为了实现航空弧齿锥齿轮的数字化滚动检验,进行了数字化齿面啮合仿真分析与试验。采用NURBS对由齿面坐标测量或理论齿面坐标计算获得的离散点数据进行初步拟合,进一步考虑离散点法矢,优化控制顶点,实现数字化齿面的几何特征修改;建立数... 为了实现航空弧齿锥齿轮的数字化滚动检验,进行了数字化齿面啮合仿真分析与试验。采用NURBS对由齿面坐标测量或理论齿面坐标计算获得的离散点数据进行初步拟合,进一步考虑离散点法矢,优化控制顶点,实现数字化齿面的几何特征修改;建立数字化齿面啮合仿真分析模型并进行印痕滚检试验。算例结果表明:考虑法矢拟合得到的传动误差曲线的幅值误差小于0.46%,齿面印痕的大小、方向、位置都与理论齿面非常接近。因此,在一些应用上采用考虑法矢的NTCA可以代替滚动检验,获得实际的齿面印痕和传动误差。 展开更多

Rolling contact fatigue nondestructive testing system for a bearing inner ring based on initial permeability

Due to the fact that rolling contact fatigue is not easily detected, and residual life is not easily evaluated in the early stage of bearing life, a nondestructive testing method based on initial permeability is proposed. By analyzing the crack propagation mechanism, a fatigue state detection system based on differential signals is designed. A simulation model of the detection of the inner ring of the pulse signal is established by using the electromagnetic field simulation software. The effects of the height of the coil, the inner and outer diameter, the number of coil turns, the diameter and the height of the ferrite core of the probe on the differential value of the detection signal are simulated. The parameter combination of the maximum difference value of the signal is used as the structural size of the sensor, and the detection sensor is designed and fabricated. Moreover, the bearing fatigue test system is designed, and the bearing is tested. The results show that the system has good detection ability for rolling contact fatigue and verifies the mechanism and trend of crack propagation in the inner ring of the bearing. 展开更多

The vibration signals of multi-fault rolling bearings under nonstationary conditions are characterized by intricate modulation features,making it difficult to identify the fault characteristic frequency.To remove the time-varying behavior caused by speed fluctuation,the phase function of target component is necessary.However,the frequency components induced by different faults interfere with each other.More importantly,the complex sideband clusters around the characteristic frequency further hinder the spectrum interpretation.As such,we propose a demodulation spectrum analysis method for multi-fault bearing detection via chirplet path pursuit.First,the envelope signal is obtained by applying Hilbert transform to the raw signal.Second,the characteristic frequency is extracted via chirplet path pursuit,and the other underlying components are calculated by the characteristic coefficient.Then,the energy factors of all components are determined according to the time-varying behavior of instantaneous frequency.Next,the final demodulated signal is obtained by iteratively applying generalized demodulation with tunable E-factor and then the band pass filter is designed to separate the demodulated component.Finally,the fault pattern can be identified by matching the prominent peaks in the demodulation spectrum with the theoretical characteristic frequencies.The method is validated by simulated and experimental signals. 展开更多

By applying two nonlinear Granger causality testing methods and rolling window strategy to explore the relationship between speculative activities and crude oil prices, the unidirectional Granger causality from speculative activities to returns of crude oil prices during the high price phase is discovered. It is proved that speculative activities did contribute to high crude oil prices after the Asian financial crisis and OPEC's output cut in 1998. The unidirectional Granger causality from returns of crude oil prices to speculative activities is significant in general. But after 2000, with the sharp rise in crude oil prices, this unidirectional Granger causality became a complex nonlinear relationship, which cannot be detected by any linear Granger causaIity test. 展开更多
