吸收塔是赤泥烟气脱硫工艺中的核心设备,在维护吸收塔正常、稳定、高效运行的因素中,喷嘴和循环泵是两个至关重要的设备。为了防止喷嘴堵塞以及循环泵叶轮受损在循环泵入口处加设滤网,以保证浆液均匀、连续、稳定的喷淋。根据滤网的运... 吸收塔是赤泥烟气脱硫工艺中的核心设备,在维护吸收塔正常、稳定、高效运行的因素中,喷嘴和循环泵是两个至关重要的设备。为了防止喷嘴堵塞以及循环泵叶轮受损在循环泵入口处加设滤网,以保证浆液均匀、连续、稳定的喷淋。根据滤网的运行环境,充分考虑滤网的材质、结构等方面的设计要求,综合考虑防腐、耐温性能,强度、韧性以及成本等诸多因素,滤网材质选用玻璃钢(FRP)。滤网可以采用典型的柱形结构,也可根据实际需要采用半球形结构。确定滤网开孔的直径以20mm左右为宜,可有效过滤杂质,防止堵塞,而滤网的有效过滤面积取浆液循环泵口截面面积的2.5倍。 展开更多

在核电站冷源系统中,各种过滤设备对于保障电站冷却水水质具有重要作用,其中旋转滤网为最重要的过滤设备。为提高其拦截及清污能力,最终提升核电站冷源系统的可靠性,对现有板框式旋转滤网进行分析研究,提出了3种改进优化设计方案:(1)斗... 在核电站冷源系统中,各种过滤设备对于保障电站冷却水水质具有重要作用,其中旋转滤网为最重要的过滤设备。为提高其拦截及清污能力,最终提升核电站冷源系统的可靠性,对现有板框式旋转滤网进行分析研究,提出了3种改进优化设计方案:(1)斗形结构网板框架;(2)弧形结构网板框架;(3)斗形与弧形网板框架组合结构。分别给出了这3种网板框架结构与原结构清污量的理论最大值,结果表明3种方案均能较大幅度地提升旋转滤网的清污能力。为验证理论计算结果,对这3种优化方案进行工业性试验,采用纤维球和灌水塑料球模拟被拦截的污物,所得结果与理论计算结果基本一致,其中斗形与弧形网板框架组合结构清污能力最强。 展开更多

Flow against pipeline leakage and the pipe network sudden burst pipe to pipeline leakage flow for the application objects,network congestion avoidance strategy is designed in pipeline leak monitoring.Based on the property of Markov chain for network data,a new estimator with particle filter is proposed for congestion control in this paper.The proposed scheme can predict the traffic patterns by the decision-making model.To compare with previous scheme based on fuzzy neural network,the proposed scheme can adaptively adjust the network rate in real-time and reduce the cell loss rate,so that it can avoid the traffic congestion.Simulation results show that network congestion avoidance strategy with particle filter can improve the bandwidth utilization,Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) friendliness and reduce the packet drop rate in Pipeline Flux Leak Monitoring networks. 展开更多

Usually, each maker has two feed-pipes, it adopts fixed and one-to-one fashion, with the flexible manufacturing system extending, and it's original fashion unable to satisfy the needs of a wide range of cigarette brands already, so it cry for a viable and reliable substitute. This paper creatively bring forward the optimized fashion of duct net about filter-rods based on topology structure, it adopts Freud's algorithm and improved-separated algorithm in order to achieve the optimized route, it has a apparent effect to improve the transport stability and reduce the transport time of filter- rods. 展开更多

This paper investigates the usage of passive harmonic filters to mitigate harmonic distortions when two resonant points are present in a system caused by shunt capacitors used for power factor correction and bus voltage regulation. Six scenarios were investigated using DIgSILENT 14 power factor)' software. The investigations are with and without power factor correction and capacitors used to increase bus voltage. Passive harmonic filters are designed to reduce harmonic distortions at the PCC (point of common coupling) to fall within the IEEE 519 harmonic voltage and current limits caused by parallel resonance. The results of the case studies are analysed to evaluate the effectiveness of the filter design. 展开更多

In this paper, an approach for designing robust fault detection filter (RFDF) of networked control systems (NCSs) with unknown inputs is studied. The design aims at implementing the optimal trade-off between robustness of unknown inputs (including the item produced by networked-induced delay) and sensitivity of fault. The key design issue is to introduce an optimal fault detection filter based on NCSs with the control law compensation as the reference residual model of NCSs and to formulate the RFDF design as a model-matching problem. By applying H∞ optimization technique, linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is given to solve the model-matching problem. The validity of the proposed approach is shown by a numerical example. 展开更多
