燃气灶为中式烹饪的主要器具,可满足多种烹饪形式,在烹饪过程中常有用户反馈烹饪时滑锅,对用户造成不安全的体验感。用户对家电的需求已不仅仅在于其良好的性能,而是更注重家电在使用过程中的体验。文章从"滑锅"的发生场景分... 燃气灶为中式烹饪的主要器具,可满足多种烹饪形式,在烹饪过程中常有用户反馈烹饪时滑锅,对用户造成不安全的体验感。用户对家电的需求已不仅仅在于其良好的性能,而是更注重家电在使用过程中的体验。文章从"滑锅"的发生场景分析,收集中式多种烹饪方式、找出不同方式对"滑锅"影响大小,聚焦中式"炒"烹饪场景为研究范围;再分解中式"炒"烹饪动作,采用观察法,收集多个用户在不同锅具和锅架下"炒"菜动作及滑锅感受,挖掘出实际烹饪中"滑锅"核心影响要素;然后借鉴前人研究的方法,以锅具滑动"倾斜角"作为因变量,衡量"滑锅"程度,便于后续转化为实验室测量方法。同时应用用户体验度量方法量化不同物理指标对应的体验感受,为滑锅测试标准提供数据支撑。 展开更多

Since the combustion system of coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant is characterized as time varying, strongly coupled, and nonlinear, it is hard to achieve a satisfactory performance by the conventional proportional integral derivative (PID) control scheme. For the characteristics of the main steam pressure in coal-fired power plant boiler, the sliding mode control system with Smith predictive structure is proposed to look for performance and robustness improvement. First, internal model control (IMC) and Smith predictor (SP) is used to deal with the time delay, and sliding mode controller (SMCr) is designed to overcome the model mismatch. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed controller compared with conventional ones. 展开更多
