Advanced tufted carpet patterning technology

After a review of the tufting industry’s development, and a brief introduction to available systems for producing patterned tufted carpets, the principle of ICN (Individually Controlled Needle) and the related advanced tufting technology Col-ortec are presented. Finally, Colortec machine, Axminster weaving machine, and Wilton loom are compared. It is believed that the Cobble Colortec machine is a significant jump forward in the tufted carpets industry as it now allows access to all major carpet markets in a competitive fashion.

牵引用防滑动骨圆针的研制及临床运用

探究牵引用防滑动骨圆针的研制及临床应用。方法 选取我院2016年~2022年1月我院收入有手术禁忌或不愿意做手术老年粗隆间骨折患者总计62例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组32例采取传统圆针行股骨髁上骨牵引,观察组30例采取自制防滑动骨圆针行股骨髁上骨牵引,对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组30例,其中出现滑针2例,滑针发生率6.67%,出现针道感染5例,针道感染率16.67%;对照组32例,其中出现滑针22例,滑针发生率65.63%,出现针道感染11例,钉道感染率34.38%;治疗组滑针及针道感染发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组30例患者中总满意度为28例(96.67%),高于对照组18例(56.25%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自制牵引用防滑动骨圆针应用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者开展股骨髁上骨牵引治疗,可有效防范滑针及针道感染现象,整体效果更为显著。
