采用分子动力学模拟方法研究了压入深度与滑动速度对304不锈钢磨损量、摩擦系数、位错演变及剪切应变的影响.结果表明:在较大的压入深度下平均摩擦系数及位错长度明显较高,导致了更严重的塑性变形;在相同的压入深度下较高滑动速度的摩... 采用分子动力学模拟方法研究了压入深度与滑动速度对304不锈钢磨损量、摩擦系数、位错演变及剪切应变的影响.结果表明:在较大的压入深度下平均摩擦系数及位错长度明显较高,导致了更严重的塑性变形;在相同的压入深度下较高滑动速度的摩擦力明显升高而位错长度降低,这是由于高速下不锈钢内部位错形核缺乏持续驱动力,从而减轻了不锈钢的变形.此外滑动摩擦过程中产生的摩擦热促进了内应力的释放,导致离散结构位错、多节点位错及位错锁(环)的形成,从而阻碍位错进一步传播并提高不锈钢抗变形能力.本工作中所计算磨损原子数量几乎与滑动距离呈线性正比,符合经典Archard定律. 展开更多

为了从本质上揭示双螺母垫片预紧式滚珠丝杠副中滚珠与滚道接触界面间的滚滑接触特性,基于滚动接触力学中滚滑接触理论,构建了滚珠丝杠副中滚珠与滚道接触面间蠕滑率和自旋率的表达式。利用此表达式并结合Kakler理论,建立了双螺母垫片... 为了从本质上揭示双螺母垫片预紧式滚珠丝杠副中滚珠与滚道接触界面间的滚滑接触特性,基于滚动接触力学中滚滑接触理论,构建了滚珠丝杠副中滚珠与滚道接触面间蠕滑率和自旋率的表达式。利用此表达式并结合Kakler理论,建立了双螺母垫片预紧式滚珠丝杠副中滚珠与滚道接触界面间的摩擦力模型。通过比较启动摩擦力矩的理论计算值与实验测量值,验证了此摩擦力模型的可靠性。利用此模型计算分析了接触面上蠕滑率/自旋率随工作条件和结构参数变化的规律。结果发现:滚珠与滚道接触面上的蠕滑率和自旋率主要受此接触面上接触角的影响,而蠕滑率和自旋率主要影响了滚珠与滚道接触面间的滑动行为。 展开更多

Dry sliding wear tests on as-cast and cast+T6 Mg-11Y-5Gd-2Zn magnesium alloys were performed using a ball-on-plate configuration. The wear rates were measured within a load range of 3-15 N, sliding speed range of 0.0... Dry sliding wear tests on as-cast and cast+T6 Mg-11Y-5Gd-2Zn magnesium alloys were performed using a ball-on-plate configuration. The wear rates were measured within a load range of 3-15 N, sliding speed range of 0.03-0.24 m/s, test temperature range of 25-200 °C and at a constant sliding distance of 400 m. The wear tracks, worn surfaces and wear debris of the alloys were analyzed using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the wear rate of the alloys increases almost linearly with increasing applied load and decreases with increasing sliding speed. The wear rate of the as-cast alloy is higher than that of the cast+T6 alloy. The amount of Mg12Y1Zn1 phase, surface oxidation and retained wear debris affect the wear rate. The dominant wear mechanisms under the test condition are abrasion and plastic deformation. 展开更多

The AA6061-10 wt.%B4 C mono composite, AA6061-10 wt.%B4 C-Gr(Gr: graphite) hybrid composites containing 2.5, 5, and 7.5 wt.% Gr particles, and AA6061-10 wt.%B4 C-Mo S2 hybrid composites containing 2.5, 5, and 7.5 wt.%... The AA6061-10 wt.%B4 C mono composite, AA6061-10 wt.%B4 C-Gr(Gr: graphite) hybrid composites containing 2.5, 5, and 7.5 wt.% Gr particles, and AA6061-10 wt.%B4 C-Mo S2 hybrid composites containing 2.5, 5, and 7.5 wt.% Mo S2 particles were fabricated through stir casting. The dry sliding tribological behaviors of the mono composite and hybrid composites were studied as a function of temperature on high temperature pin-on-disc tribotester against EN 31 counterface. The wear rate and friction coefficient of the Gr-reinforced and Mo S2-reinforced hybrid composites decreased in the temperature range of 30-100 ℃ due to the combined lubrication offered by the wear protective layer and its solid lubricant phase. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation of the worn pin surface revealed severe adhesion, delamination, and abrasion wear mechanisms at temperatures of 150, 200, and 250 ℃, respectively. At 150 ℃, transmission electron microscopy(TEM) observation of the hybrid composites revealed the formation of deformation bands due to severe plastic deformation and fine crystalline structure due to dynamic recrystallization. 展开更多

The bonding stress development of bars adhered to grout concrete was analyzed. The local bonding stress—slip curve was obtained. Based on the test results,a new bonding stress— slip constitutive model between bars and grout concrete was proposed. The results show that the maximum bonding stress is not influenced by the bar bond length,but it is strengthened when the splitting strength of grout concrete is increased. The model matches the experimental results well,and the regressing coefficient equals 1.7. 展开更多

The influence of the slip mode on the microstructure evolution and compressive flow behavior at different strains in an extruded dilute Mg−0.5Bi−0.5Sn−0.5Mn alloy was analyzed through electron backscatter diffraction,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and hot compression tests.The results showed that at a low strain of 0.05,the basal<a>,pyramidal<a>and<c+a>slip modes were simultaneously activated.Nevertheless,at the middle stage of deformation(strain of 0.1,0.2 and 0.5),the<a>slip mode was difficult to be activated and<c+a>slip mode became dominant.The deformation process between strains of 0.2 and 0.5 was primarily characterized by the softening effect resulting from the simultaneous occurrence of continuous dynamic recrystallization and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization.Ultimately,at strain of 0.8,a dynamic equilibrium was established,with the flow stress remaining constant due to the interplay between the dynamic softening brought about by discontinuous dynamic recrystallization and the work-hardening effect induced by the activation of the basal<a>slip mode. 展开更多

The effects of intertube additional atoms on (DWCNTs) are investigated using molecular dynamics (MD) the sliding behaviors of double-walled carbon nanotubes simulation method. The interaction between carbon atoms is modeled using the second-generation reactive empirical bond-order potential coupled with the Lennard-Jones potential. The simulations indicate that intertube additional atoms of DWCNT can significantly enhance the load transfer between neighboring tubes of DWCNT. The improvement in load transfer is guaranteed by the addition of intertube atoms which are covalently bonded to the inner and outer tubes of DWCNT. The results also show that the sliding behaviors of DWCNT are strongly dependent of additional atom numbers. The results presented here demonstrate that the superior mechanical properties of DWCNT can be realized by controlling intertube coupling. The general conclusions derived from this work may be of importance in devising high-performance CNT composites. 展开更多

Non-smooth system including impulsive strategies at both fixed and unfixed times are analyzed. For the model with fixed impulsive effects, the global stability of pest eradi- cation periodic solution and the dominance of dynamic behavior are investigated. This indicates that the model with fixed moments has the potential to protect the natural enemies from extinction, but under some conditions may also serve to extinction of the pest. The second model is constructed according to the practices of IPM, that is, when the pest population reaches the economic injury level, a combination of biological, cultural, and chemical tactics that reduce pests to tolerable levels is used. Numerical investigations imply that there are several different types of periodic solutions and their maximum amplitudes are always less than the given economic threshold. The results also show that the time series at which the IPM strategies are applied are quite complex, which means that the application and realization of IPM in practice are very difficult. 展开更多
