目的:对2015年版《国家药包材标准》药用铝箔中溶剂型丙烯酸酯类黏合剂涂布量差异试验进行探讨。方法:分别用乙酸乙酯、丙酮及乙醇逐次擦去药用铝箔上的黏合剂,计算每组5片平均涂布量及涂布量差异,摸索试验最佳的擦拭溶剂及擦拭程度。结... 目的:对2015年版《国家药包材标准》药用铝箔中溶剂型丙烯酸酯类黏合剂涂布量差异试验进行探讨。方法:分别用乙酸乙酯、丙酮及乙醇逐次擦去药用铝箔上的黏合剂,计算每组5片平均涂布量及涂布量差异,摸索试验最佳的擦拭溶剂及擦拭程度。结果:对于涂布溶剂型丙烯酸酯类黏合剂涂布量差异的检测,采用丙酮比乙酸乙酯,具有更好的擦拭效率,乙醇不能作为擦拭溶剂进行试验。结论:本试验摸索的条件可靠、准确,适用于涂布溶剂型丙烯酸酯类黏合剂涂布量差异的测定。 展开更多

Dynamic model for dehydration process of industrial purified terephthalic acid solvent is investigated to understand and characterize the process.A temperature differential expression is presented,which ensures the equation to convergence and short computation time.The model is used to study the dynamic behavior of an azeotropic distillation column separating acetic acid and water using n-butyl acetate as the entrainer.Responses of the column to feed flow and aqueous reflux flow are simulated.The movement of temperature front is also simulated.The comparison between simulation and industrial values shows that the model and algorithm are effective.On the basis of simulation and analysis,control strategy,online optimization and so on can be implemented effectively in dehydration process of purified terephthalic acid solvent. 展开更多

A combined process of catalytic ozonation in the presence of a novel heterogeneous catalyst and biological activated carbon was investigated for the removal of priority control organic pollutants, the reduction of genotoxicity, and the improvement of biodegradable dissolved organic carbon (BDOC). Results confirm that the catalytic ozonation has higher effectiveness for the removal of refractory harmful organic pollutants, the reduction of genotoxicity and the increase of bio-degradability of organics than ozonation alone, which results in lower pollution load for subsequent biological activated carbon process, and then leads to less organic pollutants penetrating biological activated carbon. The novel catalytic ozonation with this combined process exhibits excellent performance to guarantee the safety of drinking water. 展开更多

The formations of desiccation cracks and their pattems in drying droplets of protein solutions are studied experimentally. The solvent evaporation causes the dehydration self-organization phenomenon in colloidal droplets, followed by the formations of desiccation cracks. Two categories of highly ordered crack patterns, which we name "daisy" and "wavy-ring", are identified in the drying droplets. We explore the shifting of crack patterns from the "daisy" to the "wavy-ring" by varying the concentration of protein droplets. The results show that the concentration correlates with the pattern of deposition film directly, and modulates the periodicity of the crack pattern. We investigate the formations and periodicities of these two kinds of crack patterns, and obtain the scaling law of periodicity of the "wavy-ring" crack pattern. The relationship between the deposition pattern and the highly ordered crack patterns is also examined. This study will help in understanding the formation mechanisms of crack patterns in drying droplets of protein solutions and assist the future design of crack patterns in practical applications. 展开更多
