滞动针刺疗法的临床研究进展

文章从操作方法、治疗病种等方面对近十年来以滞动针刺为主的针刺治疗在操作方法及治疗病种等方面的研究进展进行综述。认为滞动针刺疗法对骨伤科疾病及神经系统疾病有较好疗效,但仍有不足之处,需要选用科学方法筛选优势病种。

滞动针法的发展源流及临床应用研究

滞动针法,是滞针与动针相结合的一种新的针刺治疗方法,是以中医学阴阳平衡和经络学说为基础,并借鉴现代医学理论及微创技术的产物;它是以＂滞针＂为前提,＂动针＂为目的,即＂动静结合＂的一种新的针刺方法。滞动针法作为中医学经典针刺方法继承与创新的代表之一,已在启发中医的临床思维和指导提高针灸的临床疗效方面,开始引起针灸工作者的注意,并使大家意识到,只有全面深入地掌握经典理论,才能更好地继承和发扬,进而指导针灸临床应用。本文回顾近年来国内关于滞动针法的研究成果，试对滞动针法作一探讨，提出管窥之见。

Stagnant acupuncture therapy in 50 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective To discuss the role of stuck needle therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method Fifty patients with cervical spondylot-ic radiculopathy were selected to accepted stuck needle therapy. Comprehensive curative effects were determined by Northwick Park Questionnaire （NPO） according to Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Diseases and Syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results Eighteen cases with NPQ effect size ≥90% account for 36%; 27 cases with 90%〉NPO. effect size≥60% account for 54%; 3 cases with 60%〉NPQ effect size≥30% account for 6%; 2 cases with no improvement in symptom and body activity account for 4%. The total effective rate was up to 96%. Conclusion Stuck needle therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant curative effects.
