Methods: 23 cases of PAO were treated by Rongshuan Ling per os integrated PGE1 and UK introverously.The efficacy was compared with that of 12 cases treated with PGE1 and UK as the control. Results:The clinical curative rates of the observing group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0. 05). The observing group was able to lower the blood viscosity (P<0. 05) but no differance on the density of plasma fibrinogen (P>0. 05 ) compared with the control group. Conclusion: The integrated traditional and western medicine therapy could improve hemorrheology and raise the curative rates of PAO.展开更多
