octanol-1 was used as an extractant.Optimal conditions for production of high-purity tantalum strip solutions were defined for all stages(extraction-scrubbing-stripping).Produced tantalum compounds,such as tantalum pentoxide and potassium heptafluotanthalate,comply with the norms for high-purity substances in terms of impurities content.Final choice of the PMC processing scheme is determined by its profitability. 展开更多

THF was added in the organic phase to study itseffects on the properties of MS. Methods MS were formed by an emulsification-solvent extractionmethod with mixture of ethyl acetate (EtoAc) and tetrahydrofuran (THF) as the organic solvents, andthen the properties and in vitro drug release behavior were examined. Results The results indicatedthat the drug loading efficiency decreased when THF added, but when the ratio of EtoAc was more than50% , there was no obvious effect of THF ratio, but the particle size increased accordingly. Thecarriers' properties and the drug contents were the main factors influencing the in vitro drugrelease. Conclusions By controlling the technology and formulation, we can get sustained-release E_2biodegradable microsperes with proper particle size, drug content and low burst-release, althoughTHF with readily solubility in water was used in the organic phase. 展开更多

Modern hydrometallurgy has been developing for more than 100 years and the related articles keep piling up.Based on a bibliometric analysis of the articles in Hydrometallurgy,the most authoritative journal in the field of hydrometallurgy,we try to catch the research and development trends from a global perspective.Firstly,keywords burstness shows that rare earth,recycling,lithium,ionic liquid,and thorium are the hotspots in recent years,and the economic and technological reasons behind them were discussed in depth.Secondly,the proportion of biohydrometallurgy grows fast from 5%to 13%and the related articles are almost all about bioleaching.There are some new directions such as direct preparation of materials in hydrometallurgical processes and ion-imprinted techniques.Thirdly,the advanced instrument analysis methods such as XAFS(X-ray absorption fine structure),gene sequencing,and micro-CT promote the deep understanding of hydrometallurgy mechanism.Finally,the cooperation network and contribution of the main institutes were mapped. 展开更多
